After giving detailed instructions of where to leave parcel, what happens they go and deliver it to a neighbour who is not trusted no more said

They left my parcel in a random house way down my road which appears to have no one living there. It was supposed to be signed for. When I rang them (waiting over half an hour on a charged call each time) they said they would take to the driver and get back to me but never did. I rang them again and the operator pretended to put me on hold and then cut me off. Worst service ever and Ihave a £38 parcel left with someone else- no idea who!!!

never use this company if you want to see your order if ordering from ebay or amazon check its not yodel delivering surprised this company is still trading

Same as all other people posted, their driver drives around the car without being real delivery. The first attempt, I was home, and I saw the delivery is arriving in 30mins -1 hour. Time flew, and 2 hours later, I still haven't anyone arrived yet. I check up the online status it said "Sorry we missed you. We've left you a calling card". But there was no doorbell, and I checked my letterbox no calling card. Fine, shxt happens, and I arrange the second attempt. On the second attempt, I was there was two more delivery order; then it was my turn on the live update. The parcel is very important for me, so I went down and waiting at the front door of my building. No one has shown up, and I got "Sorry we missed you. We've left you a calling card." again!!! Contacted the customer service, she didn't sound like she cared. Just resecuduled the 3rd attempt for next week. I hope I finally can get my parcel.

Lied to us. Parcel was due for delivery on a wednesday but never showed up. We then got an email explaining it is now due on thursday, which is fine. On thursday the app said the delivery driver had 155 deliveries that day. By 9pm we still hadn't received the parcel and the app said there were still 35 deliveries. Then, out the blue we got an email saying they attempted delivery but no-one was in, and they posted a card. Total lie. We were in all day, keeping an eye out on the app and the door. No note in the post either. Disgrace

Appalling company, was due to be delivered yesterday but hey presto, no delivery. Tracking said was unable to access property. Absolute rubbish, there are two numbers on the gates clearly stating to call if delivering. Strange we had people in and out all day including other deliveries. Quite obviously the driver could not be bothered, I very much doubt the driver even entered the road. I now have to collect it from their depot, I wonder how that will go as I have no calling card?! In future anything I order online I will check first as to what company the retailer uses, if it’s yodel then I simply won’t order from them. Disgusting service and company, it’s a sham and should be shut down.

The driver did not deliver, stating 'We tried to deliver your parcel but couldn't access your property.' (Online update - no card through the door.) A total lie as there are no access issues. I was in all day waiting and no Yodel van came into my cul-de-sac. Customer service number puts you through to a computer that simply reads what you've already read on your own computer but you still get charged for the call. Their website showed my parcel at the depot this morning so I opted to collect from the depot but now have to wait another day before I'm able to!! My daughter had a similar experience with the same erroneous update but never received her parcel - an expensive handbag. When Yodel was asked where the parcel was, they claimed it had been delivered and signed for. It never was.

Ridiculously annoying and poor service. Will not leave a parcel even if supplied with a signed letter of authorisation to do so. Customer is obliged to pay to talk to depot in Peterborough. Definitely THE WORST COURIER SERVICE IN UK that l have come across.

Lost 2 parcels. Signed for by fictional people because they couldnt be bothered to deliever them to the correct address. Complained many times over they have turned round and said to much tine has elapsed now so take it up with the sender!. Not sure what the sender can do? They posted it to the right address. Yodel a bunch of morons . AVOID at all costs

Unbelievable bad service, what am I saying there was no service, no customer services to talk to about my package that has now been “out for delivery” there tracking doesn’t actually mean anything, it gets near to your house then disappears, first time it said I wasn’t in, which is not true, I had waited all day till 9:45 pm, second time it said it was unable to deliver, I’ve still no idea where it is, or if I’m going to get my parcel, very frustrating, and I have never written a good or bad review before this, but I’ve got to let people know, this courier service is terrible.

Had an email to say parcel was left in bin, searched everywhere wasn't there, phoned up twice to find out where it was with no help from person on phone got told someone would be in touch. No phone call or email back regarding where it was. Luckily a few days later one of my neighbor's gave me it saying it was chucked in her front garden. Shocking service

As with all other coments. What a terrible company. Failed to deliver a parcel twice. And I tracked driver to end of my road second time round. and then dissappered. You carnt speak to anyone because all the phone lines are automated . Don't know why any one uses yodal. Should be band from operating.

Zero stars if I could! Driver missed me due to being at work by 10 minutes..i had left a few neighbours addresses that were in to sign for my parcel or leave in my safe place...(but didn't even attempt to go to my neighbours as my CCTV showed this) so I called the number he left and he said he would try and deliver my parcel this evening if not it would be first thing in the morning, by dinner time he hadn't been, so I left several messages to say please deliver to my neighbours if I am not in and its important that it isnt taken back to the depo as it was needed asap and I am going away Saturday. I tried numerous times to talk to an actual person on their customer services instead of the automated phone but nope no luck there either, their web chat customer service was useless too, just weren't listening to a word I was saying. In the end I had to call the company that I placed my order with and they said they would contact yodel themselves and tell them my item has to be delivered by 11.30am tomorrow...they weren't happy with how yodel customer service has been and hopefully they will sort it out asap for me. Yodel is the worst delivery company and no idea how they are still a business.

Failed to deliver a parcel. They did not even try and then dare to say they could not access the property. Two parcels were arriving at the same time. One arrived the second one was scanned 3 minutes later as could not be delivered. Either a poor driver mucking up or the parcel was not put on the van in the first place. Now they want me to collect it from a depote over 30 miles away due to their total failure.

WORST. COMPANY. EVER. Failed to deliver a parcel twice because they 'could not find my address'. I live in Zone 2 of London. After the first failure, I contacted the web chat and was assured that they could add a note to the delivery specifying my address further. The same thing happened again. I decided to call them to talk to a real person - was sent through an automated system which only gave me the option 'Would you like to rearrange your delivery?' I said 'Yes'. It said 'Sorry, we cannot rearrange your delivery until an attempt has been made. Goodbye.' and hung up.....This company is atrocious. Any company looking for a delivery company to partner with should avoid Yodel at all costs!!!!

Cannot express how angry I am with Yodel - most appalling customer service I've ever experience. Waited at home all day for a parcel that never arrived, then I received a text saying it had been delivered to a neighbour. Checked with all my neighours and no sign of the parcel so was clearly delivered to the wrong address. I tried contacting the Yodel driver but he's ignored all of my messages. Now I don't have my parcel and have lost my money. Thanks for nothing, Yodel.

Yet again say they have delivered when no parcel is here. Leave a mess for me and the custo.er to clean up. I have not received the parcel; do not lie. Companies do not use this company. It may be cheap but I have paid for delivery. I expect a delivery not a lie.

Completely hopeless. After tracking said I was the next delivery, and I could see via tracking that he was in the next road, the driver then headed off in the wrong direction. 4 hours later I got a message saying they couldn’t gain access to the property. I know they didn’t even try. I don’t understand why any company would use them.
