Yodel have refused to take my return item back 4 times saying it was 2 big even though they delivered it the driver was rude and laughed in my face when I complained about him yodels customer service is laughable they are rude they end conversation for no reason I will no longer accept any delivery from this company they are incompetent and there drivers are very rude and abusive

They lost my parcel, ordered on the 27th of October meant to be here 29th of October but still nothing has come.

Delivery - not delivered to address on label, crate of champagne delivered to wrong address and communication with Yodel very poor - no response to my emails. Supplier refunded and I shopped elsewhere. Champagne being enjoyed by someone

Second parcel in 6 months which has had the contents stolen by a yodel employee, then delivered. Avoid at all costs thieving b’’’’’’’s!!!!!!

Couldn't find a vet practise in Barnsley to deliver a parcel despite us having 1000's of customers!! Very poor service. Order was cancelled so didn't get my product!

Hi Andrew, I am contacting you with concerns of Lies, Deceit and the issues YODEL caused my and my wife today, I live in St Helens, I work at the other side of Warrington, today I received text messages from YODEL explaining that a parcel was being delivered; I contacted my wife whom was also in work but was able to get half a day from work to go home and wait in for a parcel that you was delivering; No parcel turned up; when I came home from work I tracked the number sent to my phone from YODEL and it said that it had been delivered and signed for at 13.49 the tracking number was JD0002259245268612 I phoned YODEL and explained what had happened and they checked the tracking number above and explained that the sender had given you my phone number by mistake ?: I asked who the sender was, as I wanted to make a complaint for the inconvenience that IT had caused us both they said that they would check for me, they then got back on the phone and told me that the problem had been caused by John Lewis had John Lewis had given YODEL my phone number by mistake ? After speaking to John Lewis he looked into it and phoned me back personally; he relied that the tracking number sent by YODEL was Not for one of there items; He also explained that John Lewis do Not Use YODEL and that YODEL had miss informed me I would now like for you to get to the bottom of this as it is unacceptable Mr Robie Thank you

They didn't even ring or knock to let me know they were here and now are saying I have to go collect the parcel from a depo that is over an hour away on public transport. Absolutely dreadful. Tried speaking to a manager and I have to wait 24 hours for no good reason. So not only have I wasted my time, but I have also wasted the customs fees I paid to release the package. What is so hard about RINGING A DOOR BELL

Worst courier service around. Lie about delivering a parcel then ignore you if you actually manage to get through to a human. Absolute scammers. Why companies use them BAFFLES me. If I ever get my parcel I will update this. Absolute joke. Find out what company are delivering your goods and if it is Yodel, shop somewhere else. Or just rip your money up because you will get the same result. Out of pocket and no items.

I ordered from very on Thursday and was told delivery would be Friday. Order still not received and when I want to contact yodel to find out where it is their website says the webchat is busy and to try again later. I've been trying since Friday night and still no luck.

for the second time i have been standing outside my door on the pavement in full view and have seen the sad faced driver pass by in a scruffy van... this almost happened a third time but i stood in the road slowing traffic down and this time i got my delivery ...i believe this is because you have my address as the last or third last on the days delivery punishing schedule...i am going to leave a scathing review with the parcel sender for choosing your dreadful delivery company...it is virtually impossible to contact you about this as always please try later message is on screen....but on the bright side i did message someone who worked in another country call centre and was told that they had a 24 hour delay before passing on messages.... a shocking state of affairs

driver didn't even call me on intercom. JUst left wheelchair downstairs. No call, nothing. Your firm should be shut down. A really annoyed customer

This company should colapse. Whole experience to deal with them is disastrous and frustrating. They notify you that delivery was attempted and card was left while no courier was at the door at all. CCTV footage as proof. To contact them is almost impossible due to malfuctioning automated bot phone service same as making complaint to live human...its immposible. I have managed to chat with someone. They said driver scanned at your address we will reattempt tommorow. Oh yes they did today I even followed driver progress and what? 12:38 Sorry we left card ! Yet again no one was here. Complete lack of respect for customers. I tried to contact them straight away 1 min later...impossible. no chat on the phone automated voice just repeated that they attempted. If you reading this and you are doing online business using Yodel. Just do not do it if you value your customers and your businness. It will save you a lot of frustration and customers. Yodel...the worst courier company that exists.

Sent a planted basket from M&S for friend's 85th Birthday. Box arrived damaged and left upside down on the doorstep so that the plants came out. Courier did not ring the bell or leave a card and the box was only found because someone was leaving the property. The replacement was also left on the doorstep; no one rang the bell and no card was left. The tracking site showed box had been left in a safe place and a card had been left. I will never use any company who have Yodel delivering their goods.

Missed a delivery from Yodel and received a calling card through the door. There was no details other than the tracking number on the card so I paid a visit to their website to rearrange delivery. All options were grayed out so I started a webchat. 25mins to connect to a person who then takes 28mins to rearrange the delivery to a collection from depot. They were very polite throughout the conversation and I kept my patience with them. Surely this should be a one or two click option to arrange, and something the customer can do once they have passed a security question or two? This would save time and stress on both sides of the equation.

Get a txt from yodel whilst at work saying that they had delivered a pair of trainers I got from littlewoods catalogue. Gets home to see no parcel or card. Goes and tracks my parcel and apparently they posted it through my letter box? Grrrrrrrr thanks for wasting my time you annoying f****

After reading reviews I was a bit apprehensive about receiving my parcel on time, but I have to say Yodel were spot on, arrived exactly on time. Communication with Dean the delivery driver was excellent, absolutely no problems.
