Waiting for delivery today. Actually saw the van outside and waited for him to knock on and he drove off! Then had an email saying sorry we missed you. No calling card left either! Not happy! Useless company

Delivery had given my parcel to papa Johns instead of trying to deliver it to me. I'm very unhappy with the delivers poor choice.

YODEL IS UNFIT FOR PURPOSE AND I HOPE NEVER TO USE THEM AGAIN! Yesterday, I received emails advising that I would receive a package (from Aldi). As I was going out I used Yodel's online tracking site to request the package be delivered the following day, today, Saturday, when I re-scheduled my diary to remain in as the package required a signature. When I looked at the Yodel online tracking site I saw that the package was to be returned to sender! When I contacted Yodel customer services - after spending over an hour attempting to do so I was informed that the sender had requested return of the package. I called Aldi to be told that this was not the case. Yodel customer services had told me a lie. This is the 3rd time within 6 months that Yodel have failed to deliver packages to me.YODEL IS UNFIT FOR PURPOSE AND I HOPE NEVER TO USE THEM AGAIN!

4 emails, 3 phone calls all with promises to sort out my missing delivery and NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Not one single word!! Utter lies from the driver and Yodel. Totally and utterly useless company along with its customer services!!

Waited and then was told that they ' tried to deliver but nobody was in'. This is nonsense as I was in waiting for them. This has happened twice. It is impossible to phone and talk to a human being and the robot on the other line is the worst. Please don't use. A joke.

TERRIBLE! From the so called delivery to dealing with missing packages, this company is disgraceful. My package is missing but worse than that, while waiting for an apology or refund, for days I spent hours on the phone/chat with customer services just to hear they investigate/need to investigate further.

Never known a delivery company like it - useless. Customer service working off some sort of script (computer says no). Claimed tried to deliver 3 times - not true, tried twice. Company should take a leaf out of DPD, who are excellent. Looked at someone else’s review who had a front door camera that proved there was no delivery attempt for goods.

Ebay package from a really lovely company let down by Yodel - i paid extra for express (24 hours) delivery due 11th apparently it will arrive 14th which even fails their 48 hour normally service. Useless company.

I've tracked the DHL company's website on the 4th of September to find out that the parcel is transferred to the local delivery service - Yodel. After I've tracked my parcel on the Yodel's website I could see that my parcel is out for delivery on the 4th of September. I was at work that day. But I took a day off from work to receive the parcel on the 5th - I've stayed all day at home, I've tracked my parcel on yodel website and I've missed it. On website I could see - no one home, calling card left. But I didn't received a calling card from Yodel. So, I've decided to contact the customer service on the chat - I gave my phone number, also the security gate code. The person I've spoke (Jody) assured me I should get it the next day and she will pass all the details how to enter the building, my phone number to the driver. The driver never called me, I never received any calling cards from Yodel. I've spoke multiple times with yodel customer service and every time they promised I'll receive the parcel and the driver will call me if he has difficulties to reach the building next day - it never happened. Twice I’ve asked to speak with manager and customer service promised the manager will call in 24 hours time - it never happened. It looks like they wanted to finish the conversation as soon as possible without trying to solve the problem. I never had such bad experience with the Royal mail, DHL - they always delivered on time and didn't give me false information. I feel I've waisted so much time and energy - speaking with unhelpful customer service, waiting for the parcel and writing this too.

Delivered the wrong parcel and left it in my wheelie bin,unbelievable that I actually noticed the parcel within the other rubbish! Retrieved it then got a phone call off the driver saying he’d left the wrong parcel in my bin and it had now gone (in the meantime I’d delivered the parcel to the correct address myself some 3 miles away) wasn’t over impressed when the driver had tipped my bin out on the floor and left half the rubbish on the ground.

I was waiting for this delivery since yesterday. And all day today. The intercom in my house is not working at the moment. So I was tracking my parcel every 20 minutes from the morning. I called the driver few times and left a message asking to give me a call when he will be next to the door. But I haven't got any answer. So I never got my parcel. I am a single mom with the newborn. And the nearest depot is 90 minutes away with the tube. Im not going so far just to get the parcel. Would rathet cancel everything. Shame!

Never Ever use use this company or any company that use them to deliver.They just lie to you, said they had tried to deliver LIE said they left a card LIE said it would be delivered next day LIE said the seller had recalled the item LIE.

Next time I'll order something online I'll make sure my item will get delivered by any other company and if not possible, simply cancel my order.

Received an email saying my parcel would be delivered on 6/9/19 between 16.13 and 18.13. I was in but no delivery. Tracking said they had been unable to deliver. That is the last tracking message I received. Contacted Yodel to be told that the driver had gone to the wrong address but a new driver would deliver the next day. Still no delivery! Spoke to customer services - after a long wait - to be told van had broken down but it would be delivered today. Guess what still no delivery. Fed up being told lies by this dreadful company. Never use them or any company that uses them either!

This is not my first bad experience with these clowns, but I'm that fed up with having to deal with their nonsense, I thought I'd write a review. Claimed they attempted delivery to my company address in the morning. At 4am and 5am to be precise. Not sure who would be reasonably receiving deliveries at that time of day. In addition, there was no notice that a delivery was going to be attempted. When I contacted Yodel CS, they said that the delivery would be attempted later. Sure enough, looking at their tracker I was now apparently 80+ stops away on the 130+ stop delivery route. Patiently waited all day, monitoring progress. The van got to three stops away from my drop, but then the world apparently ended at just after 17.00. They apparently couldn't continue and it would have to be delivered the following day. No further progress on the tracker page and no idea if delivery will be re-attempted. Joke courier service. If you really hate your customers use these guys.

Left a parcel outside my house while I was on holiday. Now taking no responsibility for it, as you might imagine-it was stolen. A$$hole driver. DON'T USE YODEL!

Yodel have had my package since 2nd Sep, I live in the M34 region the package is currently bouncing around 200+ miles away between the Hayes dept, Hatfield and Farnborough maybe it will be delivered before I get old and grey haired or maybe they have lost it cause the driver it seems attempted to deliver it to the wrong address ??? Is there an M34 down South ?? Look what I got on Webchat when I tried chasing them up today "I see that this was with a new driver to the delivery area today, I checked his geo location, and this clearly shows that he attempted the incorrect property. I am going to need your help to get this resolved tomorrow, please confirm few instructions for your address" Please don't laugh hysterically I think this is terrible service.

Absolutely USELESS!! Tried deliver my parcel a few times and didn’t find the house, sorry we missed you?! You for real? How about putting the address in satnav? Might help! Never ever use Yodel, shambles! Not even worth one star.. pack your businesses
