If I could give no stars I would! It’s a terrible set up way to contact anyone to sort easy problems out, driving for ages to your collection centre because a delivery driver wasn’t happy to leave a parcel where I asked for it to be left, got to the collection centre an the delivery driver still has it, arranged to meet him an the receptionist at carrickfergus was supposed to give me the drivers number but gave me my number back, I can’t even phone an office to sort this out it’s a disaster, I’m so annoyed Worst delivery service ever

Absolutely shocking. Said a parcel had been delivered when it hadn't. I was watching them on the tracker, message came saying parcel delivered when I was sat waiting for them. Contacted yodel driver totally lied and said he had redelivered it! My guess is the driver had a good Xmas present paid for by me!

you order expensive goods and these Muppets leave it outside. A bright large pink bag pushed behind a plant pot whats the chances of the goods being stolen ..yes all gone and to make it worse they say the left a card there was no card ...total incompetence these muppets do it all the time if your not in they will just get rid of your parcel ..the local newspaper will be hearing from me...dont trust them yodel are poor and very incompetent...

Totally useless.they say 4 attempted deliveries,liars,i live and work home 24/7 not even a calling card left,they just cant be bothered because of where to park

Absolutely useless!! They made no attempt to deliver and said they had no access to the property which is a complete lie. I waited inside the flat all day for this delivery for it to not show up. I phoned the customer service only to be put on hold for 20mins, then have some lady read out the previously written delivery instructions, specifically saying to call if there are any issues, and told me that they will try again tomorrow. I asked if the delivery driver could just come back since he only apparently left 20mins ago but ‘there are other deliveries to be made so you’ll just have to wait in tomorrow again instead’. Completely wasted the day and yodel can stick one up their ass, don’t know how they have so many good ratings on other websites.

Had a day where I’ve spent indoors waiting for my parcel to never arrive. Spoke to someone on web chat and all they could tell me was it was being delivered tomorrow. Even tho I’ve been in all day with no notification telling me this. No updates nothing!! Worst delivery company going will not be using these in the future. Avoid If u can!!

I wouldn't even give one star If I could. I have never dealt with such a useless company. The delivery driver made no attempt to deliver to my address and didn't leave a card. He actually never came to my house instead he delivered it down the road which I only found out by knocking on every door in the street. I phoned yodel which took over half an hour to get through and I was told that someone would ring me that evening or the following morning to tell me which house my parcel was delivered too. It's now over a week later and I'm still waiting for said phone call.

What a bunch of incompetent liars! I ordered a plant online to be delivered by Yodel. I missed the delivery on 13/12 as according to Yodel they could not access my property which is a lie! I was at home waiting for the delivery, I live in a normal residential street and at no point was access to my property/street blocked in any way. I then had the delivery rescheduled to 16/2 and took the day off to be at home. I then found out from Yodel that despite choosing 16/2 for delivery there was a backlog due to Christmas and they can't provide a delivery date which could be as long as 48 hours away. Who the hell do these people think they are??? Do they think that their customers have got nothing better to do than take numerous days off work and sit at home on the off chance they might deliver. Some of us have real jobs Yodel! My package was a large plant costing £220 and due to Yodel's lies and incompetence will have been sitting wrapped up in darkness and cold for up to 6 days! Obviously it will be dead! Yodel couldn't care less and Christmas is no excuse for breaching a contract with their customers to deliver on a nominated day. They should have employed extra drivers and why would they allow customers to reserve a delivery on a certain day when they knew that it would not be possible to deliver on that day! BE WARNED: Trying to contact Yodel is impossible, their webchat is always busy and I tried calling but gave up after nearly 30 minutes on hold. NEVER use Yodel, their the world's worst delivery company!

Same as the other reviews on here. Completely rubbish service. They didn't left calling card, nothing. The driver just lied he was here and I am not, and I was home all day. Customer service is awful just an automated call. Cant talk to a real person. Terrible!

Absolutely shocking!!! I had a parcel try to be delivered on Friday and Saturday I followed the instructions to rearrange delivery and was told I couldn't as it had already been delivered 3 times! (Not to my knowledge!) Today being at home ALL day they tried to deliver again... meaning they put a note through my letterbox saying "no flat no" meaning they hadn't bothered to ring the doorbell at any point. I ring customer service who tell me I now have to collect the parcel from gatwick!!! Which is an hour from where I live. Even though it is their fault!!! I asked them to either sort it out or let me speak to a manager, no managers available. I said I will email them photos so they can see the delivery notes and that it is not my fault but theirs and they hung up on me. Bloody awful services. I'm genuinely outraged. The parcel was a Christmas present from my partner who is overseas. I'm so annoyed. What a terrible company and awful customer service!!!!!

Yodel drivers keep saying we were out when we were in waiting for the delivery. They just can't be bothered - far worse than any other delivery company. Why do suppliers use them as it reflects badly on them?

WORST company ever. Driver has signed my name and either stolen my large parcel or has left it on my doorstep or somewhere and it’s been stolen. Yodel claim it was delivered successfully. Fuming!

Drivers in livingston depo dont want to leave their van to actually deliver your parcel! Will lie and say no access and even refused delivery at door! Will even say posted through your letterbox! Owners of company should be shooting down the ceo of this company as managers cant be bothered doing job,couriers cant be bothered doing job,customer services are downright impertinent and also dont want to do job and will happily cut you off the line just because they can.i have cancelled aprox £500 worth of orders this week alone with one company due to the fact they are using yodel.why are company's using them when its affecting their own businesses? Everyone knows their reputation just read reviews.This atrocious company needs to bite the dust and other company's should stop giving them work to help them fold.Make way for a new courier company to step in,which will happen

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I am disgusted with yodel. I took 3 days of work because they tried to "deliver" my parcel and kept saying I wasn't answering the door. Then I had to go to collect it from the depot to find out that they have sent it back to the supplier. I didn't even get an apology or nothing.

My item has been delivered to the wrong address, yodel claim to have delivered it to me and left it in my back porch! 1. It is not possible to get around the back of my house. 2. I don’t have a back porch. 3. I was in all day when they claim to have delivered it. 4. I have cameras that show no one was near my property other than me all day. I have been chasing them for 5 days, every day to try to rectify this issue and they are not prepared to collect the item from the wrong address and re deliver it to me. They have accepted they have delivered it to the wrong address finally and are not prepared to rectify this issue. Awful service and I have lost £154 worth of lens. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

False updates. Delay in delivery. I missed the delivery first day and I changed to my Neighbour’s which is just next door. Next day parcel wasn’t delivered and tracked it only to see they had changed it to next day delivery and saying thank you for changing your delivery date. Well I contacted them ... bunch of lying confused agents and they said we will deliver tomorrow. I come home after work on Thursday Bd another sorry missed you calling card when I already changed delivery address to my neighbour ... why attempt delivery At mine ? Well another phone call .. ok we deliver next day - Friday , I been tracking parcel and my neighbour looking out for them only for message to pop up at 19:59 on website we tried to deliver again but not true cos my neighbour been home and I live next door. Now the only option is asking me to drive 25mins away to go collect it. This is just UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL..... NEVER USE PLEASE
