A week later and still no parcel. They lied and said they tried to deliver, I was in and no card through door. Then lied again and said i had changed delivery date. Now tracking isn't updating and no one will help. Previously parcels have gone missing. Now I don't think I will ever see it.

I Live in block of flats and for some reason YODEL do not even attempt to deliver, I just receive a ''sorry we missed you'' email even though I have been tracking the driver and watching the cctv for him. They say he has left a card, but really has been nowhere near the delivery address. This happened to me many times... If I knew the company I ordered the stock from was using YODEL, I would never of even ordered of them.

Same as everyone else here. Email to say that they tried to deliver but i wasnt in (I was) and a card had been left (it wasn't). I checked the cctv footage of the carpark (i have parcels delivered to work as there's always someone here) and no vehicle even came in the gate. How do they deliver parcels then, telepathy? The email said the parcel would go on the next day's delivery, on checking, i found it didn't so have yet another day's wait. Can't arrange to pick it up from the depot 20 miles away as they won't let me collect without the card that the driver didn't leave. In future, when I buy online,before I buy, i will ask the seller who they use for delivery. If they say Yodel, I will let them know that they have lost a sale unless they use someone else.

Worst delivery service ever. Leave packages outside without notification. Customer service is never available and really unhelpful when they do bother answering. Avoid company at all costs and any company who still bothers working with them.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Please can I give less than 1 star? The worst delivery company possible. Did not deliver despite at home; did not leave any card as stated on email; arranged redelivery & did not redeliver on booked date. Tried to contact Yodel, wasted hours on useless irritating automated service, webchat & phone, advised to keep tracking (!!) & that it would be delivered by 9 pm, finally get told after endless chasing up that it wouldn't be delivered that day anyway & no guarantee that it would come the next day as well!! By the way, tracking system is a joke designed to waste time..Finally get it cancelled by m&s as wouldn't arrive on time after this colossal waste of time & order it through trusted amazon. If you want to be really stressed out choose Yodel or of course leave it to potluck to get your parcel

My heart sinks any time I order something online and then realise Yodel will be the courier. They always claim they can't find my work address, even though it's on a main road with an 8ft sign on the front and every other company manages to find it ok. Then there's the hell of contacting customer service because even though tracking says my package is at my local depot, they don't tell you where that is. Then ultimately it'll take me nearly an hour to get there just to have to explain why I don't have any utility bills with my name on for my place of work. Why businesses are still using these incompetent idiots is beyond me.

Left clear instructions to leave in rear porch. Driver apparently could not access property. Absolutely untrue. Didn't leave a card. Had email saying delivery delayed will deliver later that afternoon. Never arrived. Customer service on line totally useless. Will never knowingly use these sisters again

Driver never turned up during the designated time even though I had to leave my work and waiting at home for two hours. I had to drive 20 miles myself to pick up my parcel the day after..

Quite easily the most unhelpful courier service. They did not attempt to deliver the parcel despite claiming that they did and trying to get in contact with the depot was almost impossible. If you're looking for a easy, stress free courier service yodel are definitely not the answer.

If I could I would give no star at all. Got a card twice. Went online to see the options and this reference number can’t be found, then rang the number provided on the card , 20 min later got to speak to someone and she tells me it’s been delivered 3 days ago then she says no u have to at home tomorrow so it can be delivered so I called her crazy if she thinks that I’m sitting at home for this parcel. I also asked her if shes going to get a parcel does her manager lets her stay at home and not come to work sice we can’t arrange time. So he hang up on me. What a cow . Waited 20 min to get through to hear that no matter what I have to at home all day and when I call her crazy she hangs up on me. I hope u ll listen to this conversation and get her sacked.

Such poor company with poor customer service. Attempt to locate a parcel that was a bouquet of flowers for a friend following the death of a loved one. yodel said it had been returned to the warrington Depot and they now couldn't find it. Didn't do anything to help and just said we can't do any more. refused to let me speak to a supervisor and refused to explain the complaints procedure. I'm so disappointed given the reason for the parcel..

Had to cancel order as depot had it for 6 days with no sign of it ever arriving and I couldn't afford for it to go missing forever. No update on tracker, couldn't speak to anyone. Webchat useless - only quoted 'unforeseen circumstances'. Strangely enough when I cancelled the tracker was updated immediately to say it has been returned to sender, so it was found quickly enough then. Yodel are incompetent and companies shouldn't use them as their carriers.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY DELIVERY They say they attempt delivery but don't even come anywhere near your address. I saw other people say that the 'muppets' leave expensive parcels outside, but for instance this evening I was outside my building to make sure I don't miss my delivery after already spending about 2 hours chatting and on the phone with their Customer Service yesterday to manage to reschedule a delivery as I didn't even have a card to go to their Depot and pick up my parcel (almost 60 miles away from me). I was already outside for about an hour and on Yodel tracking map at 5:04 p.m. the driver was STILL 10 stops away from me when all of a sudden the app tells me that at 5:03 -a minute earlier!!! my parcel was refused at the door. I was OUTSIDE very awake and aware due to the 'fresh' air and all I saw was an ambulance in front of my building but no YODEL van/car... After waiting on the line for about 20 minutes to talk to a Customer Services Operative (I guess the lines were THAT busy with 'happy' customers) the lady at the other end of the line eventually reassures me she sent an email I-don't-know-where and let them know I need my parcel urgently and that I will get a text message .... and will get my delivery TODAY. It's almost TOMORROW and NOTHING. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY DELIVERY

According to the tracking info the driver had attempted to deliver to my business address on a Saturday & no-one was there, absolute rubbish. The driver then supposedly re-attempted again on Monday & when I checked the tracking was astounded to find that the driver couldn't even find the business. Yodel have no customer service skills whatsoever & are even worse at doing deliveries.
