Was informed that my delivery had been refused at the door....parcel wasn’t even delivered and it is needed as it is baby milk formula, which everyone who has a baby is very hard to get hold of at the moment. Rang driver hasn’t even bothered answering or returning the calls.....absolutely disgusting

If I could give this company 0 stars I definitely would! I ordered my prom dress through amazon and after it saying that the tracking number didn't exist I contacted the seller who was lovely about the situation and said that they had spoken to Yodel. Yodel claimed my parcel was 'delivered' but there was no one home so it got taken back to the post office and was never collected so it went back. The truth is the parcel was never even attempted to be delivered, there is always someone in the house, they left no card and never contacted me to inform me of anything. I would not recommend this company EVER!

Yodel is most horrible delivery company. I was waiting for a delivery from morning and I have Camera fitted in my front door. No one came To deliver my product and suddenly it came up as “Delivery tried”- OMG. I checked the camera whole day activity of my front door. And surely this company is cheating people. Looking for option to complain against them.

Day 2 of getting nowhere with yodel? First excuse was we will get in contact with driver and send an email to you NOTHING then again today after numerous attempts of web chat to get a rubbish excuse. Think TRADING STANDARDS would be very interested theft from drivers

Parcel was left in the communal corridor on the ground floor, just right after the door entrance, even though I live on the 1st floor. The courier didn’t use my flat number on the intercom system to get to building and somehow got to building, left parcel on corridor but tracking have signature for package. Wonder who signed it?

such a dishonest company. I don't understand why clients are using this delivery service. I was tracking from the morning, the driver was going somewhere else and never entered my road. All of a sudden I got a missed delivery notification. I addition, apparently there was no one for the past 3 delivery attempts. Come on, everyone knows that it's "stay at home" rules. So now this is the time to aware that Yodel is a dishonest company.

Not received parcel although Yodel system says delivered. Used Covid19 as an excuse to dump it somewhere and i have no idea where.

My parcel "arrived" 7 days ago. The driver didn't even TOUCH my door, I was there waiting for the delivery and after a whole day I received a test "Ops, we missed you". Well no, they simply never delivered it. There was no card on my door. Nothing. After that I spent a week contacting them to know where was my stuff and where and when could they deliver it to me. They said "the delivery will be tomorrow" for a week. After a week they said they lost my label on the parcel but anyway they would deliver it "tomorrow" 100% sure. Today, 8 days later, they admitted losing my parcel. WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER. Thieves.

OUt of two dozen parcels Yodel have been given to delivery to me this year only 2 arrived, Its now got to the point Im emailing the companies im buying from to see who they are using, if its Yodel, then Ill buy elswhere. This unproffessional bunch have done the following in the last several months, delivered a parcel USA stye by throwing it into our drive, which has a mountain stream running down it 24/7 Item ruined. Same thing a week later, Item was run over by another courier as it was just thrown into the road. Ok our lane is 500m long, but thats what you are paid to do, DELIVER, not chuck it 500m from the house. They also lie, things they have said are, No one at home......someone here 24/7, Left in shed, nothing in shed, gate locked, no just closed, any 3 yrs old can open it, refused delivery.....love that obne, to refuse a delivery you have to actually try to deliver you buttheads, All in all out of ALL ther courier companies this buch are the worst, not just me who is having an issue, the more I speak with people abou this, the more its seems it just a big scam company, taking money under false pretenses. Advice for any business, Stay away from this lot

Tracking states my parcel has been delivered yet I’ve received nothing. Seems the courier has stolen my parcel. I waited in a queue for 5 hours online to do a web chat, still no luck. Worse company ever. I didn’t realise there was a company worse than Hermes, but here you are.

Watching their tracker. Driver close by, so stood at front window to watch for van. Porch door open. Next thing web tracker states unable to access house!! No card though letter box. Unable to contact Yodel on webchat, just states trying to connect. Web options on line just give collect from depot -16 miles away and that in current lockdown! Rubbish carrier, and to make it worse my supplier doesn't want to help either

8 requests for collection ,tracked to my home 36 stops away came to collect they didn't 23 4 11 0 o stops today driver pulled up and drove away in front of my eyes ,never got out of the van yet tracker came to collect was unable ,ive 2 mattresses that were damaged on arrival sitting in my hall .im disabled and having to squeeze by they are a fire hazard ,yodel cc contacted 3 times by very and they still taking the mick ,stop outside the door and don't collect ,68 yrs old sleeping on a sofa because I cant buy another mattress as it cant come through the door ,yodel drivers need to be made accountable ,36 drops before mine and im not home they were miles away ,if mattresses are not collected I will give to the homeless then they can pay £750 for them ,they have caused me nothing but stress 8 bloody requests and not coming to get

Absolutely disgusting service! I could see on the website that the courier is right next to my house delivering other items, and when I was next in line for delivery, I got a notification saying that a courier could not find my property, which is a huge lie as I live in a big apartment block, and the address has been inserted correctly; no one ever missed it! They only left me an option to pick up my order from a depot over 1 h away from my house by public transport. This kind of behaviour and carelessness on behalf of delivery services in these difficult covid 19 times is very upsetting and if a courier cannot locate a huge building or is simply not bothered to enter, yodel has got huge problems. The worst attitude!!!

Where's 0 starts. Absolute joke!!Driver did not deliver my items. . I've been in my front garden waiting for parcel. When I got a notification tracking the stops once it got to mine it said could access property. No calling card. If your drivers can't read door numbers you have a serious problem. Tried to webcam that doesn't work. Scam company. Actually appalling.

Made numerous orders through very , misguided and phone companies who deliver through Yodel. Absolutely TERRIBLE. Says delivered but not here. I do NOT recommend Yodel as I expect my delivery to be here when it says delivered. Do better yodel. And the delivery drivers never answer.

awful service tracking is unavailable, the chat does not help at all and if you call even with the tracking reference it doesnt recognise it my parcel is already 2 days late and i have no idea where it is.

Driver did not deliver my order and a message was sent saying I missed it. Funny thing is I've been waiting since I got the 2 hour time slot and tracking it. What an absolutely disgusting company. If your drivers can't find an address then there are serious problems. Seems like a massive scam company sort it out quickly

The worse service ever. My parcel supposed to arrive today which it need to be sign. I was waiting for the phone call to open the gate for them. I kept updating on tracking website. I checked again it said the driver couldn't delivery. What about call before you leave? The most stupid curier ever!

Goods collected from seller on 18th and as of the 28th, still not arrived. No lie, every transaction with yodel has been lost. I will now get into the habit of asking seller if they use Yodel and if so, they have lost a sale.
