Item has been in the van all day Saturday with driver for delivery but never arrived, while saying at same time that delivery is Monday, so why is it in the van today? For helpline, message says 'We're sorry, all our operators are busy. Please try again in a few minutes' which is a permanent message shown continuously all day. Have they any operators? Doesn't seem so. I gave the service one star only because it wouldn't let me give it no stars as I wanted. For a tracking map it shows my home on the map but not where the driver is. Since I already know where I live, what's the purpose of that tracking map supposed to be? Utterly useless.

Please my advice is stay away from Yodel if yoy order online ask seller if they using yodel if yes ask them to send to you by other company. My experience; 3 times in few years they deliver for me and always issues I am leaving in house where are 3 flats. I am leaving in this address since 10 years with a friend and we are both polish other two flats occupied by humble jamaican older man and Pakistani family . I have order tools for my car from 2 different sellers each item cost me around 70 pounds . 1st item arrived and sign by pakistani lady and she left it for me in main corridor for 3 days. 2nd item which suppose to be deliver by yodel did not arrived so I have check tracking and it say it was collected and sign by mr stahovski I was very surprised as I did not know any one with this name I went to double check with my Neighbors and nothing . I called yodel and they did not have a answer and they been saying they will call driver and they will get back to me . After few minutes they called telling me driver drop by mistake somwhere else mr Patel's shop down the road then I asked how come if mr stahovski sign for it. Again I wait for them to call back now story was when driver arrive and knocked on my door to my house door open white man saying he is stahovski and he sign for it . I asked how come mr stahovski open door if my Neighbors which I know for 10 years they are not white and even this name sounds Russian to me and I don't know anyone from Russia to be my Neighbor. No explanation and I lost 70 pounds as driver was saying he deliver item and it was sign for. Next experience bed headboard deliver to my home left next to rubish bin when outside heavy raining, even i never asked them to do it and I live in london not small city any one could take it and I will loose money again. Recently I order rug for my room and while I was home and on door I have bell which is saying 59a after I checked tracking which show try do deliver 7.50 am no one home . Me I was awake since 6 am and no one try to deliver anything except post man. Yodel never left card on the door . Try to contact yodel as this was last day i am home because I need travel emergency but only automatic adviser and no luck with any information. I try to chat online with someone names Breatny and I been given phone number to driver which I try call and phone operator saying wrong number. Is crazy yodel courier worst of the worst stay away.

if I could award zero stars I would. Card left saying tried to deliver. I rang the number given and arranged for delivery the next day. I was told delivery would be between 11.30 and 13.30...... nothing. Parcel eventually arrived at 7.15pm, which they tried to deliver to an unoccupied house, and then my neighbours, without trying our own home first! luckily I saw the van parked outside and went out to find him. He said he had been told wrong address. The number was plainly printed on the box! I waited in all day .... what a waste of time. Asked if it could be left in safe place.... was told no as it needed a signature.Tried to call numerous times during the day but only got automated info and then the line ended. To add insult to injury the driver told me he would have left the parcel without a signature had I left a note for him! There was a large notice beside the front door saying exactly that....Apalling customer service .... usually use Hermes or DPD with no problem...... Yodel do not deserve to be in business. Use them at your peril and only if you like wasting time.

The driver never tried to deliver the items and forged my signature in the form of a noose. As if to say go hang yourself!

The driver rang the doorbell and left my parcel outside on my porch without waiting even 20 seconds for me to answer the door. This meant I was left to carry in a box full of beer. I am PREGNANT. Their service is disgraceful. The driver saw me and just drove off. Disgusting.

you don't even deserve one star you are a shambolic organisation and you lie-you have delivered our parcel to someone else 's address and you cant tell us where this is. you didn't knock on the door we were in and we have dogs with super sensitive hearing. you didn't leave a note through the door I think you are operating some giant scam and we are reporting this to police.

I received two emails and a text saying they would come today between 11am and 1pm. I then received messages saying they had been to the house and tried to deliver my package. They also stated they had left a calling card. They hadn't been near my flat and there was no card. I tried to use the webchat and nobody answered despite leaving it on for ages. I called and the agent lied to me and said they had tried to deliver it. I know she lied to me because when I pushed her she got flustered and said that what had actually happened was that the delivery driver's GPS was broken and so he couldn't find the place so just didn't bother. They must have sent me 5 or 6 emails and a couple of texts, they obviously are able to contact me, but just thought they'd lie instead. Apparently it is "Guaranteed" to come tomorrow, but they can't give me a rough time. I'll hold my breath shall I? :)

Worst company ever. The driver signed for my parcel himself then left it on my doorstep. I contacted customer help as I was on holiday and the driver told them it was ‘left in reception’.

If I had known my delivery from Debenhams was going through Yodel I would have ordered elsewhere! They are the worst courier service I have ever experienced. This is the 3rd time in as many months that Yodel has caused me a problem. The last time my mobile phone from Virgin was returned to sender despite using the online and automated system to rearrange several times and having the Virgin team try to rearrange the phone delivery. Today after receiving a text message confirming I was due for delivery from Debenhams between 0957 and 1157 it seems the driver was "unable to gain access to my property" and now the parcel has disappeared off the Yodel system. Needless to say I have been in all morning and live tracking is a total fail. No ring on the door, no card, no calls, no nothing and no goods. They are absolutely the worst delivery service ever and had I known my luggage was to be delivered using them I would have cancelled the order. Take my advice, if you order online and find the delivery company is Yodel cancel your order and place it elsewhere with someone who uses anyone but Yodel!

They send me an e-mail they delivered my order to my address, but I can't find it here. Even my neighbours don't know where my order is. I spoke with someone from customer service and they told me that parcel have been deliver to Patrik. I don't know who is this guy. They don't know where he live. They can't even answer why they leave my parcel to someone. I didn't want my package to be delivered to a neighbor or someone else. But ok, If you leave it somewhere you should left me any information where I can look for my parcel but you didn't. After 3 weeks of waiting and contact with them, they sent me back to the sender to clarify the matter. It's ridiculous. They did nothing themselves, they kept repeating the same words that they are very sorry, they apologize and this will not happen again.

AWFUL. I have been treated so badly by this courier service who claim to deliver parcels. Firstly, to have a 3 strike rule of delivery with no alert for a delivery window is absurd, how as a working person can you be expected to sit on your phone and watch the delivery update? Astonishing. My flatmate was in for every attempt but clearly Yodel don't care if their couriers wait for someone in a flat to get downstairs, they just wonder off having given you a strike. Then trying to get hold of customer service is near impossible. Speaking to someone via a chat when they just repeat the same thing and don't care if you are trying to explain that they have got it wrong. Then to pass my query on 3 times, expecting me to go through the same process over and over again, promise the redelivery then end the chat after saying they have changed their mind. Unbelievably awful way to treat a customer. They are rude, careless and do not stick to their word. I will never use this service ever again. My parcel is now held hostage and I will have to also complain to the shop that have used them. I have paid for postage and I cannot believe they will not do as they have promised.

Our Yodel driver is great, very friendly and super efficient. Even if our parcel has wrong address details, he takes the time to work it out and deliver on time. Excellent service ! Thank you !

If I had a choice, I wouldn't award yodel any stars. I dont know when I agreed to having my parcel tossed to the back garden but yodel have done this twice, each time with a different company (asos, boohoo). Each time I get an email saying it has been delivered and I have no idea where it is but little do I know, my parcel has been thrown in my back yard, soaked with RAIN for a week or two. And here I am, each time, phoning the companies and complaining about not having received my item when its not their fault.

Yodel have Lost my parcel & won’t help to find it or even write a letter of non delivery therefore I have lost my money, and lost my parcel. Yodel won’t help. I have rang them 15 times. They refuse to help.

There was some delay and 'unforseen circumstances' without updates on the track on the website, despite parcel being in the city depot but after consultation with the representative, my parcel was delivered the next day by a very pleasant and polite man. No damage. Overall turned into good experience.

Our parcel has yet to be delivered and so far we have been given several excuses for our parcel going to 3 different addresses as no one will take the blame so I'm out of pocket with no parceland no refund

Truly terrible experience they say they called three times once each day for three days. WE WERE IN THE HOUSE EACH DAY ALL DAY....No card was left to say they had been. I have had over 40 deliveries from the net over the last three years AT THIS ADDRESS, and this is the first time A DRIVER CANT find the address. They keep banging on about access, we live in a detached house, in a close, which the post code takes everyone to, THE DRIVE WAY IS SMALL AND THE HOUSE NUMBER CLEARLY SEEN FROM THE ROAD,,,,,EXCEPT it seems these people CANT FIND IT...... Its so easy to find, I gave them the local pub to aim for then what roads to go down, a child could have found us with one eye closed walking backwards and in the dark..... So no I have not received my bought item from the internet, so it seems to me JUST THINKING OUT ALOUD, JUST WHERE IS MY ITEM AND AM I GOING TO GET IT? I THINK NOT SOME HOW... SO BUYER BE-WHERE CHECK FIRST WHO IS GOING TO BE DELIVERING YOUR GOODS, YOU KNOW THE ONES BOUGHT WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. AND IF YOU SEE A YODEL VAN GOING ROUND AND ROUND THE NEAREST ROUNDABOUT SEE IF THE DRIVER IS A BADLY PROGRAMMED ROBOT WITHOUT A SAT NAV OR EVEN A PHONE WITH MAPPING. Yodel you are a joke.

My parcel was supposedly delivered today 7/11 at 12.28 at that time we were my husband and I getting ready for our lunch, no one came, no one rang the bell, and certainly no parcel was left in a secure location ie front porch we do not have as our main door is directly on the pavement !!! I said supposedly because at the time we were not aware of this, it is when we received an email to let us know it was delivered, we started to enquire, we call them and an investigation is taking place but strangely I am now receiving 3 phone calls for 3 other customers from Yodel, is that what the BBC called Yodel learnt from their mistakes!!! I am now missing a parcel that I needed urgently by tomorrow to finish a project for my 5 years old granddaughter that I have let down because of Yodel unprofessional staff

Truly awful experience. Over 3 days, there were supposedly multiple delivery attempts, but all of them failed because I failed to leave "special access instructions" for my flat that is located on the ground floor, accessible from the street. No attempt was made to contact me, and repeated calls to customer service have yielded only promises for the parcel to be delivered "tomorrow". My package is still yet to be delivered, the customer service agent promising, again, that "tomorrow" my package will finally be delivered. At this point I have given up that I will ever see my package.
