As on a previous occasion, the driver claimed to have attempted delivery. Yet again this was a lie and there was no card left as claimed. I was working in full site of the entrance to the house and monitoring the driver’s progress with deliveries online. I had also arranged the parcel to be left in the conservatory if required. The chat line repeatedly terminated the chat despite me keeping messaging and could provide no honest explanation for the failure to deliver, or for the dishonest ‘sorry we missed you’ message from the driver.

Package still hasnt arrived, was scheduled for yesterday but i wasnt home and driver did not follow instructions. He left a note on the system stating he doesnt have access to the property to make the delivery. No attempt to phone me. The number i have been given yesterday at 11.30am has been off for both yesterday and today. The worst delivery company i have ever had to deal with and i will refuse to use companies who deliver via this company. Absolute joke of a customer service team when you do eventually get past the stupid robot that you have to deal with 1st!

Attempted delivery twice (Lies) No card left each time - chat support suggested they have blown away and the drivers sometimes leave them outside. Everytime something gets delivered via this courier i end up having to drive to the depo myself.

Have had the displeasure of dealing with this company from multiple sites that use their service, issues incluce: -Ignoreing next day delivery and arguing with you when you say it's their fault and they shoulc correct it -late deliveries -incorrect deliveries -damaged deliveries (even on some products that are checked before they are delivered so it was definitely on their end) -Lost packages -Packages on wrong van so they wont deliver -Lying about attempted deliveries -Using stupid excuses as to why it wasn't delivered some of which make no sence -Delivery drivers only giving you one of the boxed they have for you then ignoring your request that they deliver the other before returnign to the depot even though they delivered it less than 10 minutes ago This company is a joke if you can avoid using them do it unless you're willing to spend days arguing and waiting for your delivery.

Disgusting company to dwal with. My parcel arrived at their main depot as shown on tracking. Mysteriously they can't find it now. They accept no responsibility and told me to go back to sender. Awful customer care.

Absolute disgrace of a company!!!! 1st package- driver said he delivered parcel and it was signed for.. LIAR!!! He never delivered to the address!! Yodel now cannot find the package!! 2nd package- driver said he attempted delivery but could not access the property.. I was waiting In The front garden and he didn’t even turn up!!! Customer service are just as much a joke as the drivers.. they don’t have a clue!!!!

Did not even buzz the door just drove pastz absolutely ridiculous, When we called customer support they said there was nothing they would do, and they didn't know when we'd get our parcel

No attempt to leave my daughters birthday present in I safe place ie enclosed porch, neighbour who was cleaning the car etc instead they threw it over our 7ft fence into the enclosed dog pen in the garden resulting in a destroyed item. Very poor service from yodel

literally the worst experience i've ever had with a delivery service. i ordered my parcel a month ago and am being told i now need to get a train off down south to pick up my parcel because Yodel never actually delivered it to me. in all day, sat by the door. all three times i've had nothing. customer support is absolutely dead. literally no response for days despite consistent messaging. apparently all their operators on the website are busy, and have been.... for a month.

Was told my parcel would be delivered yesterday. I waited in all day yesterday following the live tracking trail. At 3.00pm I was next on the list for delivery. Next when I looked at the tracking they advised that they had left a 'could not deliver' card. They had not neither had they run on my doorbell. In fact they did not even come down my road. Poor excuse for a delivery company.

On Thursday I had a parcel delivered no one was in so a card was left on this card it stated LEFT IN GREEN BIN BLUE TOP I returned from work later that day and found card but no parcel then I realised that it was left in our rubbish bin and the dust man had taken our waste away I was more annoyed that someone thought that leaving a parcel in a rubbish bin was a good and safe place I reported this on Friday to be told someone will get back to me in 24hr no one did so I contacted again twice today to be told someone will contact me then got cut off so I rang back to be told parcel was left in the rear porch I DONT HAVE ONE AT BACK OR FRONT while talking to the women I was cut off again If I have to buy the goods again I will be asking for yodel to compensate for lose and inconvenience I have got no where with yodel and I will be asking my clients not to send me anything via yodel

Ordered a Vax cordless on Tuesday of last week and was advised that delivery would be Thursday 5th. Then got a call from Vax customer services asking me to clarify my address as Yodel questioned it. I know where I live you imbeciles! After much back and forth communication with Vax - I have been told that Yodel have lost my package! It has tracking on it and is the size of an average dustbin.... How do you lose it??? Order cancelled. Shocking service from Vax and Yodel

Another crazy experience. I just find out Yodel once again pretended to deliver parcel and in delivery history put insane statuses such someone in my house ,,refused to accept parcel,, or next day ,, someone told them we moved out,, They even sent me email on 6th about unable to deliver due ,,someone refuse parcel,, where was already status for 7th as they try again and ,,were told we moved by mistery someone,, I did not know Yodel can tell a future. I do not know whom those someones are as we are living in separate house and normaly accepting parcels or mails for each other for years. The days they stated those lying statuses was all day someone at home. Our bell works perfectly and it is quite loud. No one showed up, no bell ring just received email with their imaginary excuses to not be able deliver a parcel. To be honest I never saw any Yodel van in my life. I can see DPD or UPS vans regulary but Yodel never. I do not understand where from they have 68% positive reviews on Trustpilot because when I checked in December last year ( my first night mare experience with them) they have 1 star. They probably ask their employees to post good reviews so they do not look so pathetic. Only from now I have to before any order make sure that seller do not use them. Two insane experience are enough.

Stayed in all day. Received an email saying I wasn’t in and the driver left a card. Blatant lie. The driver never left a card, attempted the delivery or passed the house 😂 Couldn’t be bothered. Joke. Decided to collect the parcel from a depot because I don’t trust the service but I don’t have a calling card because the driver never came.

Sent customer package driver said he left it in their shed in back garden. Back garden shed is locked no access plus dogs in house who bark if someone is about. No response all day from dogs. Now have to refund buyer or replace item. No further response from Yodel.

Agree with all comments about hideous service. My parcel was evidently delivered to my house +left in my porch as I was out. 1) I wasn't out at time said delivered. 2) I don't have a porch. Rang to say this. Was told driver tracker states he was outside my house. Unless invisible van he wasn't. Next day they interviewed driver.. Supposedly who said parcel hadn't been on his van. Why did he say he had delivered it then. Ring customer service again who say they are looking for parcel +will call back. This has gone on for 4 days now still no resolution. Appalling customer service. If I shop on line +see yodel I will cancel my order so company will not get a sale either. Seriously needs to look at their customer service as at moment it is non existent

The worst courier service in the whole world. Whenever I see ‘Yodel will deliver your parcel’ I know there will be an issue. I go on holiday tomorrow and my parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday. No parcel, and no notification as to where it is. I spoke to a woman on a live chat yesterday that assured me it would be delivered on time. This has happened to me before - Yodel said they had attempted delivery whilst I waited in ALL DAY for it and NOBODY came, yet I got a notification saying Yodel attempted delivery! They did this twice: outright lied. The most appalling service. And of course they’re closed on a Sunday with all my holiday clothes in their depot and no way of speaking to an actual human being. I am livid.

Seriously system is a malfunction They should copy there counter parts That will fix there problem Ps they don't like to hear they are rubbish and did not deliver Though will want you to believe it is on the way Not lost in there pile of a million or so mixed up loads Just so you know it's on the way Not there fault

Was incorrectly listed as delivered on the day it was due when it wasn't. The next day the driver delivered the package to a random woman, he didn't ask for ID nor a flat number and he didn't even ring my flat, so he rang the wrong flat and delivered it to some thief who has now taken my package. Useless service, webchat provided no help and very few precautions taken to make sure items aren't picked up by strangers. Useless, do not send anything with this company and don't buy from businesses who use them.
