Life was harsh, we moved in the caravan site. Adress is as company name. But no sign. Just open gates to drive in the yard. It's hard to find, okay, we understand. First time the driver was in the wrong street but at least he called. Second time we don't know where he left the parcel, he decided to leave by the closed gate (ours never closed). My husband asked couple neighbours, nobody has it. nope. Called them to try figure out where it is but no success. The cat litter that we prefer is sold out and I lost my points with the shop. My husband disappointed, because yodel cant find the right street and not even try to call and ask for directions. And who the hell choses the gate as safe place on a heavily raining day.

Awful service! Always a problem with a new excuse. Everytime I order a item and se its going to be delivered by yodel I could cry because I know it will be some kind of problem that will take me weeks to see a item and that's if I'm lucky. Today's new excuse could not find my house that has been there over 200years that they delivered the day before. Finally get a number for driver who said he went home

This is my 2nd time using Yodel and again am very disappointed. I ordered valentine flowers to be delivered to wife's place of work and provided postcode...Building name and number with wife's name and exact place of her office and they still delivered them to the mail room...They made no effort to deliver them to receiver...I do not recommend this place to anyone.... 1st delivery a few months back....ordered flowers and they didn't deliver the bottle of champagne, claiming they did and never offered a refund......

Yodel are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They supposedly tried to deliver my parcel numerous times but were unable to find the address ( it’s a shop, all of its customers manage to find it). The driver is obviously lying or can’t be bothered. The yodel web chat is a complete waste of time and the customer service phone number won’t let you speak to anyone. The complaint team ignore your emails. They are a complete disgrace and shouldn’t be allowed to trade, they are basically stealing from customers.

Awful. Unhelpful. And take no responsibility. Delivered my parcels to the wrong address then directed me to argos where I had ordered them from. Dreadful

Failure to deliver parcels on a number of occasions, also whilst on chat regarding the latest failure to deliver the person cut me of on chat.

Sadly Yodel left our parcel on our neighbour’s doorstep, not sure why as the parcel had our address on it & we’d given their website our preference where to leave our parcels! Couldn’t recommend Yodel.

I bought some bulbs off an ebay seller last november never recieved them. Found out the seller sent them by yodel ! They were supposed to have been deliveres sat 2nd dec 2023 at 4.53pm they never arrived not even a card through the door Its february now despite many complaints to ebay still no parcel found out parcel was returned to the seller. How about that eh What a despicable thing to do The honesty of the sellers un doubt and so is this delivery company. Goidbye to my money and my goids Well and truly scammed by yodel and hungry86 ebay seller.

USELESS USELESS company, they never deliver, and they barely bother to get out of their vans, probably because they employ the laziest most useless staff they can source. they just sit there then drive off and update saying they tried to deliver. I hope they go bust and all end up back on the doll where they belong

The driver drove over my neighbours grass, there was plenty of room for his vehicle, the drive accommodates 5 cars. Damaged the grass and stone. Obviously does not care. Let’s see if the company responds, I doubt anything will happen. Informed the supplier they are going to take action.

Worst company possible claimed to leave a calling card no calling card left watches the driver drive right past my house with 0 attempt at delivering my parcel!!!!!

The tracking information is just not true! I've no idea where my parcel is, but it should've arrived days ago!! Honestly I don't think these couriers are equipped to deal with the volume of deliveries, so they just make it up!!

Useless support service. Twice at that. They're just lying. Two times my packages were delivered to another city, supposedly because our store was full, but there are others nearby! They sent it very far away. The support promised to redirect me to my store. But they did nothing and just sent it back to the sender eventually! As it has happened twice I believe they just lied to me.

Sent 2 parcel both marked as delivered but not to the intended addresses, either of them. I got a photo of one address and my customer fond his parcel further down the street the photo at the other address was a parcel sticking out of a letter box which could be anywhere, totally pointless photo however sufficient to show it's not the door it should be sticking out of. Worth paying the extra for a decent delivery service ... this was my last time. Forget trying to get a refund, never mind compensation if the other parcel doesn't turn up.

Consistently my parcels and packages sit for days at the delivery depot and then it says on route to somewhere else or turns up at a totally different delivery depot 100's of miles away! I am them told I need to wait 10+ days before making a claim. The last Vinted packet took 4 weeks to arrive in very poor state. 2 others have completely vanished... Abysmal. I now refuse to purchase items if the vendor uses Yodel.

Terrible-agree with all the reviews of no attempt made, waste of time to contact, chat was always just wait 24 hours and still no parcel! Two weeks!! Still nothing

Dreadful service, just making stuff up and try to pass the blame ! Over 2 weeks for a 2 day delivery and still not delivered and they dont know where it is or do anything about it.

Next day delivery has failed 4 days running. Claim they can’t find the address despite what3words being supplied and if you enter the postcode in Google maps it’s spot on. Just unreliable. How do they stay in business.
