My parcel wasn’t delivered from Aldi, despite the Yodel tracking system saying it had. Just kept waiting when trying to contact Yodel by phone and web chat. Dreadful service. They deserve their really poor reputation.

Honestly, the entire service has been an absolute shambles. Firstly, my order was due for delivery on a Friday and I was told the driver couldn't access my building. Considering there were 50 people in the office at the time, to say I'm sceptical of this is an understatement. Anyway, it got pushed to Monday and I figured we wouldn't have a repeat - how wrong I was. Different day, same issue. On top of this, neither time did the driver leave a card, which tells me he didn't actually make it to the building and simply couldn't be bothered. Then when I contacted customer service (after trying with the ridiculous automated phone) they couldn't help me at all. Said that none of the drivers carry phones (I think we all know that's a lie) and that there was nothing to be done. In the end I'm having to drive to the depot 50 miles away to have any chance of getting my delivered Christmas presents for my family on time. To say I'm underwhelmed is a huge understatement. Yodel is run shockingly and needs a serious shake up of it's procedure. Take a look at the likes of DHL and you'll realise how a courier should operate.

Does anyone care in Customer Service?I think not! Wasted over 3 hours kept waiting for call to be answered , over 5 phone calls to redirect living plants due to my work premises closing for Christmas, all but one gave me incorrect information the last one promised me it would be delivered to changed address and yes he would update it online.....wrong again!! Waiting now for 45 minutes for call to be answered!......... just hung up now will not waste more of my time, I will avoid buying from companies that use Yodal , judging by previous reviews I am not alone!

Rubbish service. My customer has been waiting for his parcel now for over a week and the tracking system has been repeating the same thing every few hours. "In transit" then "At Wendsbury hub" then "there may be a short delay". It has been repeating this over and over. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th December, it is now 23rd December and still no parcel and no Christmas present for my customers family member. Incompetent employees are a reflection of the management at yodel.

They left a card without a name in it or a Flat number the building has more than one flat I am trying to call them but there is no option always tell me go to the website I did but then the chat page doesn't open waiting for to load I refresh it 100 times for the last hour, after I felt all the lines ⚟ If any companies uses them for deliver then I will not use the retailer if I fined alternative' if everyone do this then by this way they have to improve their service or f off. I have to drive now out of the town to there nearest depot to fined out if there parcels are in my name or not.

3rd day of the item being out for delivery and not turning up . I’m cancelling my laithwaite wine subscription first thing tomorrow morning and will avoid any company who use yodel

Similar to others here, got the delivery slot message. The driver 1 stop away and then delivered! But not to me. Could not get through to customer service. Tweeted them but no response. What a shower of disgusting customer "non" service. Will call the company I am expecting the delivery from on Monday to get a resolution and suggest they change courier!

I have now waited in 2 days with notes on the door to ring and wait (we live in a town house so takes a while to get to door). Twice they say they have tried to deliver and left a calling card. They have not rung the door bell or left a calling card. They are appalling and it's the lies I abhor. I have stopped my membership with the company who use them (Naked Wines) as I am not prepared to put up with this level of non service. Do not use a company that uses Yodel for delivery.

I hate this company, I hate there lies, their hanging up on you while you are trying to track a parcel. I hate they tell you they have attempted a delivery when you know you have waiting in all day and know one shows up. When you push back on that lie, their story changes and suddenly the driver couldn't even find your street. I hate when they say they have left your parcel in a safe place they have really left in on your doorstep for all to see. Not to be trusted I noticed that their own reviews on trustpilot had been repeated

Tracker shows parcel delivered but it was not. Complaints team say they will do nothing more as the driver "was in the vicinity" and the signature is "similar" to that on another received docket. They have not responded to my request to see the signatures. Absolutely livid with them as they are implying that I am a dishonest liar.

My parcel on the yodel tracking website said it had been delivered to my address when it hadnt. Phoned yodel took me 45mins to speak to someone who wasnt much help at all to find out it had been delievered and signed for to the wrong address. Luckily the address it had been delivered to was kind enough to knock on my door and hand me the parcel. Terrible service and communication with customer service. Stick with royal mail.

Horrendous. Arranged collection Tuesday, no one came, rearranged for Friday, no one came. Phoned Yodel,had to wait 30 minutes, expensive phone call, was told they would send someone, no one came. Now am told will be collected Monday, won't hold my breath. That totals three full days waiting in at home. Oh, and the driver said he had collected it, it was next to me at the time. We are very easy to find so no excuses. I will make sure everyone knows about this worst ever experience with any company, ever. I had, unfortunately to award one star as the system wouldn't allow a zero or the minus 1000 that you deserve.

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. I have never in all my years experienced such chaotic unprofessionalism. Nearly 10 phone calls to determine where my parcel is - constantly being told it was en route when clearly it WAS NOT. Lies Lies and more lies. I still after 4 days of promises am no wiser as to where my ‘next day’ delivery is??!! Customer services a joke and just reading off a screen with no initiative or real care as to the importance of my situation. Reputable companies using this service are putting their sales at risk. If I see a company that uses Yodel as their distributor, I’ll avoid them!!! Please BEWARE of YODEL

Held onto my parcel for over a week and then when i complained it mysteriously got delivered - to whom i do not know but it was certainly not me. they are liars who falsely update parcel deliveries on their tracking system. webchat is a waste of time. If i could i would given them 0 star.

Absolutely shocking, they don’t even deserve 1 star. I waited in for 2 days, and both day they said they had been and left a card. When they hadn’t even been near the door. Was on the phone for around an hour, I eventually got to speak to a manager. Who said he can see that he asn’t attempted to deliver. Because it shown on the tracking that he wasn’t even close. I got promised priority delivery the next day by 12pm. Because I had to go to an hospital appointment. But delivery driver didn’t turn up. So I had to spend another hour on the phone. They said they wouldn’t leave it with a neighbor. But would leave it in my back garden. But I had to put a note on the front door to say leave the parcel in the back garden. Because she couldn’t put the request through. Are they for real? Passers by would read the note and then know there’s a parcel ready to be taken. Avoid this company the plaugue. I’m future when I order online, I will check what service they use. Because if it’s yodel I will not buy. So if you’re planning on placing an order with Feelunique. Please think about the hassle.
