Yodel are invariably appalling. They don't even TRY to act like a proper delivery company, they just invent some spurious reason to excuse the fact they didn't try.

First delivery left in the porch of fictitious house/road. Second delivery left in porch of house but really thrown over the gates in to the driveway. Flowers damaged. Customer services absolutely useless. Cut you off on webchat. Don't listen to you on phone. Drivers were asked about deliveries and confirmed they had delivered when they couldn't possibly have done. Absolutely dreadful dishonest delivery service. There is no email service. Don't even want to give them one star!!!!

As stated by so many people," A TOTALLY USELESS COMPANY". Said parcel delivered and put through letterbox 7am. Not so but after complaining was put in letter box 7.05pm. I Guess if you pay drivers peanuts you get monkeys.

I've had deliveries left on the top of my gatepost open to be taken by the first person passing by which according to Yodel is a "safe place". I've had items returned to the seller without either my or their consent. I've repeatedly had items that they've failed to deliver and even on one occasion they've changed my postcode to render the parcel undeliverable (order was completed using auto-fill on paypal so had to be changed by them). I've been to their depot to collect an item they faiIed to deliver 3 days running and while waiting (they couldn't find my parcel, an inflatable canoe, so not exactly a small item) could overhear the most foul language being used in their rest room. The yard of the depot was strewn with broken chairs, cigarette ends, and discarded drinks cans. I now ask a seller beforehand if they intend to use Yodel to (fail) to deliver and if so shop elsewhere as Yodel are the most useless delivery company I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. I'm absolutley amazed they are still in business! Utterly inept and dishonest!!!

Utter shambles of a courier service. Yodel 'lost' my parcel, (£100 pair of Timberland boots), after trying to say that I had called and rerouted a parcel. (I did no such thing), they promised delivery three times then on day four they admitted they had 'lost' the item. A large pair of size 11 boots doesn't just disappear in to thin air. Look out for a Yodel delivery driver with a brand new pair of size 11 Timberland boots in the south Devon area! Shambolic company with absolutely no care for its customers. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Never had a good thing to say about yodel, the drivers always leave the parcels anywhere except where they're meant to be delivered. Disgraceful service

Stole £115 worth a parcel from me. YODEL ARE THIEVES AND LIARS. Forged my signature, ebay will not refund because yodel sent them proof of delivery. I literally hope Yodel shut down. YODEL=THIEVES AND LIARS. DO NOT USE!!!!!

Yodel are s#$t with bad customer services don't collect parcels then they say and then turn up to your business on a Saturday when your closed. Carnt talk to anyone. Use a better company and may I say my hermes. Not great but 100% better than yodel.

Parcel due for delivery on Thursday and so we waited in. Scanned as delivered around 2pm but no-one arrived! Contacted Yodel support on Twitter and they said it was delivered and if I wanted to complain I'd have to prove I hadn't received it. Living in a small village I posted to our village group to see if anyone had received it and no-one had. The item was then delivered the following day through the letterbox by Yodel while I was arguing with their Twitter team further. To date I've had no explanation or apology for this.

I want to give them below 1 star but the system won't allow me to. Please Amazon or any other online shopping brand, do your custommer a favor and don't use YODEL as your delivery service. My parcel was originally need to be delivered by 13rd of September 2019 but that day I was very busy with my work so I was not in my apartment. (this is my false). However, on 14th of September and 16th of September I was in my apartment "whole day" without hearing ANY ring bell or seeing ANY attempt to delivered my parcel however in Amazon system It's said that the driver have attempted to deliver the parcel and missed me how that even possible? Are you suggest that you ring the bell when I was in the bathroom for 2 day straight? Or your driver just make up a lied and did not even bother delivered the parcel to my place? Now my deliver attempted hit 3 time now and they not gonna delivered the parcel to me again so I said to their webchat to just returned the parcel to Amazon and good luck with their business. Btw, do not call the call centre, it's just an AI response and it won't help you with any thing

Driver drove off without leaving parcel, I watched him look in the back of the van and then drove off. I then looked at the tracker and had a message that there was no access. Complete liar and disgusting service from yodel

Total rubbish customer service and down right lied saying that had attempted delivery and left card but didn’t hadn’t and gave a so called redelivery date but didn’t just plain lied!!!avoid and will not order from groupon again on the strength of them using as primary deliverers 🤡🤡🤡🤡

If it were possible, I would have given zero stars. A neighbour took in a parcel which he thought was for me. However only the first line of the address was correct: it was even a different town. I rang Yodel, but gave up after 10 minutes. I contacted them eventually through the chatline, but was told they did recognise their own delivery number and that I was to contact the sender. As the sender is Littlewood, no address, reference etc, I would be on the phone for hours trying to sort out a mistake I did not make. Yodel absolutely refused to take any responsibility whatsoever, Hence, in my opinion, their customer service is zero. All I wanted to do was ensure the parcel was delivered to the correct person: they clearly could not give a damn about this!

I have found there customer service rubbish thay have lost two of my parcels now.one was worth £120.the other just over £8.one of them the driver left under the Bush in the front garden.didnt even leave a note.the parcel must have got stolen.i wouldn't recommend this company

Waiting for delivery today. Actually saw the van outside and waited for him to knock on and he drove off! Then had an email saying sorry we missed you. No calling card left either! Not happy! Useless company
