Had delivery time slot text to me on Monday for that evening... No one came to my door and I never heard anything from Yodel until the following day (Tuesday) to say there had been a delay and that it would come this evening. I changed plans to stay home. Half way through the time slot I recieved a text to say 'sorry we missed you'... I was home, as was my husband. No one came to our door. No one put a delivery card through our door. This was a complete lie. Obviously the driver couldnt be bothered doing his job. Would never choose to use this company it's just unfortunate that the company I ordered from use them as a carrier. I've now selected to collect it from the depot because I can at least trust myself to get the job done!

3 days late and finally delivered in the middle of the night!!!! Awful service :(

What went right would be more relevant! Appalling service is too nice in describing YODEL. I posted yesterday after having being assured my goods would be delivered this morning. All lies and false promises. This morning I checked the tracking details to be advised my goods were at the depot and would be delivered. Original notification - on or before 5/12/19. Then 6th, then 9th the 10th - still no delivery, no promised return phone calls. YODEL YOU TREAT YOUR STAFF LIKE DIRT. THEY ARE LEFT TO FIELD COMPLAINTS, NO MANAGERS ARE EVER AVAILABLE. What goes around, comes around and customers will eventually use alternatives. You are voted, according to surveys, the worst national carrier. This must be the understatement of the year. YOU ARE TRULY AWFUL!

don't know where Yodel delivered my parcel but not to my address or my neighbours,no card was left to tell me where is my parcel. Only recived text mesage that my parcel was delivered to my neighbour ,my son was waiting all day long at home for it. So now I'm out of money because eBay seller won't chase Yodel for it and he think I'm trying to con him,. I guess Yodel drivers can tell the address.Ref number JD0002257843373291

Parcel states delivered but no parcel. Customer service very poor as they promise to update you but you have to do chasing and still no parcel with no idea when I'm going to receive it or if I ever am going to receive it.

Ordered something on Amazon. They said delivery attempted but no card here. The only option is to collect from their depot. I live in North London and the travel with the public transport is 2 hours to go there. So 4 hours of travel with a heavy parcel. I have cancelled the order!

Driver did not attempt the buzzer for my flat. I received e-mail saying delivery had been done! Allegedly a lady old than 50 signed for it? No card left by driver so I do not know where parcel is? Several ladies over 50 in this block of flats, some with degrees of dementia 4 phone calls to "help" line after waiting for 20 minutes for an answer. Now telling me I should contact the supplier but the onus is on Yodel as they did not fulfil their contract! I have e-mailed the so called MD (Andrew Peeler) but not even had the courtesy to acknowledge my communication. Never ever use Yodel or purchase goods from suppliers that use Yodel.

Notified delivery 5/1219. Took days annual leave - no delivery. No delivery on the 6th either. Merchant advised item collected by Yodel 4/1219. Email message today stating delivery between 2.30 - 4.30. 3.30 tracking advised couldn't find address. Rubbish. Yodel have delivered here previously with no problems. Why when messages sent by text to my mobile couldn't the driver ring me!! Very poor unreliable service. Although separate issue, a Yodel driver left a parcel here last week. It was thrown over a side gate! Cardboard box fell apart when we picked it up as it was raining heavily. Fortunately it wasnt breakable and in a sealed plastic bag. My recommendation based on these two instances - AVOID YODEL AT ALL COSTS - NOT RELIABLE OR TRUSTWORTHY

What a sham company do not use waited in all day no parcel.no way of getting hold of anyone to find out we’re it is!cannot believe they get away with this poor customer service.

Marked my item as delivered. Phoned them twice to ask where my parcel is. Still heard nothing back and still without my item. Shambles of a company!

What a joke yodel is. Exactly the same story as everyone else! How are they still in business. Our first delivery stated delivered so complained as definitely was not delivered. Also told to take it up with the seller which means they get away with not delivering and the sellers and being forced into sending further item to keep there reputation up or as result of eBay case. Second delivery today, again watched their tracking which is also a farce, then the message same as others cannot access property which is rubbish as we have an open driveway on a main road. No one to speak to at customer services and to arrange a delivery next day you have to accept full responsibility which is not going to happen with this company involved. So now we wait and see what happens. I doubt a parcel will show up. This company needs to be brought to justice! Lousy lying stealing scroats.

This company is a joke! One driver (weekends) never delivers to the correct address so when Ive been in all day and receive my email that my item has been delivered, its hunt the parcel! The other driver relies on the sound of the parcel hitting your front door to alert you that its arrived, by the time you get to your door, hes back in his van driving away! The delivery status says its been left in a safe place and a cards been left! No card and its left on my open doorstep! Absolutely useless & frustrating!

Tracking states delivered and signed for - rubbish. Neighbour came next day with a sodden parcel she found in her driveway. Absolutely soaked and goods damaged. Still trying to contact Yodel.

A shameful shambles. Driver didn’t even attempt delivery. Told that my package had been left with a neighbour. Neighbour doesn’t have package, and I believe them too. Will call police perhaps to investigate Yodel driver.

Oh low and behold second absolute fail! Apparently parcel has just been delivered!No it hasn't! More lies and thievery!Would be minus stars if that were possible! Absolute joke,a company that relies on lies,am furious beyond belief! All I can say is the delivery driver that speaks absolutely no English now just keeps the parcels for himself and then Yodel expect me the customer to explain Yodels failings to the company I have bought from,as they won't have any part in the non delivery!Absolute joke!

For the second time in two weeks,apparently my parcel has just been delivered,no knock on the door,go and check low and behold no parcel once again,this would be no stars if I were able,oh dear Very sad to say I won't be buying from you again as Yodel are incapable of delivering what I have bought.liars and thiefs!

Very upset with the delivery service. I have been waiting for a parcel I bought as a gift and twice they said it was impossible to deliver. Once because they said they found no one home and it wasn't true. My son was in at the time they supposedly tried to deliver and today, I had called their customer care, asking to have the parcel put behind my bin, if I wasn't in. They said they couldn't access the property. Another lie, because the property gates are always open. My question is if they are going to wrong place or just not bothering to deliver. Now I was told that Monday it would be rearranged for the last time, after which, if not delivered, I must pick up at their depot in Lestershire. I've paid for the delivery and I will not waste my money on fuel to pick up a parcel I paid to be delivered to me. If by Monday the delivery doesn't come through, I will take the situation further. This has been an awful service and a let down. Don't use their service. Even customer care isn't reliable.

Ordered flowers for my daughters 18th- to go to her school Who knew schools opened from 17.30-19.30? That was the time the email gave for delivery, was unable to track or change address and kept getting a message saying all customer advisers were busy. Why didn’t anyone read the bloody address??18th birthday surprise ruined. Today, my daughter got a text saying the parcel has been delivered...where? Who to? Schools don’t open on a Saturday AND it is a day late anyway...don’t ever buy flowers from M & S and expect them to get there when you want. Appalling.

This is my 3rd delivery that has been left out in a block that the front door doesn't lock. I don't have a "special place" under my deliveries and yet they have been left I am off work sick and have been in all week!! Christmas presents. Gone!
