Absolutely awful company, I ordered two bedside tables that came from the same depot but with two different drivers, the first driver came around midday found my new build house after looking for a couple minutes as there are only 3 houses on the road, and had no problems with the delivery. The second driver, I waited all day for making sure how many stops away he was, I saw it finally go down to one stop away at about 7pm I was obviously in my house and had been for a while by then and then the next second I refreshed the page and I’d apparently not been in my house for the item to be delivered and even better the driver left a card to say he’d missed us! The lazy driver never even bothered to look for our house, like I said only 3 down the damn street and I’m number 2! Then when I went on the yodel live chat I was being called a liar because their system shows the driver was in the area.. despite me saying I was in of course I’m in it’s 7pm on a Monday. I’m a liar and I have to wait till the next day for my delivery, which I do and Again I was the last one to be delivered despite being missed off the day before you’d think I’d be one of the first. This time I waited outside at gone 7pm, incase the dossers this company employ might notice a human stood outside after missed three 2 storey houses.

Your courier service is by far absolute rubbish. Your drivers are mostly ignorant and have an attitude. I was a customer of Very catalogue for many years. Recently I closed my account because Yodel is their courier. More than often my deliveries were never delivered. Excuses galore by the drivers. After numerous issues with deliveries I closed my account. Yesterday a driver forgot to deliver 2 parcels to me. I got only one. Today I was waiting to collect the parcel but the driver didn't even attempt to stop at my home. He simply drove past without even looking. Then lied saying he had no access????? I was home. No access is an absolute LIE. Tomorrow I have had to have a THIRD redelivery. I wont hold my breathe as Yodel are worthless & useless. Today I had 4 deliveries from Royal Mail - not one issue - all parcels were delivered on time. Yodel out of 10 I give you ZERO 00/10

Have had multiple issues with missed deliveries, tracking app not updating, vans breaking down and my parcel going missing whilst out for delivery. I speak on the web chat function and get told my problem will be resolved and it isn’t. Wish ASOS would stop using this delivery service.

They email you at end of day to say missed delivery and card left.I know no one has called as I am retired and here all the time with 2 dogs who bark as soon as someone is at door.Also no card left.I despair when I am advised that Yodel are the courier.Not the first time as well .Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow but who knows.

Yodel have had my parcel for two weeks now and don’t know where it is! I have emailed customer services five times, they replied to the first and have ignored the rest. I have emailed social media escalations and got no response. If you can actually get on web chat, they cut you off. What kind of company runs like this??? I have now cancelled my order and requested a full refund as I am not prepared to wait any longer due to their incapability’s.

Parcel is over two weeks late. Customer service repeatedly 'ASSURED' me it would be delivered the next day on 5 different occasions. Extremely poor customer service for a very expensive parcel. Will never ever ever ever use this service again, and I recommend to anyone purchasing a parcel to check if the delivery is Yodel. If it is, cancel the parcel and purchase from a different vendor/delivery service.

If you are looking for a way to track and spy your partner’s phone and activities remotely with ease then try Mr Craig.. I tried this device couple of time’s it worked perfect Tracking my partner and kids location but I need to get more details of my partners phone activities such as text messages calls log emails WhatsApp Fb pictures videos remotely and all that I told to know why he’s been keeping his phone from me and smiling with full attention whenever he’s chatting... Driver continues to throw parcels over my garden gate, when there is a safe place by the front door. My last delivery from them was damaged due to the way and distance it must have been thrown. This company needs to look at itself from the top down and try an improve. I have also had the e-mail that your parcel was delivered but then turns up the following day. Just not good enough !!!!

The worst delivery company. They had lied that the driver have tried to deliver my item but I was not at home. How is this possible if I had made 4 orders, 3 through Royal Mail (all received in time and same day), but only this one I have not gotten yet? Besides, they said that have tried to deliver the next day, but again "nobody answered", no cards for these 2 "supposed days" of trying to contact me. Moreover, they claimed that I had decided to collect the parcel from the nearest Yodel depot which is like 30 km far from my current address, so that means to get a train and a bus just because they are absolutely incompetentes. It was supposed that the parcel had to be delivered 3 weeks ago. Worst of the worst. For anyone who is reading this comment, stay away from this company, don't waste your time or money with this unprofessional firm, it is for your own good.

The only thing I would use Yodel for, is to deliver my mother in-laws dead carcass, as I know it would never see the light of day again.

Spent all day waiting in ....... say they can’t find me ..... tried to contact them as requested, total waste of time as they aren’t contactable ..... operatives busy (all day !!!!) ..... think those might be complaints. My place is on a main road !!! Never had problems with any other delivery.

Awful company, no customer service. Received an email that driver left a card on my door. He didnt. Caller the company the next day t track my parcel and they said it would be delivered today. It didnt. Called again to complain and they were closed.

This company shouldn't be in delivery business, this is the third time that happens, drivers attempt to deliver only once and leave only one card , and the tracking information mentions 3 delivery attempts and 3 cards left and now you have to collect it yourself from the depot , fraud ..!!

Unable to give zero rating. Waiting on parcel, had been in all day. Got notification it had been delivered - door never went once. Then got email confirming it had been delivered just a completely different time - door still never went once. Phoned to complain to be told it shouldn't have been changed to delivered and parcel would be delivered today - as yet still nothing!!! Yodel sort it out

Absolute joke! They didn’t even try to deliver to my address, I was at home all day and while I was in the kitchen cooking I got an email saying I wasn’t home and that the premises was closed like I live in retail shop and the doors have a certain time it opens and closes lol didn’t even think to ring my flat buzzer (which is working perfectly fine) or knocking on my door! I needed my purchase today and they couldn’t even deliver that properly they’re done this to me 5 times!!! So tired of chasing this company up!

Had two parcels delivered by them the first they had obviously chucked in the van and one of the products had exploded over everything and all over the clothes which makes it even worse, then they said my delivery was delivered when it wasn’t, I spoke to 5 different people from yodel customer services and they didn’t have a clue about the parcel where it was or anything and was told different things by all of them. Then they told the company I bought the stuff from that it was on a van and they would be delivering today so I was waiting for the parcel luckily I was off work. I then got a phone call 2 hours later to say it was in the depot and I could go and collect it I went down to collect it and again one of the parcels had exploded in the bag but this time it was so bad everything was soaking wet from the Makeup remover water with oil in it, all the clothes are ruined and I can’t even send the stuff back due to the papers for the returns were soaked through, all of the packages were soaked through that you couldn’t even pick anything up, yodel don’t even seem the care. The parcels are worth £800!!! So after the whole day being wasted with trying to chase up this parcel and then having to go and collect it myself after paying £5 for delivery the items are ruined. If I could give this company 0 stars I would! How they can even think that’s acceptable is beyond me!! I would avoid at all costs you can’t even call it a company. I don’t even think they know what customer service is because the attitude on them is disgusting!!!

Yodel failed two days in a row to deliver a parcel which I was expecting, both times I received an e-mail saying they had been unable to deliver the first time, and that they had left a card, the second attempted delivery they said they had successfully delivered my parcel. I had not left the house so I had not been in receipt of any delivery.
