Waiting in for my parcel to be delivered today , tracked the parcel. Stood looking out my front window ready to open the door once the tracking showed I was next , and absolutely nothing ! Other than a tracking update saying they tried to deliver and I was not in! And a card through my door. Nope, not true! Absolutely appalling. Tried ringing , automated only telling me they had tried to deliver, then cut me off! Tried web chat, not much better , obviously expect you to stay in every day waiting for your delivery .... or just hoping you get a delivery?

Regarding Hayes depot: I really detest this particular depot and it's lazy, incompetent staff! The reason why there are so many issues is because the management of this depot are not organised or take note of complaints, even from their own customer services. I have no choice but to accept this company delivering my items because VERY assigns them. Simple instructions of neighbour preference, they don't acknowledge. This leeds to three attempts to deliver to my flat, on the consecutive days, because the driver is lazy or illiterate and doesn't even bother to ring my neighbours buzzer??? They're a retired couple, in which I have known for years and they have always been so kind and accepted my parcels. The wife is always in the house. No excuses. Not only have we left our written notes on the website twice..but also Very has sent instructions with the items and also I've contacted Yodel customer services three times where they have sent emails to the depot on the days?? WHAT IS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND IF THE PERSON IS OUT, DELIVER TO THE DESIGNATED NEIGHBOUR ALLOCATED ON THE NOTES AND EMAILS! I'll use Hermes over them, every time, by choice!!!

They are LIARS!!! I ordered for a next day delivery. Apparently, the store used YODEL and I waited the whole day for them to come. I kept monitoring their website and a few minutes later, after logging on their tracking, I saw that they “have missed me!”. I was so mad, I rang the driver who did not picked up but made an effort to ring me and tell me how could I receive such message when they haven’t passed by my house yet- and guaranteed me he’s coming from 5-6pm. So... I waited again despite receiving an email from YODEL telling me THEY MISSED ME and A CALLING CARD was left for me when in fact THERE WAS NONE!!! Such liars!!!!

Lies, claim to have tried to deliver on multiple occasions and I can prove with CCTV that no one even turned up.

Ordered a Motorcycle battery since Im at work during WORK days I tried to re-arrange delivery point to works address - they refused, tried to ask them to deliver it to a local pick-up point - and again they refused. So do I really need to book a holiday so that I could receive a damn battery? TLDR - do not use these twats. Worst customer service so far.

Flowers sent by friend should have been delivered last Thursday. Insisted they had been delivered. Left In safe place. Looked at our cctv as I had been in all day. No one came. Friend was livid. Was supposed to be a surprise. Rearranged delivery for today. Stayed in all day. Delivered at 17.25. Driver put package down, rang doorbell and ran back to his van. All on cctv.

I ordered an item through Amazon - if had known they were using Yodel to deliver would never have placed the order - as have had two previous items out for delivery through Yodel that never arrived. They stated the parcel was refused on delivery - there was someone in all day and certainly no one attempted to deliver a parcel. Either they are lying or so incompetent they went to the wrong address. They also stated that they had attempted to deliver my order a further two times but the customer had moved (we are still at the same address)!! Avoid this company - they are absolutely useless!! Now trying to get a refund from the company I ordered through as have given up hope of seeing my order.

Missed a delivery on a Friday - card through door . Waited in all day Saturday , no one came. Unable to change delivery day or safe place etc through tracking - all operators always busy until " we are now closed ". Daytime delivery attempted again Monday and Tuesday - card left - phone number for delivery driver goes unanswered. Finally got through on webchat on Tuesday evening. Told would be delivered next day - I advised that had missed 3 deliveries and thought that was all you got - gave out number for delivery driver again and ended chat. What a joke of a company with terrible customer service - I can only think they must be cheap or why would companies use them.

Get a message saying parcel delivered but it wasn't, can't get any details from Yodel just webchat saying contact provider. Firms that use Yodel should be forced to announce that on their website so we don't have to use them.

Driver insists he posted a parcel through the door. The item I know was too big so he is lying. Customer service are useless. The phone number for the driver does not exist!!!

Driver insisted he posted a parcel through my letterbox. He did not and the parcel was too big to fit. Customer service is useless and just repeat themselves. I would never knowingly use Yodel.

One star as you can’t give anything else. Never left a card, and my parents address has a concierge when you ring the bell. But said there was no one there to receive it. Absolute bloody liars!! WHY does anyone use this shambolic company is beyond me. And how they are still trading is astonishing. Absolute waste of time you useless fucks!!

Still haven't received my package. Was told by two different operators I would get my parcel the next day but surprise surprise it didn't show up. Rang them but they just tried to fob me off with the same jargon they said to me before. They are no help whatsoever. Why do people still use them?

Actually wouldn’t even give 1 star if it were possible. Placed an order with Habitat and got a text to say that it would be delivered by Yodel on Wednesday between 7.30 and 21.00. Arranged for someone to be in all day to collect and it’s now Saturday afternoon and still no sign!!!! Parcel tracker updated to say that I changed the date to Thursday - eh no I didn’t, and delivery would be Friday, nope still waiting. Tried using their live chat but continuously timed out and Habitat Customer Service having as much luck as me trying to find out when I might receive my delivery. Absolute worst delivery company I’ve come across and would not have placed my order with Habitat if I’d known they used Yodel

Wouldn’t even give a star! They show you your order is on the way then cancel at the very last minute. Customer device have you in hold for 1/2 and they know nothing

Awful customer service My delivery slot changed 3 times in one day meaning wasted time off work ... tracked van which hadn’t moved for hours contacted them via online chat which is the most hideous unhelpful service I have ever received! Could not get basic information as to why my parcel had not turned up ...told it would be with me by 9pm ...never arrived Contacted again to be told van broken down Asked for another slot but no one could advise ??? I even asked who’s responsible for providing the slots ... to which the call taker swiftly ended the chat !! Awful I will be advising the company from whom I ordered also

Absolutely appalling Having been in all day, the app said they had tried to deliver and they had left a card, yet 4 minutes before receiving e mail they were on the app 15 miles away, wow must have a helicopter or drone. The delivery was not meant to be until the Monday. Managed to get web text but only offered apology, and they are asking now for a signature may not be in when they next deliver. Why do people use them?

Yodel never fails to disappoint. I have never had a package delivered on the first attempt. The drivers appear absolutely clueless and seem unable to access or operate a sat nav. How this company can stay in business is absolutely baffling
