Trying to make contact with a person is not possible and other means of contact is a waste of time.

“The parcel never came the day it was supposed to, I contacted them the next day and they said they couldn't find my adress and they sent it back to the sender. That means I had to wait at least for 10 days more. I asked them why noone called me or sent me an email in order to assiste the driver about the address and why the driver couldn't find the address since the first part of teh same order was delivered three days ago form them. The agent couldn't answer my questions and he kept saying to contact the sender. Ridiculous!”

It supposed to be sign it, but not rang the bell, and the chat of the website to ask information is always unavailable, finely they investigate and the results, the geolocation confermare driver was in my area so: Where gone my parcel? Did the driver keep it?”
“1st April was told that large Nespresso parcel had been delivered at 14.29 through the letterbox!! Bell never rang and parcel nowhere to be found. £80 worth of coffee!
Chat came on eventually but they can’t do anything and had problem with English. Terrible service. Did the driver keep the parcel? No way to make complaint. Nespresso as helpful as Yodel were rubbish. Why do Nespresso use such an awful firm?”

“Like most of the other reviews received a message saying parcel delivered and left in safe place at front door. No idea who they delivered to as I have cameras on door and was cleaning car in drive when they supposed to have come. I will definitely not be buying from any company that uses yodel to deliver. “Awful courier. Drivers rarely can find the building (other companies have no problem...), and no way to contact driver or leave a note to the driver.
Customer support claim the limitation is drivers not having a phone to be able to call the recipient when they're outside. Pathetic excuse, give them one.”
“Parcel was initially sent to Ireland. Then when it got to the correct local depot the driver took it to the wrong house or just said he couldn’t access mine. Either way no attempt at a delivery made. Driver never answered call. DM on Twitter never answered either. Got someone online. See if parcel actually arrives today.”
