Day 1 - Yet again a driver can't find our address. No one else has any problem. Instructions given, we will deliver tomorrow.
Day 2 - and yodel have said they couldn't access the property and asked for an access code. There are no gates or access code needed to access my property. Looks again like a driver who can't be bothered or has the time to drive into the country.
Day 3 - I sat in the house and tracked the driver using the app, from 24 parcels to my delivery right down to 0. Then he seemed to park up about 1 1/2 miles away for 10 minutes. Wee cup of tea or lunch I thought. But no, I had an update - Sorry we've missed you. We've left you a calling card. They were never near my house and I have the screen shots from the app to prove it!”
“Delivery driver turned up a day late, not a massive deal wxcpwt for the fact that I'd waited in all day yesterday for my delivery. Delivery driver knocked my door as if it was a drugs raid, then when I pepepned the door he had the parcel in hand, said "Goldie yeah?" (my surname)... I responded in disbelief not knowing who he was "huh?", he continued... "Goldie yeah" to which I replied "yes", he handed me the parcel which was a talktalk router and just walked off. Complete knob in all fairness. No manners at all and no respect for the companies customers that they deliver parcels for. I'd never choose to use them myself. Avoid!”
“i ordered some joggers from Missguided, and got next day delivery . i got an email from Missguided to say that Yodel had delivered my parcel at front porch. we don't have a front porch, and no card got sent to me with my parcel. None of my neighbours had gotten my parcel either. My mum then phoned Yodel to say that it had not been delivered, but they kept saying that the delivery driver had definitely delivered it. Missguided have now sent me a free replacement parcel.”
“I’m sat next to my door awaiting parcel. I then get a message saying they tried to deliver. I didn’t realise they now employed the invisible man and his van. Also no agents available on the live chat 😡”
“Lied about delivering. gave Fake signature and i lost item and money as retailer would not refund. Customer services constantly lied and don't care.

“I did not receive my package. I was told it had been delivered. I am sure it had been but not to me. I rang asking them to check will the driver where it had been delivered. I was told it would be looked into and I would get a call back. I didn’t get a call back so rang again to give them a reminder. Still no call. I then messaged them to no effect. I then tried messaging them again but was cut off being told as I had not contacted them for a while the case was closed.”
“Absolutely disgusting company and customer service - they've lost or stole 2 parcels in a space of 2 months, customer service can't do anything, they have no photo proof or cards that parcels were left in a safe place or delivered. Do not use these people for anything!”
“I came home to find my parcel left on my doorstep for al to see or take! Two days later another delivery was made the driver thoughtfully put my refuse bins in front of my doorstep to hide the parcel. It was a rainy day and my parcel stayed dried and concealed. So two different experiences in one week. My delivery was on time too.”
“The delivery driver tried to deliver my stuff to a wrong address when i rang was told that the sat nav was not working then today was meant to deliver my stuff again but again I got We tried to deliver your parcel but couldn't access your property.
When the tracking map to show what you where your delivery is and it was up Abergavenny both days I spent so much money on the stuff what was going to get delivered to someone else”
“Absolutely horrendous company, been waiting over a week for a collection, saying they will come everyday but never come. Then we keep on ringing but still they don't turn up and today they said they couldnt access the property, yet they could deliver to the property which blows my mind. Everything about Yodel is a 0 out of 5 for me. It's a joke.”
“Was told parcel would come on Tuesday but apparently they came Monday and app said they left a card which they didn't. When i got in contact with them they didn't have a clue what had happened and didn't care then the tracking app said it would come the next day so i waited all day but nobody came so was told they would come the next day and i followed the tracker and i was number 60 of 64 and i went outside when it was 58 and waited whilst checking my phone then it said the driver called by and nobody was in which was a complete lie. Customer service don't have a clue and when you're speaking on the web chat they cut you off when you're asking a question. Will never use yodel again. Absolute jokers. Wasted 3 days staying in for them.”
“Waited for over 2weeks for a delivery, a couple of blank cards put through the door with no information and then today I get an email to say my package was delivered but no sign of it and no card to say where it has been left!
In future if a company I am ordering from uses Yodel, I’ll cancel my order and tell them it’s because they use Yodel”
“It would be a good idea if your drivers actually knocked on the door instead of leaving a parcel outside particularly when it is about to start raining heavily.
I just happened to see the van driving off.I would award a minus review if that was possible.”
“Did not turn up to the address, Was sat tracking the parcel and the driver just changed the status to 'cannot find address' he was not even near my address on the tracker. This company should dissolve and companies that use them as their courier should find a better alternative.”
“1. The lazy drivers did not come to my house, but informed the company that "We tried to deliver your parcel but couldn't access your property." I was at home all-time and nobody came. It was a very important parcel so, I had waited and missed all my businesses.
2. This company really doesn't want to speak - web chat only.
3. I didn't ask them, but they yourself changed the delivery option to collect from the depot myself.
4. I asked to speak to the manager, but it impossible. Also, I asked callback - nobody contacts me.”
“The driver never delivered or attempted to deliver my parcel - I was in the entire time and I have a dog who barks at everything and everyone and the pub next door was on the lookout for me too incase I went out (which I didn't.) I got a message to say that the driver had attempted delivery and could not get access - definitle not true and maybe they just went to the wrong address. I tried every which way to speak to someone in Yodel about thie phoning and chat helpline but there was no way I could contact the driver or check if the delivery the next day would be to the correct address. Still waiting for my parcel. I won't ever use Yodel again.”
“Was sending something back to Very with Yodel. Had a text to say it would be collected between 9.20 and 11. Waiting here and using their Track my pick up. And suddley status changed to 'tried to deliver and no one in'...??? We are sitting here waiting! No one has been here all morning!!! Now I cant get through yo Yodel AT ALL!!! live chat bot connecting and when you call you cant get to speak to anyone!!! Its a FAT JOKE OF A SET UP”
