Yodl, are you out of your mind? Left a package outside the house and in plain sight of everyone else. At least the neighbors, but no. There's no claim to delivery speed. What would happen if it was an expensive package, like an iphone? Coach your team how to work.

Awful company, very poor service! On more than one occasion. Will avoid companies that use Yodel, unless I'm desperate!

Absolute liars, waited all day at my business with cctv and they reckon attempted delivery. Disgusting as company paid priority overnight. Sick of yodel as they are rubbish

My parcel left local depot (I live 50 minutes away) on Tuesday at 16.15. Tracking said out for delivery on Wednesday, waited in all day the parcel never arrived and after 8pm I got the message something went wrong please contact us. I did and just get the automated voice saying it was still out for delivery today. Thursday tracking says out for delivery today. Tried to call customer service. Every number I try is either disconnected or the automated service. Cannot speak to a person. None existent customer service. Terrible

Terrible delivery company. For the second time in 2 days delivery driver, according to the app said they were unable to gain access to the property. It's a detached house. Really? Someone in all day, both days to receive package. Didn't even attempt it. Simply lies. Still not got my parcel. Just as pathetic is their app. The telephone number in it for customer service is incorrect. That not all though. One part of the app says I am due for delivery in 13 stops. Another part of the app says it has not been delivered due to innacessability to the property. Pathetic app, pathetic company. Avoid using at all costs!!

Yodel are the worst delivery company going, if I Knew the item I ordered was to be delivered by Yodel I would not go ahead with order. Tracking says item delivered when no sign off it, even though it should be signed for. Impossible to contact any human being, just a premium phone line to a computer.

Parcel never recieved , when contacting Yodel they said they would investigate ... herd nothing back, I had to chase them ... the out come from them ....THE DELIVERY GUY HAS CONFIRMED YOUR HOUSE IS A TERRACE HOUSE , CASE CLOSED 😮 what a response! So I'm taking it further.... and still herd nothing so once again I'm going to chasing them!! Awful company! Good job my parcel is only worth 10.00 !

Never ending problems whenever this courier is used. This time they dumped my parcel in my recycling bin but got no ticket through my letterbox about it. Ended up getting soaked due to heavy winds and rain because I didnt know they had put it there. It would have ended up being taken by the recycling truck if I hadnt checked the tracking to see where it was. Awful, awful courier as always. Delivery staff clearly couldnt care less, and cant even be bothered to take two seconds to write out a slip.

I was actually give them no stars if possible. *Lied about trying to deliver more than once *Automated phone service. There's no option to speak to a real person. Just diverts you back to the website *Unable to change parcel delivery details -leave with a neighbour, leave in a safe place etc... Only option, is to pick it up from the depot. (Personally I don't think they even try to deliver. They force you to pick your parcels up)

The only delivery company that couldn't access my property that has 24hour concierge services and no other company has ever had a problem. Furthermore - 100s of people live in the same development and parcels are being signed for, all day every day. Yodel is the scum of all delivery companies & just tell blatant lies. Human on phone this morning promised a re-delivery today, webchat person promises tomorrow & this is already 3 days past the promised initial date. Don't think I'll hold my breath.

Customer service is absolutely useless. The courier literally SKIPPED my stop (I was on the front door waiting). This probably happened for three consecutive days (I was on the door only the last one, so I am not sure about the previous two). Disgraceful service.

Failed 3 times to deliver a parcel 20 miles over a period of 7 days and I had to give up and cancel my order. Tracking didnt work, webchat a total waste of time, phone number link on App out of date and phone line is just an automated voice taking you back to the tracking - which doesn't work. Beyond abject.

The worst company I can possibly think of. Shops - they may be cheap (I assume they are cheap, because otherwise why would they be this bad), but they will screw your customers. I seem to be let down by this company more than any other when it comes to deliveries in the UK.

There is NO WAY I would ever again buy anything needing delivered if I knew Yodel were to be the couriers. Finally my package - supposed to have been delivered on Monday (6th) is apparently being delivered today (10th). Apparently I'm number 46 on today's list of 54. However, the tracking device isn't working, showing the driver as still on job number 1!! In other words there is no way of knowing where the driver is, when the package will be here, or even if he's fucked off home or to the pub instead!! This company shouldn't be allowed to play at courier. Surely they need some kind of licence which requires them to conform to even a UK level of working standard? Chaotic and useless. And only gets 1 star because there isn't a zero or minus option.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday, got a notification saying it was at wrong depot, phoned and was assured it would be at the right depot today and out for delivery, then today get a notification that the depot it is now at is twice as far from me than the one that it was at yesterday.. now that is down to pure incompetence on their behalf, now I have to phone seller and cancel order because of Yodel's incompetence.

Absolutely terrible delivery company. Parcel was marked as delivered even though I was at home and nobody delivered it. No calling card left. Company unhelpful when I contacted them. Avoid.
