Was waiting for the special day delivery and like always with this courier company... Couldn't find the property.... Seriously? Every single time. Why I have to provide my phone number if they never call. Horrible experience. Absolutely disappointing. Why companies even use this service?

Terrible. Rude and unhelpful customer service via chat. It is unbelievable that companies choose to use Yodel.

Absolutely terrible, would never recommend! My parcel meant to be here on the 15th. Kept an eye on the tracking all day, when it got to my area the tracking said I have missed my delivery and they left me a card. That was a massive lie, have not recieved anything, the driver probably just decided not to bother with the last few delivery. Absolutely dreadful service, won't use it ever again.

Worst delivery company EVER!! apparently the driver can’t locate my house.....yet Royal Mail, Hermes, and any other delivery company seems to find it fine!!! Also the online chat NEVER connects me....been sitting v waiting to connect for 4 hours now!! I’m not phoning an 0844 number!!!

I just want to say how lovely the yodel driver is nothing is to much trouble he always has a smile and is so very helpful he is a credit to your team I’m not sure of his name but he delivered to me today at twenty to two he deserves a recerniction well done 🥰👍 Fatima KharEast looe

Yet again, I have been let down by Yodel. If I knew my order was delivered by them, I would not have placed the order. It seems that delivering something to you seems to be an issue if: You are not at home, or There is a buzzer system, or Your address is not super easy to find, or There is no free parking place right outside your door, or The driver is tired or just simply can't be bothered. No calling card left, but they claim they attempted 3 times, at least on one of which I was home all day. No message about the attempt to deliver, unless you check it on their site, no notification, email, text, nothing. You can't change the delivery date unless the sender paid for extra services, and even if you specifically tell them that you are not at home and they should not attempt, they still do and it counts as one of our 3 delivery attempts, after which the parcel is sent back to the sender. I had over 10 parcels delivered from them, I can recall 2 or 3 that went smooth.

Waited in all day for my delivery that I paid extra for named day delivery but surprising no delivery received. Apparently yodel tried to deliver my parcel but couldn't access my property, which is strange as my address has no "access issues", unless a normal house on a residential road with ample parking is deemed as access issues. Thoroughly disappointed with their customer services too.

complete liars, how long can this company go on using cowboys and pirates to deliver our items.. I actually think companies should be ashamed of having Yodel as their delivery 'partner'. Yodel you are a disgrace. We get hundreds of parcels into our building every day.. UPS, DPD, PARCEL FORCE.. all seem to make it in and up to our office.. EVERY SINGLE TIME its Yodel... its 'We tried to deliver your parcel but couldn't access your property' The building is 1 Canada Square in Canary Wharf.. One of the most recognisable buildings in London.. Suppliers.. please stop using Yodel. Yodel.. stop using lazy Cowboys. !!!!!!!! Losers

We have a parcel which is showing delivered 'left in porch'. However we were in when the driver so called left the parcel. No card posted through the door to say the item had been left in the porch. I also have a video door bell and at no point was this activated by a yodel driver. No parcel to be seen anywhere or at any neighbours. Webchat taking forever to respond.

The amount of times yodel have failed to deliver my parcels securely and on time Is a joke. They are seriously so bad. I pray they’re not my courier for my parcels because I know that something will go wrong.

If I could put less then one star I WOULD! A yodel driver broke my security light in my back garden by throwing my parcel over my back gate into my garden, then after this they marked it as ‘with a neighbour’ so they don’t get in trouble! I made a complaint 3 weeks ago, takes around 4-5 days to get any kind of response, the last response (response number 4 from yodel) is to ask the date this happened and the address is happened at, all in the original complaint and on their delivery/tracking records made 3 weeks ago! APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Today, 12th October 2019, Yodel stated in an email that they had delivered a parcel at 1746, at 1921 they confirmed in a text that the parcel had been delivered. At 1746 we were having a family meal in the front reception room next to the front door. The driver could not have missed us and we could not have missed him. Where is the parcel Yodel. The item was not delivered and we could not contact Yodel on live chat as they were busy. So no response on live chat. Don't think Yodel are really sorry. JD0002253211429037

Thank you for opportunity which I am very happy , i received on the last several months from your company parcels and I must to say your delivery again if I was not home call me by phone to inform , to day I decided writing a compliment to pay my respects to young man Dani , he is trustworthy and love to do he’s job perfect , he was last Monday 14/10/19 - 12.30 once again delivered parcel , I wish good luck to him and to Yodel business to have such trustworthy Employee . Yodel needs a “where the f*ck is my parcel function or “what is my driver likely to do today. I wouldn’t be wary of yodel themselves but more the companies that opt to use them as a cost cutting exercise as they are very cheap. Shocking service and zero support. Chris

I bought flowers from eflorist whose software allowed PayPal to change the delivery address that I had entered into the eform. ended up on my doorstep where I refused delivery. After trying to phone Yodel with no success, I ended up going to the Peterborough depot to try and redirect the flowers to the correct address. I found the staff here very friendly and most HELPFUL. They kindly listened to my story and delivered the flowers the next day. I would have given them 5 stars but for their telephone system. It is confusing and if you want to talk about something it has not been programed for it will tell you speak to your supplier and cut you off. Not like the great Humans I spoke to at the depot. Well done lads and Thanks.

Missed my address three times? The drivers missed my address three times. THREE times. I gave them my address and double-checked that it was correct. All other delivery companies had no issue finding my place but Yodel. I also talked to them through webchat four times but all they say is 'I understand how upset you must be right now.' and act like they are doing something for me e.g. double-checking my address, telling me that they are giving the driver a direct instruction to find my place etc... BUT nothing actually gets done. They can literally just Google my address and it will show up with pictures. Are they that stupid? It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for my package. I'm returning the product now and telling the sender never to use Yodel again.

literally wish i could give this less than 1 star. 0 stars if i could. i waited ALL day for my parcel and the delivery man did not have it in his van. RIDICULOUS.

A bad experience !! They are worse than useless and shouldn’t be able to advertise as a delivery company. I would say to all companies who use them because they are cheap- there is a reason for that!!? Item wasn’t delivered and I had to collect it from the depot in Glasgow - I waited over 40 minutes to get it!! Do they not have a system? Staff were rude and arrogant.
