Never use Yodel! Always have issues and parcels never arrive even though they say they have been delivered on the tracking. Appalling.

Waited for the delivery van outside the house to receive an email that they couldn't access my adress.I WAS OUTSIDE AND WAITED!!no sign of a van When contacted the customer service they hung up on me! Shameful! I've contacted the sender as I want nothing to do with them

Yodel stated that parcel had been delivered at 08:20 today (27/12). It has not, after phoning re non-delivery I was told it had !!!!! Progressed further with Yodel, promised an update but have heard nothing at 17:00. So have not got a clue where I am with this..... awful service.

I was following live tracking the whole day. When it got near, I waited by the front door for 20 minutes and nothing. When I got back to my computer to check live tracking again, there was a message that a delivery had been attempted already! Card wasn't left as driver possibly just drove past! Tried to call web chat, but no help...they just kept repeating that a there was an attempted delivery. Appalling! Still waiting for my parcel...

Is it possible to give Yodel no stars or minus? Horrific experience. I’ve waited in all day with my young daughter. The driver obviously wanted to knock off early (10:00 when he should have been working until 19:00!), and lied that he had tried in the morning to deliver my parcel. He hadn’t because we were in all day. I called Yodel customer service centre straight away at 10:00 and was told another driver would be sent to pick up the return. Driver never materialised. Called customer services again and was told someone would come tomorrow, which I said no to as why should I wait in day?! I’m disgusted. If you’re a retailer and reading this do not put your business and reputation with Yodel. They are all dishonest, from the drivers to the customer service reps!

Paid through amazon an express delivery for £11.99. Est delivery 27th-30th of December. 27th of December parcel out for delivery in your area. Live trucking update shows it near, I've gone down to get It and what I see, driver is arrive turned around and drive away and straight after live update shows "we missed you, card left....." Card wasn't left as driver didn't even come out the vehicle. To be continued l suppose... Shame yodel!!!

Absolutely appalling, tracked a parcel online only to tell me left with neighbour, no card left to say which house. I was actually at home at the time of the supposed delivery. Routinely asked the whole street no parcel. After several aborted phonecalls and webchats with robots finally informed the parcel was delivered to my address signed for with the initials Cd which is completely untrue, absolute disgrace!!!!! What options are available??

Said parcel delivered & signed for. We never actually got it. Online help On Christmas Eve wouldnt help because we didnt know who sent it ! Its Christmas Yodel ! Family & friends send us gifts for us & our kids. How are we supposed to know who sent us a gift? Wont know now until after Christmas when a relative asks if we got the present. What present lol

I reserved an item at Argos for collection. However, due to a combination of bad weather and my own laziness I decided to change my order to delivery. It was £4 for guaranteed next day so why not. When I realised the courier was Yodel I kicked myself because I'd heard terrible things but by then it was more effort to cancel than if would have been to just walk there in the first place. Anyway, the next day I received a text while at work saying my parcel would be delivered between 14.35 and 16.35. I got the text at 16.10. Got home, no card, through the door, checked my email and it said delivered at 15.10. Didn't say where so I checked with my designated "preferred neighbour" who had been home all day and hadn't had a knock at the door or even a yodel through the letterbox. Used their highly inefficient web chat service to report the problem and I was asked if I had checked the surrounding properties (I live in a terraced house, there are lots of neighbours) why didn't the driver just leave me a card?! Anyway, the next day I got the same text at the same time and I came home to a card on the doormat saying they'd left it in a safe space behind my house. The parcel was there, safe and sound. I wouldn't feel the need to leave a bad review if I was told my parcel would be a day late, that happens this time of year. 4 hours of poor customer service, having to talk to my rubbish neighbours, and having to explain to my fiancee that she might have to wait for her Christmas presents could have easily been avoided. Anyway, I really hope it's the correct item because its wrapped and under the tree now.

I was meant to get my grandson’s Christmas present on the 23rd December got a message to say I had changed the date I did not so got a message to say it was getting delivered today the 24 th December didn't turn up thanks yodel for my grandson waking up to no Christmas present

Utterly disgraceful situation. My delivery has been showing as with Yodel for 5 days. I called 'helpline' and an automated message said there was something wrong with package, and to call the company I had ordered the item from. So I did ( this morning), and they said it would not be delivered now until 27th Dec at least, the expected delivery was for 20th. Accepted this, reluctantly. Later this morning, I started to get tracking updates from Yodel, saying my package was out for delivery and I was 72nd in the queue. I spent the next 4 hours refreshing, and watching the door, in case they turned up early. At about 5.15 pm I got to 11th in the queue. I refreshed again and saw that the message had now changed. They had not been able to access my property ,so could not deliver. I can collect from their depot between 27th and 31st Dec. Husband's Christmas present ruined. No one will be surprised to know that they had not tried to access the property - 4 adults have been in the property all day, which is an ordinary house, with an ordinary gate, which does not lock, and a working bell and letterbox. And I had been looking out the door since I got to no. 11 in the queue. Also, no card was left. So, only conclusions can be that Yodel are liars, and/ or thieves. How else can an item suddenly become available for delivery and then go missing in transit to my house? While I was watching it on a map? And now I have to go and get it? Shocking apology for a company.

DISHONEST & INCOMPETENT! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! I swear you will thank me for using any other courier option other than these parasites. I am having to take this to the small claims court!

Terrible delivery service Christmas present meant to be delivered latest by the 21st Dec after waiting in day didn't show up assumed it would be delivered 23rd but no change on tracking so contacted them said it been sent to the wrong depot yet I had to contact them for this to be realised and will get it to me as soon as possible just checked my tracking and now it's further away than it was in first place n awful customer service only ever have problems with terrible company

Further to my previous review, I have to add that after waiting in yet another day, they did not collect my parcel. This abysmal, firm of lying charlatons should be put out of business, maybe someone could set this in motion. Also, how do Trust Pilot manage to give them good reviews when everyone else thinks they are the pits? Should be investigated.
