I’m really disappointed with the service because they missed delivering my parcel for two times! What’s upset me is that they didn’t call me and they said “it’s not included in the delivery package” 🤦🏻‍♀️ . What’s so difficult about calling me before leaving the place. The first time the driver said I missed the delivery but left no calling card nor trying to call me. I tried to call them regarding this but only robot answered me. Now this is the second time the driver just leave without even calling where my exact address is and suddenly the tracking said that he is unable to locate my address. Oh God!! I missed dropping off my son to school and decided to stay at home the whole day because I don’t want to miss them again but they still cannot deliver it??! Don’t ever use this service!

Cannot understand how Yodel cannot contact their drivers. EVERY other courier I have used are able to contact drivers, or for the drivers to be able to call out if they cannot locate a property. Very disappointed, will not be using again.

Shocking , driver said there was no one to receive at 1-02pm 19/9/19 and they left a card when we are a Pub that opens at 11am with 5 staff in ! No card left just driver couldn’t be bothered on a Friday afternoon, phoned customer service up , complete waste of time took said they would investigate it internally but still can’t deliver till the next day!!Still not arrived apparently tried delivery again to an open pub yesterday 23/9/19 6 days later

Driver decides today hes going to leave parcels behind my bin and someones stole them. Needed for a wedding on fiday now got to wait 3 days while they investigate. Can not re order dress so have had to cancel attending the wedding ! Appaling service

If I could rate Yodel zero stars, I would. I cannot remember a worse experience I've had as a customer. First their driver lied about attempting delivery, not knowing I was tracking their progress and able to see out into my estate's car park. The driver claimed he was turned away at the door, when he never so much as drove by. Then the customer service team agreed via webchat to having it delivered at a viable time the next day, but was rude and non-committal about ensuring the timeframe was firm. Then, after speaking with a rep by phone got a firm commitment about when it would be delivered. The next day, there was no attempted delivery again at the agreed timeframe, and their notes indicated they shipped my package back to the origin. I received further commitments when speaking with the customer service team (after I had to further follow up) that the package would in fact be delivered that day. I asked that it be left at my door, as I couldn't spend an entire additional day waiting at home for them. I was assured it would be, and my phone number was taken down so the driver could update me with when it would be delivered. I received no phone call, no package, and after complaining to the company I purchased from I found out that Yodel told them I notified them I'd moved and they couldn't deliver the package. This means that "for security reasons" my package can't be resent at all - and now I'm stuck without my property and waiting in refund-limbo for a couple of weeks. I cannot understand the point of such dishonest and unprofessional "service." I've never engaged with a company that actively seeks to disrupt customer life rather than complete their job before. I will never willingly use Yodel's service again, and can only advise based on my experience that you do not either.

Twice I have been unfortunate to use sellers who pay Yodel to deliver my goods. On both occasions the items were never delivered despite Yodel texting to say that the items had been left in the front porch ! I do NOT have a porch. Each time I was in all day and the CCTV shows that nobody came anywhere near my premises all day ! Their customer service is diabolical and will fob you off with excuses. Before I purchase anything on line I now ask the seller if they use Yodel for delivery. If they do, I cancel the purchase. I advise everyone to do the same!

Was given tracking number, notified item out for delivery and a predicted 2hour delivery slot. When time expired received notification that delivery was attempted but yodel could not gain access? And I need to contact yodel. I phoned customer service, gave details to automated system which then told me exactly the same thing. So I tried webchat, holding for over an hour and a half never to be answered/connected. I was here the whole time no-one came to the door or left card? Now it's late Saturday afternoon how do I contact yodel? There is no email contact option only a series of online options that don't cover my issue. The government should look into companies like this!

Worst customer service and delivery drivers can’t locate the address even after 3 times . I’m not living in Mars & they are so incapable of finding a new build address inspire of contacting everyday and giving additional Landmarks & directions. Such a awful service and will never recommend yodel.

Where is my order? Allegedly delivered to the front doorstep of recipient's address even though she was at home. There was no delivery, no door bell rang, no card to state where the order was placed. Couldn't get through to Yodel by telephone. Marks and Spencer Customer Services are currently investigating, as this order was placed through them for a bouquet of birthday flowers and chocolates.

Don't trust a company that lies. They claimed to have tried to deliver but the premises are closed. How can someone's home be closed. I checked my CCTV and no one even approached the property, neither the front not back. The doorbell was never pressed, this is also a smart doorbell. I called up and they wouldn't get their lying, incompetent delivery driver to come back. I lost my temper and ended up putting the phone down in the end. I just can't stand incompetent liers or companies that can't quickly fix when they messed up. The wait time on the phone was atrocious too!

My parcel got stuck in address. After contacting the live chat, they have done nothing to solve it. I called their customer support via phone; first time the lady who picked up called me a hoax, frankly speaking, and not only didn't try to resolve the issue, she was arrogant and hung up the phone. Second call, the staff was bit more attentive and tried to help, however still didn't do nothing, because they cannot prove that I am the person who has to receive the parcel to begin with, regardless of all the data I have provided them. In the end, I don't get my parcel and have contact the original sender so they'd resend the parcel and / or do the communication themselves. The customer service is junk, the delivery is brain-dead. I will avoid no matter the cost, and not buy from companies who deliver via Yodel.

YODEL are useless left my parcel at the wrong address with the delivery note at the same address .Note said left in a safe place as requested by sender ,checked and that was not so .It was left on my neighbours back doorstep ? Address on parcel was very clear but still delivered to the wrong place .Contacted customer services still waiting for an update !!

Yodel lost my parcel. Sent from the Netherlands on 03/09/'19 , hasn't updated their tracking since 07/09/'19. Tracking says it's at the sorting center, it's not. Besides losing my parcel, they thought it was with Fastway, they gave me an incorrect tracking code for delivery in 2016. The customer service agent I contacted with them thru their Gnatta support tool for 20+ times, wouldn't help me. Now, after an investigation and lot's of time, they have lost my parcel and state me to go back to my retailer. Thanks

Yodel are invariably appalling. They don't even TRY to act like a proper delivery company, they just invent some spurious reason to excuse the fact they didn't try.
