I don’t know why everyone leaves bad reviews. They update you …send emails when your parcel is due to arrive. Usually they deliver on time! They are polite and honest.

Every item that has been sent through Yodel is over 5 days late, sent back to sender, or totally missing from the system. How the hell can a company continue in buisness when everything they do is of a very poor standard. Customer service tells more bare faced lies than the US president. I have now started to check with sellers before purchasing items to see which delivery company they are using. I will not buy from sellers who say they use Yodel. What a complete shower of poop..

Driver claims to have left my parcel in a safe place, the porch he says, Except we don't have one !! We do have a front door step that sits directly onto the pavement on a very busy street in one of the poorest parts of Bristol.. SO, either a person whould have to be stupid beyond words to try and call that a safe place, Just no care, OR.. be a thief and pretending it's a safe place so they can get away with taking the parcel home with them.. Either way,, I don't have my parcel and Yodel Couldn't give a monkeys.. And please dot tell me to contact you..i've try that.. live chat hangs up.. and calling your phone number as some bot says tracking shows as delivered and hangs up.. WHY DO PEOPLE USE THESE FOOLS ??

Oh my days, DO NOT USE IT! Horrible! I ordered something and guess what? It says "Oops, your order is unrecognisable"

The driver simply doesn't come to your door and just update on the system "unable to deliver" Rubbish

What a waste of time contacting customer service the service is appalling no update on my missing parcel what a bundling company 14 days and they still cannot tell me where my parcel is... DO NOT USE THIS COURIER

For the last 3 days they have failed to even attempt to deliver, firstly tried to claim that I wasn't in but when I produced my ring camera footage of the time they claimed they quickly changed their story and promised to deliver the following day. 2 days later and still no delivery while my package is left sitting in their Cardiff delivery depot. DO NOT USE YODEL, ONLINE WEB CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE, THEY KEEP REPEATING THE SAME THING EACH DAY The only reason I'm giving 1 star is it won't let me do anything lower

Wait in for my parcel tracked it all-day but was not delivered web chat a load of rubbish think the driver went home as the tracking information showed driver at the same address for hours

I am absolutely disgusted with Yodel. They are the most dishonest and unreliable courier I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had multiple parcels marked as “delivered” when nothing was delivered at all, and the so-called “proof photos” are completely fake — not even close to my address! This isn’t just incompetence anymore — it’s fraudulent and deceitful. Their customer service is a complete joke — no accountability, no help, just empty responses. Yodel has caused me endless frustration and financial loss, and I’ve had enough. Shame on this company for continuing to operate like this. People deserve honesty, not lies and fake delivery photos.

In the last year I had a delivery according to lost at it’s distribution depot another delivered to an address that is not mine and subsequently lost and the latest is days late and tracking is unavailable!

Yodel has had my parcel for 3 weeks and still not received, when tracked it hadnt moved from the 18th sept until the 4th oct then everyday from then it kept saying received into van...then they try saying attempted delivery which is a load of bull. If i knew yodel was going to be the courier of my parcel i would not of placed an order ,as this is not the first time ive experienced this with yodel. Very unreliable

They frequently deliver packages late and their customer service does not help at all. Even today, I stayed all day at home just for the delivery but my package has not been delivered yet and it's over 2h past their delivery window. On their tracking I can see the driver hasn't moved for 3h now. The driver clearly decided to just stop working and not complete their delivery route. When this happened in the past they returned the package back to the depot so I'm certain they will do the same this time too. It's not a one time occurrence, it's a pattern. In the past they also delivered damaged items. I will be raising a complaint with the retailer about Yodel and I will continue doing so every time there is an issue with Yodel delivery. I just can't wait at home every day until Yodel is in the mood to deliver packages. I won't be home tomorrow when they will claim to deliver the item. I waited all day today already for them. There wouldn't be a need to write negative reviews or raise complaints if Yodel's customer service was helpful but they just say "wait" when I know the driver won't deliver the package. Just contact the driver, find out what's happening. If the driver is not moving, they're able to answer the phone. Honestly, most of their customer service people don't even fully read my messages and give out of context replies. I told them the driver missed the delivery window, they proceed with telling me that the item will be delivered within the deliver window. Yodel will most likely reply to this review asking me for delivery details so they can "investigate" . I provided tracking number with this review, they can investigate what has gone wrong if they really want to.

Yodel service is so awful, I do not recommend them . Customer service is so poor and they can’t even refer you to speak to a customer service agent. Their chat web is unresponsive too

Title: Extremely Poor Service – Avoid Yodel I had one of the worst delivery experiences with Yodel . I was expecting a parcel last week, but they claimed they couldn’t deliver due to the weather and rescheduled for Monday. Monday came and went with no delivery, no message, and no update. To make matters worse, I later discovered they had returned my parcel to the sender without leaving a note or attempting to contact me. There was no communication or effort to resolve the issue. This level of service is unacceptable. Yodel are unreliable and completely unfit for purpose. I would strongly advise others to avoid using them, as they are a waste of time and cause unnecessary frustration.

I thought it was my bad luck but obviously some serious problems going on with yodel. Eventually the company ive ordered from are sending via DHL. Very strange. Out for delivery twice, never to actually arrive.

Absolutely ridiculous. Guy pulled up in white van . Gave me two parcels and asked me to read the names & addresses on each parcel . He said is this your parcel . I said no another part of Widnes these need to be delivered too . He said well I don’t know where your parcel is . Left me in disbelief. I’ve tried tracking it just gives me a longer delivery date. Absolutely RUBBISH company. They are employing people who can’t read properly. I feel sorry for these drivers not from our country and are being exploited. I will never send anything by YODEL. I notice a lot of Vinted customers use Yodel. It will put me off purchasing from Vinted if they are delivery company.

i've recently had two parcels sent through Yodel. Both have yet to arrive though they have both been out for delivery twice. Both parcels were taken back to the depot within the time slot given to me for delivery. live chat gave me a scripted reply and said my parcels could arrive by 9pm. neither parcel did arrive. i've had one refuned by seller, waiting for another. why do businesses use this service? it will be bad for them in the long run.
