they arrange to deliver my parcel.i was waiting whole the day at home to received it and i traed my parcel online.suddenly the courier cancelled the delivery and messaged me that caaling card put in the post box to arrange other day delivery but there was not any card in the box nobody rang the buzzer or call my phone.im completely dissapointed from them.never and ever use them again.they stole my money and wasted my time and when i called the customer service after 30 minutes, they disconnected my phone. SHAME ON U.

Waited all afternoon, checked their tracking app which said there were another 48 deliveries before mine so I popped out for half an hour to find a card saying they had tried to deliver. FFS no wonder they get such bad reviews, from now on I’ll try not to deal with suppliers that use Yodel.

Apparently my parcel was delivered. I was in all day and have not received my parcel. I'm now having to try and get my money back. The delivery person has either just given it to a random house and not told me or simply just stolen the parcel. Do not use this company

Literally the WORST service I have ever experienced. Firstly, paid for my parcel to be delivered on a certain day, when I would be home. I waited in all day for this parcel, only to check where it was and find out the delivery had apparently been 'attempted'. Now that's a load of bullsh*t as I was home all day and didn't even receive a card or anything. So I tried to contact someone to ask what happened to my parcel and why they lied about the delivery. Couldn't get through by phone or on webchat so I made a Twitter account just to try and get some sort of response. I've been waiting 2 days now and heard NOTHING back. The parcel I was expecting was a vacuum packed matress and I left clear delivery instruction along with my phone number in case there was a problem. These were clearly ignored and I am having to sleep on the floor because they just can't be bothered to deliver my matress or respond to any way I try to contact them. DO NOT USE YODEL

Yodel are beyond useless, I'm not surprised about how many terrible reviews they have .If I could give a review of 0 I would, I had a parcel to be delivered on a Wednesday , on tracker , it said the parcel was delivered , however when I went to pick it up from the store it said the parcel was still in transit FOR 4 DAYS , when I contacted they gave me the first name for the person who had signed for my parcel , they could not give me his second name . When I went to the shop apparently no one of this name works in the shop . I contacted them yet again , and they told me the exact same advice , either they are very confused or they have lost my parcel , which is extremely annoying as I paid for this item on the premise of early delivery . Honestly if any parcels says its to be delivered by Yodel , avoid them like the plague .

Parcel delivered to wrong address and according to person at the wrong address parcel was thrown out van into their driveway. Result was damage to contents. I think Yodel should arrange replacement.

couldn't find my address, no card left, rang customer services and left my phone number to assist driver the next day on delivery, no phone call, no delivery. when contacted customer service tracking no. was different and promised me it will be with me on 4/10/2019 received nothing! few years ago another poor experience from yodel parcel showed received not true some scam going on with this company AVOID!!!!

I gave a next day delivery order from Ebuyer and paid extra for it but it never arrived and it now shows DELIVERED!!! I was checking Yodel tracker all day because I can't use my computer without the CPU cooler I ordered and my delivery never left their local depot. This was the message on their page since 7:22AM "Your parcel has arrived at your local depot (Farnborough Service Centre)". Around 14:40 both the "Out for delivery" and "Delivered" circles turned green at the same time even though they didn't deliver anything or knock the door. Failing to deliver I can understand but lying about it and saying they delivered? This is simply theft. There is no way to contact them of course. How convenient for them.

Paid next day delivery for an order. Waiting in all afternoon tracking till driver was 3 stops away. Received an email to say they had missed me and calling card left. Absolute lies. Web chat apparently can’t contact drivers to see what’s happened. Joke of a company. Wouldn’t use again!!!

No real means of tracking delivery. The web chart does not even work properly as it does not connect! Still waiting for my goods to be delivered.

Worst delivery service ever! One parcel they said they tried to deliver and I wasn’t home which was untrue they Said they tried to deliver again I was home they didn’t try so they returned it to the seller. Second parcel never delivered, it was just kept it in the van for a week until I cancelled it , the call centre service is no better they just lie to get you off the phone

Every single yodel delivery is returned to sender as delivery attempted but never was, this is a continual problem for everyone living in my area- it seems yodel just won’t even attempt deliveries here. Once again another parcel has gone missing, every single time yodel! Worst courier company in the Uk, if a retailer uses yodel as their courier then I will refuse to purchase from them. Would give zero stars if possible

Waited all day for my parcel and I just received a message saying "Your Address Couldn't Not Be Located". How on earth could that happen. I have received parcels all the time at this address. This is absolutely disgusting. Incompetent drivers.

Expecting a package on a 48 hour delivery, which is now another day even though at 5-36am it says it’s in the depot only a few miles from me and due out for delivery that day. Shocking company that needs a good boot up the a..e

my parcel was sent by Yodel. I received an email with a time on for delivery, this time went and then i received another email with another time on it. This time went and i received an email stating driver could not access my property. I am the transport manger of a haulage company with 13.5 mtr wagons coming in and out all day, plus we have cameras on each corner and access. No yodel vehicle/transit van or even car came into the yard over the periods stated. managed to chat to Yodel on there chat. Basically useless - the driver has gone passed and i have to wait now for another day to be arranged. Absolutely terrible service by yodel.

Where to start yodel you're the worst customer service I have ever come across cannot get in touch with you. you cannot find my property to deliver a parcel if anyone's got any sense the will not use yodel worst ever customer service I've ever known

Two failed attempts to deliver to an easily found address. Day one: I tracked the van on the live map. One moment I was number 97 out of 147. The next - the tracking info changed to say that Yodel has attempted to deliver - but there was no reply. This is untrue as my door bell is extremely loud, and no card was posted through my door. Webchat insisted that he had tried to deliver. I equally insisted that this was untrue. Day Two redelivery: I was given no information as to the delivery window, only that the parcel was out for delivery. At 0903 am the tracking info changed to say that they have been advised that I had moved home (!!) and that the parcel was being returned tio the vendor. I mean who on earth would have told them that I'd moved home? All the neighbours know me, and equally know that I have not moved. This was yet another untruth on Yodels part. It's no wonder that Yodel has been voted the worst UK courier in 2018. They lie. They are truly awful. Avoid at all costs. I would give the review zero stars, but do not have that option.
