It seems like every time, anyone sends a parcel to me by Yodel, I think the sender is ripping me off and using Yodel to stop me from getting to the truth Its surprising that the Reviews on this website are totally different to those on Trustpilot. I wonder how that can be? I reported this issue to Yodel when it happened last month. They weren't interested People seem to be exploiting Yodel's totally useless Web based Tracking system. When I go to the Tracking page and enter BOTH my tracking number and my Postcode it tells me the parcel has been delivered BUT not signed for. What is the point of asking for a tracking number and postcode and returning a Successful Delivery message when the postcode is allegedly wrong? No wonder Yodel reviews are abysmal. Yodel should fix the problem When I contact the equally useless Web Chat people, they tell me the delivery details are wrong. I know they shouldn't be because they come from Paypal. The Web Chat person ended to call very abruptly and wouldn't help at all. What is the point of the Webchat people? This is the second time this has happened to me, once from Wish and once from Ebay. I paid for both these items via Paypal so there's a coincidence. The last time this happened, Yodel didn't try to help

This is the worst experience I have even gotten. I had two notes on my gate and front door stating that all delivery should be return back to sender especially a parcel coming from yodel. Guess what? The driver left the parcel I Indicated not to be left right outside of my door, next to the notes by my door. 🤦🏽‍♂️.

Parcel never turned up 2 days in a row, customer service are no help want so ever. Wanted to leave o star. Bad customer service.

Was due a smartwatch as part of an Huawei UK promotion. It never arrived. Huawei say Yodel told them delivery was attempted but no one answered (the house is occupied 24/7). Yodel also claim someone collected the watch from their Middleton depot on a specific day and time. If this is true, this person was able to do so without valid ID. Yodel have yet to produce any evidence to support. Huawei are dragging their heels unfortunately and not sharing information. Matter now with Greater Manchester Police.

Disgusting experience today.had another parcel from yodel last week.tirned up fine.two chaps knocked at my door to confirm my name.left box and left.today,go email saying my parcel had been delivered.i have been in all day,seen no van,no knock at door ,nothing!to be told on there online chat to take it up with whoom i bought from.arnt they meant to knock on your door at least?as far as im concerned,im having nothing off yodel delivered ever again.total cowboy company.want closing down.

I made a purchase on line at this very difficult time. The purchase I discovered three hours after ordering was not as described. I sent 9 emails to the company with no reply, 3 days later I was advised the parcel was on the way even having cancelled it. I contacted Yodel and was connect to Ashish within 10 minutes the problem was solved with the parcel being returned. Wonderful customer service. Thank you ever so much again Ashish stay safe.

Yodel don’t seem to know where my item is , on one webchat the customer support even asked if there were any landmarks to help the driver, and then proceeded to ask me to give them directions🤣 They were given the item 9 May , I’m still waiting.

Awful, waited all day, we have a doorbell and knocker. A card was left through the letter box, after deciphering the hydrographics a signature was required! Seems that was the reason no one knocked on the door? You tell me! We asked the builder working opposite if he’d seen the courier, yes he had and he had tried to leave our package with them. Even though we were in all day no one even attempted to deliver to us. So after many tries on the website a delivery was rearranged for the following day and our package turned up. Today I asked the driver if he was the delivery guy yesterday he said no it was Stewart. An old lazy guy who had returned with lots of undelivered packages. I was advised to make a complaint! AND NO SIGNATURE WAS REQUIRED! WFT! This is the third time I’ve experienced rubbish service from Yodel, live fruit trees and an engraved piece that was found under a table at the Yodel hub three months after I’d received a replacement. CCTV does operate in our location.

Ordered 2 x patio furniture sets from Amazon due for delivery 20-22nd May. Tracked it to depot then saying they had been delivered 15th May 13.00 hours. On my CCTV cameras no delivery was made. Contacted Yodel the delivery company who said yes they were delivered. They questioned the Yodel driver who would not answer the questions of what happened to the furniture. Why are Amazon using this company who are renowned for their non delivery of goods. To me this us stealing and fraud. PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT USE YODEL AS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES AND FRAUDSTERS. PLEASE SHARE THIS REVIEW. WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS RECOMMEND THEM.......

I will never use a company using Yodel for delivery again... Once again sitting all day waiting for a delivery that didnt come. Nothing and no contact. I wouldn't leave them in charge of a ball of string.

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely appalling service I have received from one of the delivery drivers. He rang my door bell and the again a second time without even giving me chance to answer the door. When I informed him that he could ring the trade button to let himself in he told me no because he wasn’t going to get the parcel out of the van unless I was in.. strange answer in this current situation. He then went on further to tell me he wouldn’t have to do it if I had answered the first time. My partner was clearly annoyed at the way I’d just been spoken to and shouted out the window to him about the way he’d just spoken to me, to which he replied “don’t worry I’ll be back motherfucker” disgusting behaviour from a courier. I will be taking this further with the authorities.

Lies, lies, and more Lies! It would only take a photo of the item being delivered to eradicate what is truly happening to items. I phoned the courier Rich after receiving email saying item delivered. He said he was stood at my door, scanned the item and posted it through my letter box at 15.44. NOT SO according to my neighbours camera. Yodel.....do something about this......You have a duty to care to your customers....it surprises me your still in business

Lies, lies, lies...... it only takes a photo of Item being delivered, to eradicate what is going on here. Rich 07896274374 my courier said he was stood at my door, scanned the item and posted it through my letter box! I was in all day and my garden gate was never opened. In the mean time yodel take the couriers word that items are delivered.....NOT!! Yodel you deserve to go under.....and the sooner the better

Lies, lies, lies. After receiving a email saying item delivered, (when I’d been home all day) nothing arrived. I phoned my courier Rich on 07896 274374 Only to be told he had posted my item through the letter box, a blatant Lie. A simple task of taking a photo of the item being delivered would solve all these items going missing, instead of yodel just taking the couriers word for it!.....yodel take note before you go under.......which couldn’t come soon enough,.......your a despicable company!!

Parcel didn’t arrive although tracking said it had been delivered. Contacted webchat to be told the parcel had been delivered and then cut off by the operator. Contacted webchat again immediately saying I had been cut off. Given the same answer that parcel had been delivered. Told them I hadn’t received it. They investigated further and told me it had been signed for by “Dan”. This is during Covid situation therefore no one should be signing for parcels and no other courier asks for a signature just now. Asked to check with neighbours which I did and no parcel. Back onto webchat and told they would start an investigation with the driver. Got an email today to be told there is nothing they can do and to contact the seller. Hugely disappointed with Yodel and will never use them. Rubbish service albeit polite customer service staff. I will now be asking which carrier sellers use and avoiding those that use Yodel. Poor show Yodel.

Absolutely shocking delivery firm, told Me constantly they didn’t have my parcel despite the seller claiming it was with them, there tracking doesn’t work and isn’t updated. The online chat people just kept telling me it was in the delivery network. 24hr delivery! I’m 8 days in and still waiting. I wouldn’t trust yodel with a bag of crisps. I can’t put into words just how poor this company is... shocking avoid them at all costs... if I could give them a minus score I would.

Appalling. I don’t want to even give it one star, but there’s no option for zero stars. Either blatantly incompetent driver or a thief and a liar. I was in my front garden with my husband all afternoon. Said they delivered but no one in so left on doorstep. They must have been wearing Harry Potter’s invisibility cloak , as no one came up our drive, no parcel was left. Furthermore it required a signature, which they didn’t get either. Lies, lies and more lies. You contact Yodel and they say they cannot contact the driver until the end of the day. I’m now relying on the company I bought the items from to help me recover my Parcel. If I had known they used Yodel as the carrier I wouldn’t have ordered. The customer services rep did admit they’ve had no end of problems with Yodel and are looking to replace them. Not soon enough sadly for me.

Just like EVERYONE else is saying on this site. My mam has also said shes been told shes had her parcel delivered yet she was in all day and no card. Doesn't surprise me being based in Gateshead probably the drivers keeping peoples goods!! Well trust me this is all being investigated! Dont use this stinking LYING company and I will make sure you loose business from the seller of where this came from. What a surprise cant even get in touch with Yodel on phone either, think this company needs to be investigated!!!!

Liars and disgraceful customer service! The driver doesn’t attempt to deliver packages scans them and claims that they were “rejected at the door” it is an outright lie! I live alone, and was home during that time. I also have a sign on the front door directing them where to leave parcels for contactless deliveries as well as a phone number for them to contact me if they have issues delivering. Contacting customer service was just as useless with them just reading what it says on the tracking website and making no attempt to re-deliver the parcel and they have sent it back to the sender. I now have to wait for it to reach the merchant before they issue a refund which takes another 5 days, then have to reorder again hoping that this time they have fired their driver who lies about delivering parcels. This is the second time this has happened to me with this delivery company so want someone in management to deal with this properly.

Delivery driver lied about parcel being “refused at door” when no attempt was even made. I was home and am the only one at this address. When contacting customer service on Saturday they assured me they would deliver it on Monday, and I would receive communication from them as to a window that it will be delivered and live tracking, this didn’t happen. I went on to the tracking system at 8am Monday morning and it stated that it’s been sent back to the sender. I contacted customer service again the first guy didn’t even acknowledge my message and after 10 min of waiting for his reply I asked if he was there.. he said he was and followed to end the chat without even answering my query. I had to wait another 20 min to reconnect with another useless customer service agent who just quoted what the tracking info stated... I know how to read so quoting back what it says on the tracking system isn’t helpful. I want you to fix the problem and investigate with the driver who lied about e parcel being refused at the door who has no pride in his job and takes the easy way out by scanning parcels and making up stories such as “refused at the door” I provide my phone number for a reason so use it if you have trouble locating the building instead of wasting not only my time but also the time of the merchant who has to refund me and reorder the item and resend the parcel . This isn’t the first time this happened so I want the company to investigate and deal with it! I’m more than frustrated with the lack of customer service this company offers. I will avoid ordering from companies that I know use them for their deliveries if there is an alternative.
