“Driver rang doorbell. I went straight away to the door only to find her getting in her car and driving off with my parcel. I then got an email to say it had been delivered though my letter box. There is nothing there. I've contacted customer services twice and they just say they need to interview the driver. I've never ever had a good experience with this company. Truly awful. Annoying that the item I brought said they dispatch via royal mail and it clearly wasn't.”

“They keep delaying delivery of a parcel, which has now become urgent. They keep misinforming me about the location of the parcel and making up stories about being unable to access my property (it is a ground floor flat that is accessed directly from the pavement). My guess is their driver went to the wrong address at best or is downright lying at worst. Even though I was speaking to them on their chat early this morning and explaining the urgency of the parcel they would not attempt to deliver it today. They told me they will attempt to deliver tomorrow. And what if their driver once again goes walkabout? There are no guarantees that I will actually receive what I ordered. By the way the seller has been next to useless as well so far.”
“The courier leaves the parcels without my knowledge with others without leaving information where it is. I can't contact the courier. I do not recommend”
“Had two parcels delivered in two separate days. And both parcels was left in the communal post boxes(that's what they say). I has home a hour after both delivery’s no card or parcels. Yodel admitted leaving parcels down stairs and and done a investigation on their driver which come up with nothing. I’m very disappointed as it was clothes for my daughters birthday and either yodel delivered else where or not at all. I had no card for reference left. A rubbish company that doesn't want to admit when wrong and admit mistakes.”

Tracking service states my parcel was delivered through the letter box, which was kind of impossible considering it was very big and my letter box can fit a letter or small parcel. Finally received the parcel the following day left at the entrance of the building for anyone to take. Too much hard work to leave it in the reception area.
Called customer service the previous to find out calls are 6 pounds per minute so used the live chat and someone said the would get back to me, no one ever did also my chat was ended whilst I was still typing. Awful service.”

“Bought the most expensive TV I have ever owned (or would have)
Box arrived looking like it had been through a large tumble drier - corners bashed in and the handles ripped.
Driver claimed it was like that from the start.
Signed for the box as damaged, took delivery hoping that the TV would have survived - plugged TV in and it's smashed to pieces with cracks all over the screen.
Contacted YODEL directly and they said they wouldn't do anything about damage in transit unless the sender raised it as a complaint.
Driver may have even erased the signature info that says I signed for it damaged as I can't see any electronic record of it.
SECOND TIME parcels have arrived from YODEL with the boxes damaged, but first time that it's been bad enough to send back or open an RMA!”

“I'm giving one star cause I can't put no star ratings. My friend has had many problems with this delivery service. The delivery driver refuses to deliver to her flat and items have been sent back and resent again and again. She still has not received her parcel still and its been months.”
“If there was a -1 I would give them this. They don't even deserve the 1 star. Terrible drivers that say they can't get access to the property when the access is clear as day (a door and a doorbell). Then when you query a missing parcel they deny it's whereabouts or somehow manage to blame you for its loss. 10 days later, no parcel, rude customer services, I have never felt so helpless when trying to get to the bottom of where my parcel has gone. Honestly it's actually criminal.”
“Instructions made to leave in garage so garage left unlocked all day (Saturday). No delivery by 9pm and, conveniently, no card left - website stated address couldn't be located. In 35 years living here no one has ever said they couldn't find the address. The driver will have had a satnav! Maybe needs to go on a course re how to use it! No one available to speak to at Yodel until Monday. Delivery now arranged for Tuesday. Suspect the driver was needing home early! I thought Parcel Hero were poor but this takes some beating.”
