“Once upon a time I was tracking my next day delivery parcel ...when all of a sudden the wicked witch appeared and carried my parcel far far away all the way back to la la land.
So...I had to talk to an Airy Fairy in la la land who said my parcel had travelled far far away but also nowhere near and should be safely transported back to me the next day.....

“Awful experience - incompetent drivers and utterly useless customer service. Have tried to get an order delivered 3 times now with no luck - first time it said no response (I was in all day and the driver never tried to deliver), second and third times they failed to deliver to their own collection points!! Got a notification that my order was being sent back to the sender. Absolute shambles of a company. Tried on 5+ times to use their online chat to resolve and encountered the rudest people ever - ended the chat before I’d even had chance to respond to their message. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!”
“They simply don’t seem to hear you! they keep on coming at the wrong time and refuse to leave the parcel with the neighbors. Very puzzling behavior, I can’t get the parcel, so I will give up the purchase and ask for a refund.”
“Three days on the trot, sorry we missed you. We've left you a calling card!!!! nothing left they didn't even try. I wouldn't mind i called the office and finally got through to a human being after some time and gave them my mobile so the driver could call if he was having trouble finding me!!!! Useless is an understatement!!!”
“Yodel is complete shambles from there tracking is useless there customer support is a waste of time and takes ages to reply seems to type for ages and promises to update and resolve but again never happens our previous experience was the same so will avoid at all costs and never purchase from suppliers who use them week late in delivering and lost”
“Through mail orders, I've encountered this festering pile of a company three times - each time absolutely appalling. Even an e-mail to the CEO was totally ignored - which shows the contempt in which they hold customers. Simple answer - before you order anything, check if the supplier uses Yodel and, if they won't use another carrier, take your business elesewhere - chances are, you'll save yourself a great deal of aggravation.”
“Your driver called at my address we were out and never left a calling card. Your tracking system is total rubbish. I tracked my parcel over 6 hours and the information never updates. I will instruct my supplier never to use yodel again for my deliveries.”
“Received a notification to say it was left in the front porch, only to see it wasn’t despite being in the flat all day. Was recommended to search the apartment block before downloading the app.
Chased up the driver by getting his phone number through the app (so I was able to reach him before yodel did) and was told it was concealed under the stairs near the back entrance.
Poor customer service and do not follow instruction. I can only be thankful to the driver for leaving his phone number and clear instruction.”
“Literally the worst experience ever. Not only did they deliver my parcel to some random neighbour, but also suggested I should walk around the neighbourhood trying to find my parcel, 'checking with neighbours'. Didn't leave a card or anything - had to find where my parcel was myself. Multiple consultants on the phone were useless too. I hope I'll never get to use Yodel EVER again.”
“On every occasion Yodel is absolutely incompetent and is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I will no longer buy from sellers who use Yodel to deliver”
“Waiting in for a parcel to be collected, tried to contact yodel to see if they had a rough time only to be told by three different departments that my details couldn’t be found and then was giving a link to another department which still no help. Rang the company who I arranged the returns with who gave me a reference and link which worked and the update said yodel tried to collect at 10:37 no calling card left and no video off them turning up at my door at that time so think like most people they lie about when they turn up. Would not recommend this delivery services at all.”
“Driver claims he turned up 3 times; I was not present on the first day but was home the other 2 times stated, and no one knocked. I got 2 cards in one go stating it has been left on the front porch and also that it has been returned to local service centre. Customer service says I should wait and see, or go to the depot 10miles away.
This isn't the first time Yodel has been dishonest, on another instance the parcel never arrived, and the house they stated they delivered it to did not match the description of the one i live in.”
“Claimed they were not able to access the premises despite my office not being yet closed when delivery was attempted. Rearranged delivery via web chat to be delivered home, and it has been 3 days since yet I’ve had no confirmation this has even happened. Two weeks since I placed my initial order. Worst service.”
“Yodel are the only courier service that either send a message saying you weren't in when you've been waiting in all day or can't find your property. Everyone else can find it. I rate this company as the worse courier service in the UK!”
“Order a next day delivery and I received a notification that the parcel couldn't be delivered because the driver couldn't access the premises.
As the premises is a hotel, open obviously 24 hours, and I was working in front of the entrance, I contacted customer service and ask them to call the driver and tell him to deliver the parcel.
They replied that the delivery will be done next day, even when I explained them that I won't be in UK tomorrow.
Worst delivery service and worst customer service. It's incredible that big companies as Topman can work with them.”

They said they had delivered my parcel into my letterbox, I don't think so since I was in all day waiting for it.
Customer service no help what so ever.
They accept no responsibility at all and blame the customer.
They are cheap for one reason they are more than useless.
Throw your money down the toilet at least you know what happened to it.”
