As always everything goes wrong - paid for 24hr delivery and parcel goes into the Yodel system and just seems to disappear. Now on day 3 and no idea when I will receive. The online chat help thing is just a joke - literally worse than useless. They can't actually take any action to resolve any issue.

Yodel are the worst delivery company in the U.K. I’ve been waiting for 5 days now for my parcel but every day they say out for delivery but it never arrives.

Item was on 2day delivery item arrived delivery depot 7.15 am Fri delivery Monday even evri would have had this delivered in 2days

Delivery never arrived. Online chat absolutely useless apart from the first class attitude! Never will I buy from another company that uses this delivery service again

Delivery was due no later than today, 7th June 2025. Kept checking tracking info which stated it was out for delivery. Checked again at 3pm. To my suprise it was now showing delivery attempt failed. At no point did they attempt delivery today as I have been home all day. Contacted them via web chat to be told delivery had been attempted and it would now be Monday. I stated delivery had not been attempted nor was the parcel left in my designated safe place and asked why they were not being truthful. Kept stating sorry but nothing they can do. Exactly the same has happened previously with Yodel now. Quite happy to take payment for a delivery, fail on the delivery then lie to cover themselves. Very unhappy with the service this company supplies, don't know how it is still in business

I received text and email to say that my parcel had been delivered to my selected store, I had to have it delivered there after the driver couldn't be bothered to try and find my address, went to the store to be told it wasn't there I called the call centre and was told this is usual and I will receive another text when it's actually in-store, went on the online chat to confirm who told me this was not correct and I'll only receive the delivered message when delivered now have to wait 24hrs for an investigation!!

Yodel is Yodel is the most unserious delivery company, the drivers are very unprofessional, they throw the package in front of the door in the lobby of the building, although I have specified a thousand times that they should bring it to my door when I am not home and every time they have not done it and many packages that were delivered to me by Yodel were stolen. Very very disappointed with this company.

Absolutely annoyed with Yodel's service, seems like the driver can NOT read the address!! My 2x parcels have got delivered somewhere else. Not sure what's going on with Yodel, they need to upgrade their delivery drivers, its such a shock

My parcel has been delivered and left outside behind my neighbor plant pot and says it has been left behind rubbish bin.While I was at home and no one ring the door bell. I've checked camera, the driver went straight to my neighbor.How does it make sense? He doesn't know difference between door number 2 and 4 ? Ridiculous service!

Delivery awful, parcel was left right on my front door step for all the world to see, anyone could of stolen it, the box was bashed about, the delivery driver didn’t even wait till I got to my front door,I certainly wouldn’t use yodel to send a parcel, then yodel stated ( my parcel was left in a safe place) absolute lies. Evri beats yodel by my experience.

Very poor company. I paid close to £15 for a small parcel Next day. For some reason they are unable to deliver the parcel to my home. The customer service is horrible and they keep telling me the same thing. I have to wait 24 hours for them to investigate and then the next time they try to deliver the parcel the same thing happens over and over again. I have to collect it tomorrow from their collection point 8 days after the first delivery attempt. The yodel werhause collection point is 10 miles from where I live. Never again

Ordered a parcel From Vinted , seller decided to use Yodel as the courier unfortunately. Seller posted the item from London, I live just on the border of London, my parcel has taken almost a week to arrive , still no sight of it, despite the estimated yodel delivery date being 2-3 days (it’s been 7). tracking shows me it’s been sent to Bristol , then back to London , then up to the Midlands. Again I live 20 miles from the seller, yet somehow Yodel have managed to take my parcel on a tour of the UK ! Shocking company who seriously need to up their standards. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve heard and seen first hand this abysmal company attempt to deliver on time, unfortunately Vinted didn’t let me opt out of the seller using Yodel to send the parcel. Long story short , DONT USE THIS AWFUL SERVICE :)

Item didn't arrive they claimed it did. They even sent a photo of my postbox but no photo of said parcel. Customer support kept saying that the parcel arrived then gave me coordinates to search which ended up just being my own house. Customer support then told me to contact sender, totally useless.

My item did not arrive even though Yodel claimed it had. I contacted them and they said it had and sent a picture of a package outside a white front door. Great but as the photo here shows mine is brown. The response was we have delivered it so contact the supplier. To add indult to injury the Yodel staff members name was Lucky which I was not.

Second time in two weeks a parcel of plants has gone missing. Is someone stealing them for their own use (getting free plants). Yodel cannot seem to locate the parcel even though it was supposed to have been on the van for delivery. Twice I've been told to wait 24-48 hours for Yodel to investigate. Investigate what? They know the parcel was on the van and out for delivery but poof it's now vanished. Not good enough. Customer service useless same message over and over. I simply want the goods I've paid for and to use the delivery that I've paid for. In future in a company informs me they use Yodel I will look to another company using a different carrier to buy my goods from. Yodel, you are a delivery company why can't you get a simple delivery right?

Delivered parcel to wrong address and gave a pointless picture of a wall (I believe it to be a wall) as proof. On questioning via live chat they explained it had been delivered over 2 miles away according to their live tracker data. It would be looked into and they will get back to me. They did within 24 hours staying the depot has said it was delivered - case closed - it’s clearly not closed is it when everyone knows it’s been delivered incorrectly. Never heard anything from them again
