“Worst service driver drives past past parked up 3 cars away didn’t get out of his van and then drove off saying unable to deliver. Customer service is appalling can’t talk to anyone and they just give lip service on review sites will company’s please stop using these people”
“Still waiting on drawers ordered on the 8th for next day delivery, ended up cancelling on the 22nd after endless telephone calls, giving them the benefit of doubt thinking these drawers were mixed up with my communication and Very who I’d ordered off and was also wanting information from yodel as to were these are , I reordered on the 27th next day delivery and here we are again still waiting, looks like they will be cancelled again and ordered from someone who doesn’t use yodel for delivery”
“Hands down the worst delivery company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are rubbish at communicating and barely ever deliver on time and that’s if they don’t lose the parcel altogether.
My most recent experience, as shown in pics, parcel with them since Sunday, delivery slot for Tuesday (doesn’t arrive), delivery slot for today (Wednesday) hasn’t arrived.
I shouldn’t be surprised, it’s exactly what I’ve come to expect from this horrendous company.”
“I waited in all day on Friday 11th July after being given delivery date and time. Delivery did not happen. When I complained on Monday 14th July I was falsely told that I had refused to accept the package and that it had been sent back to the sender! No evidence on my Ring Door Bell camera that any attempt to deliver the package had ever been made. Sender informed me on 2nd August that the package had not been received back at their designated address. Despite initial assurance that they were investigating, I have had no response to three letters that I have sent to Yodel. I am still trying to recover the cost of the contents of the package (£63.68) from Yodel but may have to resort to legal proceedings. Lies and deceit from start to finish from this appalling Company.”
“There is a driver that comes to our supported accommodation organisation. he is supposed to contact any resident via their intercom, situated outside the property, only this particular driver, always wants to knock on our office window, expecting the office staff to come and collect parcels for the residents. when advised to do so, the driver was extremely rude. i asked him who he worked for and he declined to tell me, saying he worked for himself. This has happened on quite a few occasions with myself and other staff members.”
“My parcel was set to delivered, nothing at my property, photo is of the driver holding the parcel against a random wall. We’ve looked all around and found nothing similar. When trying to escalate via chat you get no where and they cut you off rather than finish the conversation. Trouble is the supplier won’t refund either as Yodel has set as proof of delivery. Terrible service, and i’m still out of pocket!! If I could rate zero stars I would.”

“Delivery received to a Yodel pick up point. Upon receiving the package it looked similar to the package delivered by Ace Ventura, Pet Detective. Firstly the package was squashed, and secondly the contents were so badly broken, it just had to be poured into the bin.
Two things: either the individuals handling parcels at Yodel need to be better trained to take care when loading these into bags and vans, or those handling parcels that arrive to pick up points need trained not to put smaller parcels under heavy parcels.”
“I ordered goods in July and the supplier had the wisdom to entrust yodel with the delivery. I’m an old age pensioner 81 years of age and not very computer. Savvy trying to get through to a human being in their organisation has proved impossible. I did try the live chat and eventually ended up speaking to an incomprehensible person Whose first language is not English, but did eventually tell me that yodel that had the goods for over a week but could not find the delivery address. Despite the fact it is a sheltered housing a block with 40 flats established well over 50 years and supplied by other carriers, seamlessly Every day.
Not with the shower, they appear to have a take it or leave it attitude. I’ve not written to my supplier and I’m treating this as a loss consignment .
I believe it’s only a rumour, but they ask the CEO of Yodel what he wanted for Christmas he replied a cowboy outfit and his wishes were fullfilled !”
“Yodel failed to deliver my parcel, and talking to the chat line and five different people you get nothing but lies just to fob your off. This company should be stopped from trading. Shocking business deal with.

“I am extremely disappointed with Yodel’s service. My order was marked as “delivered”, but the driver didn’t even bother to check if anyone was at home. Instead, she left the parcel completely unattended, right outside my front door, and left. When I returned, the parcel was missing.
I never authorised Yodel to leave my delivery outside in plain sight. This is highly irresponsible and unsafe.
I have contacted Yodel multiple times since July, but all I get are generic replies that the case is under “internal investigation”. They refuse to issue a simple written confirmation that the parcel is lost — something I need to resolve the issue with the retailer.
This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I am left out of pocket, with no parcel and no resolution. I have now escalated the matter to Citizens Advice and will not trust Yodel with future deliveries.”
“I have waited in for the last 2 days for my parcel. Driver shown on tracking app as arriving. When he gets near our address - the website mysteriously tells us that the driver cannot deliver our parcel. Also, customer services have closed for the day and we will now have to wait for a 3rd day. Not good enough”
