Failed 3 times to deliver a parcel 20 miles over a period of 7 days and I had to give up and cancel my order. Tracking didnt work, webchat a total waste of time, phone number link on App out of date and phone line is just an automated voice taking you back to the tracking - which doesn't work. Beyond abject.

The worst company I can possibly think of. Shops - they may be cheap (I assume they are cheap, because otherwise why would they be this bad), but they will screw your customers. I seem to be let down by this company more than any other when it comes to deliveries in the UK.

There is NO WAY I would ever again buy anything needing delivered if I knew Yodel were to be the couriers. Finally my package - supposed to have been delivered on Monday (6th) is apparently being delivered today (10th). Apparently I'm number 46 on today's list of 54. However, the tracking device isn't working, showing the driver as still on job number 1!! In other words there is no way of knowing where the driver is, when the package will be here, or even if he's fucked off home or to the pub instead!! This company shouldn't be allowed to play at courier. Surely they need some kind of licence which requires them to conform to even a UK level of working standard? Chaotic and useless. And only gets 1 star because there isn't a zero or minus option.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday, got a notification saying it was at wrong depot, phoned and was assured it would be at the right depot today and out for delivery, then today get a notification that the depot it is now at is twice as far from me than the one that it was at yesterday.. now that is down to pure incompetence on their behalf, now I have to phone seller and cancel order because of Yodel's incompetence.

Absolutely terrible delivery company. Parcel was marked as delivered even though I was at home and nobody delivered it. No calling card left. Company unhelpful when I contacted them. Avoid.

Driver is too lazy to deliver parcel so says I have moved and my parcel is sent back. They are absolutely useless!

Never want a package delivered from Yodel ever again. Worst experience with them and no support with this issue. Waited in all day for a parcel and received a notification to say it had been delivered. This item had not been delivered as I was home all day and this was something that could be posted through the letterbox. Asked neighbours and no one had received this. Contacted Yodel where they explained they will resolve the issue and contact me back. Never had anyone contact me back and just shows they never cared. Luckily a man from a completely different area brought the package around that had been posted to his address. If it wasn’t for the honesty of this man I would have no parcel and no support from anyone at Yodel. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Never had any problem with any other delivery company’s. Disgusting!!

I receive a really good, polite and pleasant service without fail. There is also the option to email or speak to the driver. "I really can,t fault yodel"

The delivery address for my parcel was my place of work which is a high street shop that is open all day long. I tracked my parcel throughout the day as there became less and less deliveries before mine. All of a sudden the driver decides to change the status to ‘sorry I missed you - a calling card has been left’. Complete lies. I have been here all day - they don’t even have to knock on the door as the shop is open they can walk straight in. And there was definitely no calling card left. It was very important I received my parcel today as I’m away tomorrow but thanks to the driver being too lazy to bother delivering it I now won’t get my parcel at all for days (it was a gift for someone tomorrow). Appalling service and don’t even bother trying the ‘chat online service’ they don’t care either. They will deliver at their own convenience apparently - definitely not at the customers. I’m guessing they thought the parcels after mine were more important so can just skip whoever they like. From what I’ve heard it seems to be a common occurrence with Yodel - avoid at all costs!

Constant lies. WHY.???.. I have been in all day and received numerous parcels apart from Yodel who now mail me telling me i was out but the driver put a card through the door. Absolute garbage and there is NO CARD AT ALL. Now i am told i have to travel to Aylesham to collect it as the driver can only make one attempt to deliver. Your stupid driver is lying once again and i am not chasing around after you incompetent lot.

Don't deliver on time. Say on the tracker that you will be delivered in 3 stops and take the full day to deliver(if 3 stops takes a full day I don't understand how they make money). Delivered had 2 packets and I'm delivered only 1 packet in one day and the other on the next day even that in the delivery sticker said 1 pack out of 2. If I can pick any other delivery company when buying online I will do even if needed to pay extra.

Same as so many on here. They claim they tried to deliver but I was at home and never even received a missed delivery card. Now I have to collect it From 45minites away at my cost and they only way they have to contact them is a phone service that takes forever to get to. They do this every time, never learning and I will actively avoid them now as they are 100% unreliable.

Awful courier service. Delivered my item to the wrong address AGAIN!!! This has happened to me a few times now. I had to start chapping all my neighbours doors to see where my item was. Stay well clear of Yodel they are an absolute disgrace

Failed to deliver yet again, had to check on the tracking order which told me driver couldn’t find address. Why is it o oh yodel drivers that can’t find it!!!!!!

Absoloutely awful! Said "delivery had been attempted but no access to property" although I was at home all day waiting. After managing eventualy to get through on webchat arranged delivery next day but still no delivery a week later and no updates on tracking at all. (Very similar experience to many other reviews). Contacted the seller who apologized and sent order next day via DPD instead.

I ordered an item on 26th December 19 from a company whomdispatched the item and I received an email that the item was at the Yodel local depot in Glasgow on 28th December 19. Its now 6th January 2020 and the package is still not delivered. On contacting the original company, they contacted the depot to be told they are busy and the item should be delivered by the end of the week. Very disappointing service. I will try to avoid using Yodel in future.

If I could give yodel a 0 I would ! How can companies like this operate & I thought Hermes was bad! Waited in hours yesterday & all day today for an expensive item been ‘delivered’ we’ve been tracking it all the time, it apparently couldn’t successfully be ‘delivered’ yesterday even though we were in waiting for it ? & today after sitting in again all day it’s been delivered! But Mysteriously again it’s not here?!! Tried numerous times to ring & speak to a human without any success which makes the issue even more infuriating.. I’m absolutely livid to say the least where is my parcel.. how hard is it to hire honest competent drivers who can deliver parcels to correct addresses?

Yodel were supposed to deliver on Hogmany 2019 but I was to be number 67 out of 104 deliveries that the driver had to make in the city of Edinburgh. Considering those numbers, I had already worked out that delivery was unlikely to happen, and it did not happen. There was no further tracking until I was sent a message on the 4th of January 2020 telling me that they attempted delivery at 4:19 pm but had left a calling card. No card was left and I was at home at the alleged time of delivery. My street is fully accessible with plenty free on-street parking and a car park to the rear of my building. However, I am 3 flights up, which I think is the possible issue. I'm not the easiest customer to deliver to. Also, on a somewhat related subject; I noticed that Yodel claim to have a 4 star rating from trustpilot on their website. That's a gargantuan lie, eh?
