Very bad experience with yodel. My wife booked a delivery slot 2 times and despite staying in all day each time there was no delivery. When checking on the website and tracking the parcel you are just told the estimated delivery date : which has been and gone . Webchat is never available . Amazon has really set the bar for parcel delivery DPD /Royal mail are second best but Yodel is amateurish and not fit for purpose! Still have not received the parcel. I would give no stars if I could .

Worst delivery company ever, the driver number is never reachable, they never call you, attempt deliveries and never leave it at safe place or with neighbours and then ask you to collect from a depot is 2hrs away and also give you false promises saying they will rearrange delivery blah blah.The worst company ever, they should shut down, they just know how to stress their customers and burn them up. They should be sued

Driver said he delivered parcel, left in porch. Rubbish I was at home in the day of the supposed delivery as I have a broken foot. He never rang the door bell left a card or anything else for that matter. I will not use any online firm that use Yodel in the future. Their drivers are useless. Hermes knocks spots off them

Claimed to have delivered parcel to us, but none has been received. Signature on website does not belong to us. Do not purchase from any online stores that uses Yodel. They will literally steal from you.

I have had several parcels delivered by Yodal and every one has had problems. Yesterday I had a card posted through my door whilst i was at work and getting in very late I tried first thing this morning to arrange a redilivery. First I tried the web site which failed to recognise the number from the card and secondly the phone number. The automated phone service recognised the number but gave me no options and instead informed me that the parcel was already out for delivery for today which was no use at all. It then hung up on me. After a bit of digging around online i found a customer service number which produced the same result. On a second try i refused to speak or enter and ingo and after being put on hold for 20mins was put through to a lady who barley listened and just kept trying to tell me where the current driver was. The concept that sending out the parcel for one of its limited redeliveries without waiting and giving people a chance to contact and arrange an appropriate time is just stupid but this somehow eludes Yodal. It certainly eluded the lady i was speaking to and i almost lost my temper and had to shout to get her to stop spewing the company script and listen. This us pretty much what I have had to go through every time Yodal have been the delivery service for something I have had delivered. If I know Yodal is the delivery company for a purchase I nit buy from that seller. That make a simple service a tangle of stress and exasperation. One star is too much for them,

FU©king useless Fklng useless! 4th they been used to deliver something I've order 1st. They couldnt find my house so dumbed it in someone's hallway without letting me know they been what type of lazy (unt does that! 2nd parcel never turned up then argued I signed for it and the signature couldn't be found.... Really like what buIIshit is that. 3rd delivered to wrong address multiple times after saying there was no answer. Can't you fklng read or what? 4th. Booked day off work parcel coming today. Oh wait no it's not we couldn't be fulcked! To inform you that your parcel is delayed. We just wanted to keep you in waiting. Talk to someone? Got to be fklng joking. The worst service i have ever seen, their driver number is never reachable and they never leave your parcel to neighbors too. After 3 attempts they ask to collect it from a place 2 hrs away from your place and give you false promises to deliver next day, and when we stay back home , they give excuses to get it delivered next day, making you wait and fool. Ridiculous bad service, worst and stressing

Twice I've had an item delivered by Yodel and twice there were problems. The first time I left a note on my letterbox saying NOT to deliver to house number 1, that my address was The Studio ADJACENT to 1. They are separate buildings. The courier saw the note but still delivered next door saying my letterbox was locked. It has a lid on it, he needed to lift it. The second time I never received the item at all despite them claiming it has been delivered. I have contacted them twice about it now, to discover where they delivered it to, my neighbour at 1 is saying they don't have it, but Yodel do not contact me back as promised. It was only a cheap item but vital as it is stopping me from carrying out an electronic repair. I waited several weeks for it, and still do not have it. I've probably spent as much money on phone calls as I have on the item, but Yodel really are not at all helpful. I cannot purchase from any company that deals with Yodel as the chances of me getting the item are slim.

Left our parcel behind our bin which is in plain view of the entire estate and guess what it was not there when we got home. To top it off we spent 15 minutes on hold on their customer services helpline to have have our complaint dealt with extremely poorly and no further advancement with our complaint. Please sellers do not use yodel to deliver to your customers as they do not provide a good service

Have been waiting for my parcel to arrive to hear a letter come through the door. I immediately went to pick it up, just to find that it was a "sorry we missed you" calling card from yodel. I quickly went out to see if I could catch them but the driver had already left. Not only is it a joke that the yodel drivers dont bother to knock/ring at the door even once, there is also no information on the card that has been left for me other than a printed tracking number (which has not yet been updated) - no date, time, name etc for me to follow up. Such lazy behaviour and obviously happens very regularly. Really poor service from Yodel and very inconvenient for people who have specifically waited in for deliveries or spent money on specific delivery options.

we live out of the way etc and have had deliveries off "yodel" a few times. "never" had a problem with them etc. always deliver "on time". friendly service. " ebay" customer. etc.

The worst delivery service ever! Lost two of my parcels, left one outside my building (middle of a city centre) to get stolen, couldnt be bothered to leave another parcel with a neighbour so left at the depot for a week but said they would deliver. How are they allowed to operate???

Takes Yodel Preston Depot 2 days to deliver a parcel to an address about 3 miles from their depot. A set of cowboys at this depot,not fit for purpose

they arrange to deliver my parcel.i was waiting whole the day at home to received it and i traed my parcel online.suddenly the courier cancelled the delivery and messaged me that caaling card put in the post box to arrange other day delivery but there was not any card in the box nobody rang the buzzer or call my phone.im completely dissapointed from them.never and ever use them again.they stole my money and wasted my time and when i called the customer service after 30 minutes, they disconnected my phone. SHAME ON U.

Waited all afternoon, checked their tracking app which said there were another 48 deliveries before mine so I popped out for half an hour to find a card saying they had tried to deliver. FFS no wonder they get such bad reviews, from now on I’ll try not to deal with suppliers that use Yodel.

Apparently my parcel was delivered. I was in all day and have not received my parcel. I'm now having to try and get my money back. The delivery person has either just given it to a random house and not told me or simply just stolen the parcel. Do not use this company

Literally the WORST service I have ever experienced. Firstly, paid for my parcel to be delivered on a certain day, when I would be home. I waited in all day for this parcel, only to check where it was and find out the delivery had apparently been 'attempted'. Now that's a load of bullsh*t as I was home all day and didn't even receive a card or anything. So I tried to contact someone to ask what happened to my parcel and why they lied about the delivery. Couldn't get through by phone or on webchat so I made a Twitter account just to try and get some sort of response. I've been waiting 2 days now and heard NOTHING back. The parcel I was expecting was a vacuum packed matress and I left clear delivery instruction along with my phone number in case there was a problem. These were clearly ignored and I am having to sleep on the floor because they just can't be bothered to deliver my matress or respond to any way I try to contact them. DO NOT USE YODEL
