This company is useless most unreliable company in uk made me wait all day for my parcel and then claimed to have attempted to deliver and the driver claimed that he could not get access when I live on main door house the most easily accessible place in the street also the web was showing that he was 3 delivery’s away from mine and when I contacted web chart it changed saying that they have tried to deliver 8.30pm when I checked my cctv there was no one came to my door all day What a bunch of liars Avoid this company if possible

Just now Terrible company! Not even one star! I wasn’t home all day long. Driver used my signature and signed on my name!Who does that!! The item never arrived. It was a present for my son. I’m telling you if you see Yodel is delivering your item just order from some other place. Completely unreliable company. My parcel was supposed to come on 26th Nov, it didnt come and the tracking system said it couldn't be delivered and the driver has left a note even though he hadn't. I could see the driver in the vicinity online. The next day I waited outside my house when I saw that the driver is 2 stops away. He didnt come and the reason stated was that he could not access the property. I had numerous webchat with their reps but to no avail. I managed to get hold of a person on the phone but he also said that delivery will now be the next day. I wasted 2 days waiting for this parcel. The driver does not come to the house and the system is updated with a lie. I live on a main road, you cannot not find my house. The drivers are irresponsible and Yodel is not willing to rectify this. Utter disgraceful service. Do not use Yodel if you need your parcel on time

Terrible delivery company! Ordered Saturday next day delivery it is now Wednesday still no parcel.customer service just says it’s investigating the driver. I will not buy from any company using this delivery site. They lie to you saying it’s delivered but it needed signing. Cctv shows otherwise. Scammers this company are. Should be shut down or cctv in every van so drivers can’t take your parcels.

Item still not delivered after 1 week. 4 'attempted' deliveries that were never actually attempted as there was someone in each time. Awful customer service- a terrible company to use. Items have still not been received and have been in touch with the company 6 times. They use lines like 'it'll be out with our most experienced driver' but to no avail- they fail at their basic intended service.

Why is it 5 days have past since this item was scanned JJD0002249549051708 and customer updated back to your old ways again just makes it clear to myself and others why they stopped using your service

Steals your parcel . Says delivered went wasn’t. Then the next day told me he was on my street waited still no delivery. Shambles . Do not trust

Do not trust this delivery company.I payed next day delivery,2 days later still no parcel. They will say it’s delivered when it’s not.supposed to be signed for but Footasylum could see that it isn’t signed for.Then the delivery driver got some girl to answer abusing me.They will steal your parcels 100%. Not even worth the 1 Star . BEWARE

Once again, the parcel appears as delivered and signed but some 'ghost' neighbour that I never heard about. The parcel is nowhere to be seen. This is the last time I deal with Yodel. From now on I will contact the seller to ask if they use them as a courier. If they do, bye bye.

Honestly the whole company is a shambles, avoid at all costs. I sent a return via parcel motel, who gave it to yodel to return to new look. Ten days later still no confirmation of a return. They told me it is my fault as I did not include a delivery address!! Parcel motel confirmed they gave them the address. The online chat was so sarcastic and unhelpful and kept disconnecting me saying nothing they can do After all that I contacted new look and they said they received the parcel 2 days ago!! So yodel has the Address after all If I could give 0 stars i would

Expecting my new phone from Virgin. When I saw it was Yodel my heart sank. At least they didn't fail to disappoint in disappointing me. Waited at home all day. Watched the map....5 stops, 4 stops, etc. Then the dreaded message. Sorry we missed you. What they should have said is sorry I couldn't be bothered to get out of my van, it was raining. I phoned to complain. Told they will try again tomorrow. They didn't even try today!!!! This is the worst delivery company I have ever known. So now I have to waste another day waiting on a 50/50 chance they might actually try and do the job they are supposed to do. Shame there isn't a negative star rating on here!

Absolutely useless delivery company. I order a Portal from facebook on line and Yodel managed to mess up the all thing. When I didn't see the package I went on their website and discover that I had 'to manage' my package and I reschedule the delivery for another day. it didn't arrive so I contacted (on line because over the phone is a nightmare) only to discover that they didn't have my address...that's the only thing they need to know, how did they mess that up??? Guess what? the package didn't arrive again...and the website says that it was sent back to the sender the day I contacted them... Just close this company down and do us a favour

Absolute shambles. They marked it as attempted delivery 3 times, despite never actually accessing the building. Log on to the website to track it and I can't rebook as they attempted 3 times, but I can't book it to the depot as its with the driver! The customer service is appalling and gave me the mobile number of the driver to do their job for them!

The tracking shows that the parcel was delivered at a time when I was at home. There is an entry phone system here so no one can enter the building unless they ring the flat number to be let in. No one rang and yet the driver is claiming that he left the item in the lobby. It wasn’t there when I looked which was no surprise because he couldn’t have got into the lobby unless I let him in. If, by chance he did get in then why didn’t he deliver the item to my door. What he is saying is a total fabrication. Either way, what he said is just not true. Now I have to have a fight with them on Monday, because they are not there on Saturday afternoon or Sunday, to find out where my parcel is. It’s not a cheap item and I am furious with Yodel’s complete disregard for the customer.

Repeatedly spoke to customer services and managers of yodel for a collection of a parcel due for return!!!! Never showed up despite saying they left me 2 cards,, my cctv shows different ... I’m disabled and suffer mental health and anxiety and my stress levels were way above and beyond!! I’ve contacted via web chat, phone and email! Useless!!!!!!! I have requested compensation to which they say no..... and tell me they will disapline the driver ,,, what about the other??? Then tell me I won’t hear the outcome ..... I’m disabled NOT stupid!! Absolute joke and they need to stop working as a company !!!!! They are a waste of time , disgusting attitude for laughing at the end of the phone,,, wouldn’t be laughing if was in front of me........ !!!!!!!!!!!

Same as everyone else's review. This company is a joke. I wasnt home on first delivery attempt and so now it is left at a depot which is miles away from me....oh and...only open 2 hrs on a non-weekday. So I had a dentist appointment and couldnt go. The options to select an alternative delivery method are all greyed out. Not even the option to select "hold it. I am on holiday "...and I am now away with work for a while. So the business model seems to be some lazy driver turns up without notice, doesn't attempt to see if a neighbour is home, chucks it off his van at the end of the day many many miles away and you may need to go several weeks before you get a chance to travel the distance to collect it. I agree with others...it is a total scam of a company and it is a total wonder that companies out their procure them as a provider. It just damages their brand.
