“Driver tried to steal my parcel (Said he had delivered) I threatened yodel with the police and 2 hours later someone quickly stuffed a parcel through my letter box.”
“Still not received my parcels despite firstly the tracker saying I’m 44th in the drop off queue and then suddenly changed to it was delivered earlier in the day. Raised complaint with ASOS and YODEL but no response at all. Shocking service and still battling for either delivery of what I paid for or a full refund. Getting more frustrated by the hour.”
“Yodel tracker app says my parcel was still in the depot, so rather surprised when the tracker app changed to say that the driver could not get access to the property. We are a house, access is gained by a knock on the door after coming down the drive. We have been here all day, no way have they tried to deliver, no way they couldn’t gain access.
Let’s see what tomorrow brings, I hesitate to call the driver a liar, but he is extremely incompetent and Yodel chat advisor was equally incompetent and unhelpful . Didn’t want to know, didn’t want to do anything to help.”
“Ordered a parcel to my work address as that's where I would be, we are the only building with the postcode given so could have no confusion with other buildings, checked tracker said driver was 7 stops away then tracker went off, contacted yodel they said I had refused the delivery 5 minutes prior when no yodel van turned up at all and he didnt even reached my drop number and that my package would be sent back to the supplier due to my refusal. Yodel are a bunch of liars and cant even make up believable stories. I never refused delivery your driver looked like he was delivering items via bus and couldn't be arsed finishing off his deliveries”
“Worst company ever. Been waiting all day they did not even bother ringing or knocking on the door lied they tried to deliver will never ever use them.”
“Been home all day waiting for this delivery because i had a feeling that something was going to go wrong. and yes it did, tracking info says it is delivered, but i have not got it at all. had to wait for ages to chat with them online. They said according to GPS the parcel was delivered to one of the houses on my street, so they asked me to ask that neighbour. i went and there was no one living there!!! and honestly, why would my neighbour take a parcel that's not meant for them??? in the parcel was some of my personal clothing sent from china and i paid 40 quid for this delivery. They said they couldnt contact the driver straight away so i would have to wait for another day for them to contact the depot to interview the driver. horrible experience”
“Box arrived half open. It was two sacks of compost and should have been delivered down the drive to back door as stated on the Label. I state this option as I'm well over 70yrs and not in good health. So had to drag them through house and out into garage.”

“Ordered a parcel from online store and been waiting for the delivery with Yodel for about three weeks. Driver pretended there is no access to the property, but there is one 24/7. In the end the parcel had been returned to the sender and they will use another delivery company to finally deliver it to me.”
“Hi 3 times I’ve waited for my parcel whilst watching app and driver never turned up then shows on app they missed delivering parcel to me and left card which they haven’t had to speak to them via web chat worst delivery company going by far”

“Honestly the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with, I refuse to order anything from companies that use Yodel. Not once have I has a smooth easy delivery with them. They've lost multiple parcels of mine with no explanation or apology and they're driver are lazy. I have been waiting weeks for my current parcel, they keep saying they have tried to deliver it but I haven't been in and that's not true, I've waited and watched my place in queue and when it got to 3rd they then changed it to 'unable to deliver' after I waited all day.
I then spoke to the rudest live chat agent who I asked to re-arrange delivery for a Thursday as I would not be in on the Wednesday, she said she did but obviously didn't as they tried on the ONLY day I said I wouldn't be in and not the Thursday as I asked. They then said they've attempted too many times (when it was only once) so I had to go and collect which I cannot do as it's so far from me but no one cared. The communal door to my apartment was also open all of those days so they had no excuse to say they couldn't get in as I also asked for it to be left outside my door if for any reason they apparently couldn't get in. So on the Wednesday they managed to get in to leave a note at my door but couldn't leave the parcel like I asked.
Rubbish. Wish more could be done and they sorted themselves and their driver out.”
