“Delivery due today. Tracking and Email stated item was delivered, card posted through my letter box. This is a complete fabrication by yodel driver. I have not received my parcel. It is cat food for a cat who cannot tolerate other types of food. So now down to a few days worth. The shops are empty of this cat food I have had to wait for a few weeks for this to come back into stock. Cant see how the driver mistook my house i live in a very small cul de sac. If not mistaken my house, can only mean yodel driver wanted it for himself. Tried to contact yodel..landlines site down and webchat overburdened. Have Emailed as yet no response.”

“Yodel claimed they had been unable to deliver to me 0n 3 successive days. We are both in 24/7 because of present virus. On a web chat yesterday I was told their driver had been going to the wrong address and promised a delivery today. Nothing has arrived. I began another Webchat in which I learned the parcel has been returned to the supplier. I was rudely cut off when I tried to complain”
