“Delivery has not arrived yet ordered 21st November supposedly picked up by yodel tracking not moved in 10 days can't get live chat gave up after 15 mins at a time no reply from yodel absolutely hopeless”

“Worst company ever, there's never no updates in tracking parcels been same for last 6 days now. And when they do deliver they either leave at wrong address or just dump on front door”

“I have to say and bloody will. Some of these delivery drivers are crooks who continually steal parcels, the company knows this and doesn't care one bit. It's all about money and greed. Be like DPD and just flipping DELIVER!”

“Disgraceful scam company, I’ll never buy from anyone who uses these Scammers, thieving useless liars! Over a week late for delivery despite their centre being 15min drive away, can’t speak in person to anyone & iff you’re lucky enough to get through on chat you’ll speak to someone whose based in India! Filling you with broken promises & lies! No sign even though I got a message saying it’s on the way to being delivered! No doubt 1 of the staff is wearing the Canada Goose jacket I ordered & never received! These need shutting down! 😡😡😡😡 Getting money back from E Bay, pathetic Mickey Mouse company”

“Disgusting service - apparently item delivered to my address have evidence that driver didn’t come to my properly as we have ring door bell camera. The pic of item apparently delivered shows absolutely nothing. Live chat is a waste of time i have contacted retailer and advised them Never to use yodel. 2 weeks before Xmas left without item, will be disputing the payment with retailer and they can try claim money back from this useless company”

“I have been sent an email saying your parcel is out for delivery and given a time. 3 days later and still waiting for my parcel. Don't waste your time trying to get hold of someone from Yodel to answer any questions. I was charged £5 for this service and still have no clue if I will get my order.”

“No one is answering the live chat for over a hour the telephone is useless I called three times to be told there closed which is at 930 am 12:30 pm 330 pm they said they left a card no card has been found and I’m still without my children’s Christmas presents !”

“Only get a two hour slot on the day. Was out at an appointment. Driver rang, no one in. No alternative time. Parcels gone back to warehouse. Notification on the day with no alternative is not good enough. Ended up going over the same details with the driver for half an hour. No resolution. Neighbours refuse to accept cos did once and i wasnt notified where it was. Got parcel aweek later delivered by neighbour. Stop making excuses and sort yourselves out. Useless”

“Promised to deliver on Friday, didn't arrive, promised to deliver on Saturday, didn't arrive! Got an email just before 9.00pm saying they delivered it at 4.12pm. Don't know where they left it but certainly not at my address. No hope of me ever getting it now, utterly useless delivery drivers.”

“We had a delivery of wine yesterday. Live on a farm. The driver left the wine in a field half a mile away from the house. Did not attempt to check if we were in. We were. Weather so bad the bottles blew all over the place when we eventually found them. Madness. No common sense at all.”

“Completely and utterly useless! I have been waiting for my Amazon delivery since 27th of November, which is the last date Amazon told me it would be delivered. Their Live Chat is pointless, as is their App. I even arranged, via the App, for a specific delivery date, but you guessed it……..they missed!!!!!! Yodel have had my package since the 25th of November (13 days) and blame the Christmas Period for their delays…….but no doubt they are still accepting deliveries at their facilities even though they are unwilling to deliver them!”

“Yodel does not deliver promises. It does not deliver anything. My ourxhase was posted to me and arrived with Yodel on 29th November. The tracking has not been updated since then. This parcel is time sensitive and needed within the next two days. I have tried Livechat multiple times and been given no response. I emailed Yodel and received a useless automated response. Never use this company.”

“Got message eventually advising parcel delivery on 6th December, order placed 26th Nov and was advised was with Yodel 4 days later. Parcel not delivered yesterday and same update saying at depot and waiting to dispatch. Have tried on numerous occasions this week to use their chat function but no-one answering. Absolutely appalling service.”

“I keep getting announcements that they’re going to deliver my package but still nothing for over a week. Absolutely disgusting service and how they are still in business is beyond my comprehension. “Live Chat”, is non existent. Hope I never have to use this pathetic company again!”

“Shocking service - waiting on 4 chairs bought on amazon - now on day 3 of waiting in as amazon delivery dates have passed as have Yodel dates no delivery info available on Yodel. Spoken to web chat twice & none the wiser. Really upset / disappointed - will not be recommending or using again”
