“The worst courier service in the whole world. Whenever I see ‘Yodel will deliver your parcel’ I know there will be an issue.
I go on holiday tomorrow and my parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday. No parcel, and no notification as to where it is. I spoke to a woman on a live chat yesterday that assured me it would be delivered on time. This has happened to me before - Yodel said they had attempted delivery whilst I waited in ALL DAY for it and NOBODY came, yet I got a notification saying Yodel attempted delivery! They did this twice: outright lied. The most appalling service. And of course they’re closed on a Sunday with all my holiday clothes in their depot and no way of speaking to an actual human being. I am livid.”

“Was incorrectly listed as delivered on the day it was due when it wasn't. The next day the driver delivered the package to a random woman, he didn't ask for ID nor a flat number and he didn't even ring my flat, so he rang the wrong flat and delivered it to some thief who has now taken my package. Useless service, webchat provided no help and very few precautions taken to make sure items aren't picked up by strangers. Useless, do not send anything with this company and don't buy from businesses who use them.”

“Absolutely appalling company. They delivered my parcel to the wrong address and when I emailed photographic proof that I don't live in the house they described, they said that they would investigate it and have been ignoring my calls and emails since.
Just called them again and they said that as it's been three months, they've closed the ticket and there's nothing they can do. So I have no parcel and can't get a refund because as far as the company I purchased it from is concerned, Yodel are saying it's been delivered. Shocking.
Avoid at all costs.”
“Received notification to say attempted delivery but could not gain access....my delivery address was a shop that was open! No attempt was made and no card was left which I believe is proof no one attempted delivery. I contacted yodel who said "I will not make the deliver turn as he is out making other deliveries" no apology from yodel and when asked if I would received any outcome from my complaint was told no its dealt with internally (so put in bin) joke of a company who couldn't care less”
“I recently moved into a new flat building and made two online orders with Yodel as the courier. The first order was returned to sender, without any communication to myself of attempted deliveries. I contacted the company my order was placed with, and they thankfully resent the same item, free of charge. Yodel still failed to deliver, writing on the tracking page that I needed to "update my address". I tried phoning to explain how to enter the building, assuming this was the problem. But the phone line wasn't working, so I used an online chat. The customer service representative simply asked me for my address, I gave her the exact same address, and she told me it had been updated. This was strange, but I assumed there must have been a typo on their system. I later had to liaise with the second company I had ordered from, as they emailed to tell me that Yodel could not find my delivery address. I explained my address and circumstances, still assuming they were unsure of how to enter the building. The representative from this company told me that Yodel apparently couldn't find my building at all, but just hadn't bothered to contact me. I found this very strange, as I have also received deliveries from Royal Mail, Amazon, IKEA, and Just Eat since moving into my new address. All of these delivery services were able to easily find my address, and call my phone if there were any issues. I resorted to giving Yodel an alternative address (my partner's parents), this was inconvenient and they still weren't able to make a successful delivery with this address. I have no idea why there are any organisations using Yodel as their chosen courier, as I have noticed I'm not the only customer experiencing these issues. I'm glad I didn't order anything important with their service, as I still haven't received either of my parcels.”
“One of your delivery operatives broke into my garden today to deliver parcels! Is this standard procedure or am I right to contact the police for trespass and breaking and entering?”
“3 days for an overnight delivery. Same issues as others, "Sorry we missed you we've left a card!" or something similar! They never came as I checked the cctv. Customer service does not exist - they really don't care. I would never use them to send a parcel!”
“I have been in all day waiting for my parcel. I have tracked the driver's itinerary minute per minute. Literally! I could see that his/her journey was not done efficiently at all. (E A D B C instead of A B C D E ... as an example).
When it was my turn, I took a shot of the map displayed on my screen since the driver was on the motorway instead of my address!!!
I received a message saying "Sorry we missed you. We've left you a calling card". It turned out that the driver went to the wrong address. How can this be possible when every other courier companies have delivered to my address without any problems! so unprofessional!
This is the second time I'm having a bad experience with YODEL”

“The worse service ever!!! 5 days in chasing my parcel (tv) and still haven't got it. People from costumer service are useless every time telling me different story and excuse. First it was sent to wrong adress (3 times) then given to the wrong driver to end up with no more updates from the depot meaning none knows what's going on with it. Absolutely shocking!!!”
“Horrific service. I orders toilet roll from WhoGivesACrap and have been waiting for 5 days. Since Yodel’s stupidity I now have no toilet roll and no idea when it will arrive.
I received an email stating that my parcel would be delivered between 5:15 and 7:15. Fortunately I was off work so sat around in the house all day.
At 17:06 received an email from Yodel stating they had tried to deliver, no answer and left a card.
There was no card left and no one attempted delivery to my home. I have CCTV both sides of my property and simply no one visited.
Rang Yodel customer services, after waiting a long period of time on a charged phone line was told by the representative that they don’t even have their drivers phone numbers. Tried to rearrange delivery for later on today to no avail.
I will never purchase anything with them delivering every again.”
“I order a product from a seller but I didn't relieve the parcel. When I tracked with the parcel, they told me that it was sent through the concierge in the flat but I double-check with the landlord and there is no concierge at all. The whole time they were lying about it.”

The the REPLACEMENT Humidifier arrived today - TUES 3rd MARCH20 - while I was out -Yodel REF: 78286122 (TF1 6NS - Telford).
The YODEL Courier driver did the same thing as last week, and threw it over my rear Garden Gate and BROKE IT once again. This time the HumidifierTop (lid) is badly cracked as the thrown parcel box landed on it's top (box battered as shown in photo).
I did suggest to you last week, when you send me the replacement item to wrap the box within the bag in much more bubble wrap, and also place a Fragile label/sticker on the bag. If you had done that perhaps it would have survived the stupidity of the Yodel driver today.
To any one with a brain you can tell handling the bagged item that it is Fragile and should be delivered with care.
YODEL DO NOT CARE about quality delivery!
I called Yodel Customer Service again and explained the breakage last week and again today, and they apologised to me.They said a Yodel manager will call me back later today. They never did and I don't expect them to do anything.
I have attached new photos of delivery while out card of today and the Yodel delivery of last week
