Worst company ever! I would give 0* of I could! They have lost my parcels twice in less than a month! They left a "we missed you card" for a neighbour who lives at 3 miles away from me. How is this even possible? The driver didn't wrote anything on the card, I had to call customer service to find out the card is actually for someone else and that they can't find my parcels. The first parcel was huge, guess what? They lost it. Waste of time, money and a lot of stress, so avoid at any cost!!!

Was waiting for yodel to collect a parcel.we waited in twice sitting by the window which was open.NO card left on both occasions.rang helpline about as good as there drivers.if they were an ailine they would make Ryanair look first class

I was expecting a delivery today. Was looking out the window for the parcel, as i was checking the status online and knew it was about to arrive. A van came, could not park just outside the house, so they just left!! I received an online notification that they attempted delivery (false), they missed me (false) and that they left a calling card (false). Tried customers help, but they offered zero solution other than waiting till Monday. The driver should have literally still be around the corner, but they said they have no way of contacting them - that's why the drivers take the liberty of being completely unprofessional i guess. Waste of time.

Omg if I only could give 0 I would do . Tried to attempt on 22nd but no calling card left so I updated on yodel website to deliver it to my neighbour next time. On 23rd I had a calling card at my door that they missed me. So I called customer service to speak with person who barely spoke English ... they told me I need to collect my parcel at depot. After explaining situation she said they will Try again next day. I ask her to make sure they will leave it with the neighbour (which is shop so they always open). On 24th I had a calling card again saying they missed me and the note on the said “next attempt Saturday afternoon” I called customer services again to speak with super rude lady who did not want to listen. She said it was 3 attempts and I need to collect it from the depot. Doesn’t matter I have something else Said on calling card or that I asked to leave it with the neighbour. Very disrespectful from yodels side . No communication . Liars on the phone ! I will definitely try to avoid for future !! Oh and also every time I call yodel customer service and they ask me for calling card ref no. They every time say my parcel was delivered. I contacted sender to try contact them. Happily had my parcel delivered today, but was sitting at the window for 20 minutes to make sure I’ll catch the driver . Dunno how would go if I was not at home !

I got an email to say my delivery would be 22nd, I waited in all day & the next day, finally got through to Yodel chat line to be told my parcel hadn't been scanned for a while, they would search for it, If I didn't hear back in 48 hours I should raise a claim. So it's now my problem. If I had known Yodel would be the courier I wouldn't have placed the order with Aldi. Can we give less than 1 star for zilch service?

As I write, I was awaiting a parcel to be delivered since 9 this morning. To make matters worse, the last tracking address was very close to the delivery address yet at close to 5pm no parcel in sight! Plus you are faced with online support who somehow are less understanding of your need to find out what is going on with your parcel. I hope never to have to use this company again, bearing in mind that it was not my choice but that of the company I purchased the goods from. No, I don't expect your drivers to put themselves at risk by updating but 7 hours with no update is beyond belief! Absolutely appalling.

Absolutely disgusting service Absolutely disgusting service, told parcel would be delivered on Wednesday, yet didn’t arrive, no show on Thursday, spoke to driver eventually, was told that parcel was going to be returned to sender due to wrong address on it, yet tracking advice says your parcel is on it’s way, but we are delayed, or words to that effect, not at all what the cowboy driver said. After being told he would deliver between 9-11, just been told after ringing him it will now be 10-11, app still says Wednesday, must have a time machine as we are on Friday. Last time they returned some telescopic ladders I needed for work, as I’m self employed, they sent them back to sender, after telling me to pick them up from their depot, lied to me and said that the sender asked for them to be returned, so seller lost a sale. Well done Yodel.

As I write, I am awaiting the delivery of a parcel that was scheduled to arrive yesterday. I waited in all day then and at 19:43 on the second day, I am still waiting for it. Whatever your experience of Yodel has been, for me this is the third bad experience in a month. A case of beer was abandoned in a common hall after a neighbour was tricked into allowing admission. Another item was similarly abandoned. Both occurred when someone was at home. The beer deliverer did not want to carry it to the second floor. The second one was in a hurry. . You decide on the service level that both represents. I informed the beer merchant that I would not make further orders if Yodel was used for deliveries. On this occasion, I shall inform the Ebay seller of my item of my thoughts. Inevitably, my public feedback will reflect my experience of his delivery arrangements. Sadly, it is part of the customer experience that he must note. Meantime, I am still waiting for the parcel at 19:53. Update: following a later chat, the Yodel representative admitted that the driver had not attempted to deliver the parcel.

Absolutely disappointing. The lady driver wasn't ready to give an update on delivery time. She didn't answer phone calls most of the time. After calling her so many times she said she will deliver before 12 noon. My husband came from office and waited till 12 noon and went back to work. She dropped the card at 12.20 and gone. Her excuse was it was her personal number and Yodel is not paying her to make calls or accepting calls. Why did they given her number to customers??? Why did she agreed to share her number with the customers? Apparently that was the 3rd attempt and the item returned to collection centre. i didn't get a card at first two attempt. Now I have to go 30 miles away collection point to collect it. There is no chance to ring and talk to their customer care. I don't know whether my husband could collect it , as the parcel is in my name. I never had such a bad experience all in my life. Just avoid this company like a plague. They don't care for the customers not even 1%. How come they expect people to wait at home all day to receive the parcel??? Disappointing experience. Not happy at all

Worst experience ever. I have had three 'failed' attempts where the driver clearly didn't even make an attempt to deliver my parcel. No card left on any occasion. On the third attempt, I live tracked my parcel all morning but two stops before mine it flagged as a failed attempt... I was home the whole time. Disgraceful service. I live in London, it's not like it is a hard to find, hidden away cottage in the middle of nowhere! Reported it to Customer Services and got assured a fourth attempt would be made with clear instructions to actually go to the address. Again no delivery was made. I got on the web chat again, told that they would never make a fourth attempt and that it was still at the depot. So angry I now have to take half a day off work to make a three hour round trip to their nearest depot for something I have paid to be delivered.

Delivered to the wrong address 2 days in a row, will now have to wait and see if they get it right tomorrow. Incompetent drivers, helpless customer service - will not be using again.

Courier dumped my parcel on next door's doorstep. They did not leave me a card. They did not knock on next door's door. If they had done the dogs would have barked.

Pathetic tracked my parcel on the app he was literally 2 streets away but he had another 57 stops before me who plans these routes wants sacking I watched him on the app go miles past my house just to come back 4 hours later that’s the last time I order anything from Very.co.uk if they keep using these useless cowboys

Tracking App has shown exactly the same information for 4 hours! This really is a rubbish delivery service. It was exactly the same last time I used it. I do wish retailers would stop using them.

I oredr a parcel form a thread party company , I been informed that my parcel has been lost ,sensed back to the company or even deroyed it, only cos of my order from (yodel) was incomeplet and not only that no email or letter was given to me to update me on the the packed.

Always a bad experience when awaiting on delivery via Yodel. Either late, ''attempted delivery'' - not true as was in at the time; you need to collect from the nearest depo, or parcel delivered to front door but it was never received. They don't respond to their live chat either

So I was waiting in for a parcel. In afternoon got an email to say they had tried to deliver but i wasn't home! Also said driver had left a card! Well I was home, all day. Have big dog who will bark if anyone comes in garden gate never mind knocks at the door. Spoke to customer services who are trying to arrange a re-delivery. Got no apology and no explanation as to why driver had claimed he had tried to deliver when he'd been nowhere near my house. If i could have give 0 stars i would have.
