One of the managers that work in the walthcross warehouse called in the morning to deliver my parcel, he was very very very rude. he would not let me speak on the phone . My parcel was suppose to be delivered this morning because it’s my daughters birthday present but unfortunately it will not be delivered because the person refuses to deliver it on time. They have number that I have called so many times but nobody answer phone. That person was very rude and he hanged up the phone, yodel still does not have my correct address so they can deliver the item. He also swear at me . It’s the worst delivery company ever. I called the company every single day for almost and left numerous messages on their voice mail which nobody bothered to get back to me .i would never ever use this company ever again and I would strongly recommend people not use this company and it has very bad reviews.

A joke of a company. They had clear instructions to leave the parcel with my neighbour but they didn't. Then they said they had three delivery attemps and that i had to pick up my parcel form their depot which is 2 hours of commute. Customer service said that it will be ok to reattempt and deliver on a Saturday but guess what, they came on a Thursday and noone was at home (cause some of us indeed WORK). Ridiculous company with ridiculous customer service

Absolute outright lies ,disgusted ,I live in a little village cul de sac where you could hear a mouse fart from a mile away I also have 2 westie’s that bark at the slightest sound of a penny drop .. was sat in the living room all afternoon and and no yodel arrived but then they have the audacity to claim attempted delivery via the internet.No attempted delivery card in letterbox but I wonder why

Waiting for a parcel delivery! Stated that driver will be here and nothing. On website it stars they left a card. No card left. So checked the CCTV and guess what? The driver did not turn up and drove past the property! The South African customer service was even worse! No manager available to talk the advisor was rude, obnoxious and extremely unhelpful! If you want my advice, stay away from this amateur and unhelpful company! They just fob you off and obviously don’t understand urgency! What a bunch of C#@TS!!!

I dread it when I hear that I am having a parcel delivered by Yodel...we live in a small village of around 40 houses... Yodel always deliver my parcels to the wrong address. The house that I am now having to go to find my parcel, even after I receive a message saying that the parcel has been delivered, is at the other end of the village, and has a different postcode !! Their drivers can barely speak English, let alone read it !!! I have complained, even to their CEO, but get NO response. The first time this happened it was a surprise gift of flowers, by the time I had tracked down where the flowers had been delivered, they were so wilted that I had to throw them away.....no apologies from Yodel, in fact nothing... THIS COMPANY IS A DISCRACE ...why do people still use them??

The worst delivery service ever! Never! Never deal with Yodel! Seriously, they couldn't identify my location but every time I contact customer services they say that the parcel is our for delivery already and they cannot contact them! But driver "will do his best" to find me! Seriously?!?! Will do his best?!?! Next day they can't find you again! It's not a delivery service it is a joke! Had bad experience before but didn't write anything. Not this time! Fed up.

Said they left card was in at time as I’ve checked my CCTV saw van pull up no one appeared at front door or back gate which they have to pass to get to front door. Will see if they re deliver. This is not the first time this has happened. 🤬🤬🤬 would give no stars if possible.

The worst possible service their driver has allegedly tried to deliver today whilst i have been here, what a load of rubbish and utter fabrication by the driver This carrier has failed to find the property on two other attempts the property has been here since 1870 and has never moved. The worst delivery company I ever came across. I am still waiting for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. I have spent 3 entire day inside the house waiting for their delivery an all three times the parcel didn’t even leave the depot. It’s impossible to get through their customer service and speak to a human. The phone is being hanged up on me with no valuable information given. Will never buy anything from any company who uses them! Absolutely disgusting “service”.....

Door bell rang. I was at the top of the stairs. By the time I got to the bottom of the stairs (about 10 seconds) delivery man was back at the van. I knocked on the window and signalled for him to come back. He did but when I tried to speak to him to say he needs to give people enough time to answer the door, he was utterly dismissive. The parcel had been abandoned on my doorstep (on its side in the rain despite a clear note on the box "Flowers: Fragile This way up"). Could have been nicked, weather-damaged, anything! I looked up to raise this with him but in the second or so it took me to take in what he had done, he had scarpered. Not the first problem I've had with Yodel. I've come home in the past to find parcels dumped on my step which weren't even for me - not even a note through the door. Utter rubbish. Luckily, M&S pack their flowers well and, although some were squashed, some were OK. I rang Yodel - no joy of course - and also M&S, who at least answered the phone and listened. If enough people tell the suppliers, perhaps eventually they will start to use reputable couriers and not trust our goods to the Yodel cowboys.

Avoid at all costs! Yodel will ignore your emails, they only respond when you give a bad review, they will try to fob you off when they respond to your bad review. Their "customer service team" and "webchat" staff are next to useless - don't waste your time or energy trying to get answers from them. Four months later, and I've still not had an explanation for my query, and conveniently, they don't keep records after 3 months - my original email was sent 2 days after delivery. If i could give no stars i would!

Said they attempted to deliver and left card - lies. I was in and cctv covers my drive and front door. Only alternative option is to collect from depot.

Supposed to get parcel today, didn’t get it! No updates no texts no idea when it will come! Waited in 7-9pm customer services told me to wait and it would come! Total joke amazed they still have a viable company when it operates this way!

1. Told us parcel had been delivered. Not true. 2.Told ebay parcel had been delivered. Not True. 3. Rang customer services, waste of time. Did not get back to me, hung up. 4. Told parce. Would be delivered around 5pm arived 7.50. 5. Asked driver where i should sign, told not needed. Not True. Overall terrible service and should be avoided.

Have never used yodel before and never will again. Worst customer experience EVER. First they tried to deliver mid week without warning when normal people work - I did not request this day. You also do not get given a time unlike DPD - can be anything from 7am-9pm. Of course I wasn’t in and missed this. Assumed I’d be able to collect it locally but it just gets sent back. Fine. So I went online and could now pick a day - chose today - a Saturday. I work long hours during the week and neither want to be up early on a Saturday nor wasting the day but nevertheless set alarm for 7am today and cancelled all plans to wait in all day for parcel as they don’t give a time. No parcel came and saw online it could t be delivered! When I called up first time I was told that they couldn’t deliver as I was at a business address. No I’m not! I live in a completely residential building in a flat! There is no sign of business here at all! I was furious having wasted my day waiting for it. I called up and they were useless. Said all they can do is leave a message for the driver and hope they get it! They can’t contact either the service centre or drivers as ‘its a busy time of year and they are hard to contact’. Called later and again no idea if or when my parcel will be delivered. The web chat is permanently greyed out and ‘busy’ and when I complained they said sorry you just have to keep trying until it works! I still don’t have my parcel, and they have automatically rescheduled for Monday when I am at work! Appalling service and will never order from any company again that uses this useless company.

The Yodel driver placed my 10kg package on my door step, scanned the card and didn't put the card through the letterbox, he placed it in the door frame. He then pressed my door bell and walked off immediately. There is a huge sticker on my door saying I am disabled and to wait for me to answer. I answered my intercom and luckily he heard me as he was walking off. He said he left the package on my door step, I asked him to wait for me to come to the door and he asked why? I said you can't leave the parcel on my door step as I am disabled and asked him not leave. He said he would wait and then he walked away from my porch. I answered the door and called him back, he kept asking why I was asking him to come back and pointed where he left the parcel, I kept repeating I am disabled and I cannot lift the package. He didn't understand so I had to make hand jestures to say come back and lift parcel for me. He placed the parcel inside my door, this was very awkward and frustrating and I was already in a lot of pain. You need to train drivers how to speak better english and train him on disabled customers. He shouldn't be just leaving parcels outside anyways in the rain without that instruction being given as there is a lot of thieves around. I am appalled by this delivery and made a formal complaint to both Yodel and the retailer

Yodel where to start they are a joke, two days running they say they attempted delivery, 5 of us at the address Cctv everywhere no yodel turned up despite saying they did, day three waited in all day, apparently we decided to change to depot collection? Why would we? Tried to track parcel saying it was at depot, when you ring the number it says you have run out of credit??? What’s that about, and when you click on how to find your depot it says this option not available on your service?? So now I can’t even drive to get the damn parcel because I have no idea where it is??, day 5 contact the seller, they contact yodel but same useless answers as me, after some time seller calls me there transport office have a direct number to yodels transport, I receive an email from yodel about delivery, they have my parcel!??? And will get it to me soon??? When the @&£ is soon ! Yodel you are a DISGRACE was told you where bad oh you are a joke
