Waited all day indoors for my parcel to arrive and regularly checked the delivery status on line - then at 17.46 the status said 'we tried to deliver your parcel but couldn't access your property', yet nobody rang the bell or left a missed delivery card. I've been downstairs all day so I would have heard the doorbell. What's worse is that the parcel contains my son's birthday present!

I have waited over 7 days for a delivery, I rush home and wait for hours to receive an email saying "sorry we missed you" or" left a card". Absolutely terrible service, using lies and excuses to cover dishonest and unreliable couriers. If I could give a minus 1 for my review I would, online chat was a waste of my time. I saw on tracking the courier was 5 mins drive away around the corner, 1 more stop before my delivery in Waltham Forest. I then receive an email saying "sorry we missed you again", who did they miss? Not me waiting all morning for their terrible service, it should be called Crapel!! I am fuming because the supplier had to put in another order to redeliver. Companies must look at changing to more reliable couriers rather than losing business. I will now ask the company to refund my money.

Shocking.WE are a business waiting for 2 urgent deliveries.They have tried to deliver 4 times, between 6.30pm and 8pm.How many hours do they think we work?? Surely if you try to deliver to a shop and its closed at 6.30pm there really isnt much point in coming back again twice at 8pm????

worse service ever . the delivery guy never arrived to my house. but said he delivered. Stayed all day at home waiting for nothing . Same day i received package from the local post office. everytime i ring yodel , they have different feedback. First the parcel was delivered through my letterbox even though it couldn't fit Second it was delivered at my business, even though it is a house Third the parcel was left on my porch, even though i leave on high street and i don't have a porch. Absolutely useless company. Took day off yesterday and cancelled an appointment to wait for my delivery. Didn't turn up!!!! Went on chat and told it was out for delivery until 9pm. Talked with chat again this morning, only to be told it was taken off the van again and put back on this morning as date was wrong. Why didn't they tell me that on chat yesterday???? I now, have to make another appointment with my doctor which could take weeks!!!!! Please can anyone tell me why we have to have a conversation with foreigners???? We are English, so why can't we speak to English people???

Apparently they missed me even though I've been in my flat all day. Of course you're going to miss me if you make 0 attempt to deliver the parcel to my address? Absolutely ridiculous.

It's impossible to speak with anyone in the company to get information on an order. Tried 3 different numbers that all redirect to an automated system. There's no ability to speak with a human. Their online chat system is never available (it says "all their operators are busy" which doesn't make any sense as it's a chat system). Their in-app chat system also never connects to a customer service representative. I won't be ordering from any companies that use Yodel as a delivery option. This is the only delivery company I've ever had this issue with

I think we can all agree this company is unprofessional, useless and just straight up not doing their job. This is appearantly Yodel’s third attempt to deliver my parcel, however there has been different excuses each time as to why it couldn’t be delivered. This last time I’m being told they were “unable to access the property” which simply just isn’t true. All you got to do is press the doorbell....this whole situation is a complete mess and the fact that you don’t even have human employees to offer customer service to your paying customers is ridiculous. I can’t get in contact with the company, no help using the seemingly automated web chat. I paid $8 for this shipping, and I’m pretty sure I won’t see those money, or the ones I paid for my actual parcel again. I hope this company stops operating soon because I’ve never experienced anything worse with a courier. I hope you actually read your reviews and make drastic changes.

Waste of time deliver parcel to wrong address then are not willing to sort the problem out and say they don’t know where the parcel is then cut you off can’t be bothered AVOID!!!!!!

I live up North, and ordered goods from Midlands area, guess where my parcel is now, in a warehouse closer to London, they say delivery 3-5 working days, still waiting after 9 days. I truly cringe when I find Yodel is the carrier for some of my parcels, they are without doubt the worst couriers in the entire UK.

Shocking service from Yodel. I received the delivered email for my parcel however nothing was delievered as I was at home the time that was on the confirmation email. Once I contacted Yodel making a complaint they said they would be in touch, few days later they said the driver confirms it was delivered to the correct address. So please tell me if this was true why did a woman knock on my door with my parcel??? Absolutely rubbish service.

The worst company ever worked with paid for next day delivery was going on holiday 2 days later still didn't get them couldn't help me neither would she contact the driver so I paid for something to take on holiday and still didn't get it by far the worst experience ever first and last time

One parcel delivered to the wrong house NO CARD LEFT to say so, only found out by saying online that it had been delivered but no clue where it was delivered to. 2nd parcel thrown onto back garden despite clear delivery instructions for it to be delivered through the front door! Was assured by the chat line that it would not happen again so it did a 2nd time. Spent around 2 hours in all on chatline to Yodel but obviously a waste of time. One parcel damaged useless. I would not trust this company. Keep on yodelling!

As is the case with many reviewers, I have not received a parcel that tracking showed as delivered. I have contacted customer service via web chat on two separate occasions and can hardly believe that I am supposed to contact the company I ordered from to claim for a parcel that Yodel never delivered. It’s an outrageous policy. I doubt I’ll ever get a refun or the parcel and yodel will profiteer. I would have thought that there would be a tracking system in place to identify the location of the courier at the time of delivery, as no one was at my address to sign for it. It’s quite scandalous.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company and not for the first time! But this definitely has to be the worst! Delivery driver delivered to a completely wrong address (nothing at all like the one in the parcel). I only found this out after I had received an email saying my parcel had been delivered and signed for my me 🤷‍♀️!!! And having to call the helpline and stay on hold for ages! No one was able to help me over the phone or webchat saying that I needed to contact the seller to issue me a refund! A refund for what exactly? An item that yodel misplaced and are now seemingly to incompetent to retrieve and deliver to a simple address? No apology, just extremely rude telephone and webchat operators reading and writing things from a script! Three weeks on and still no parcel/refund or even apology for that matter. Things go wrong, that’s life but have the decency to apologise and fix it.

Absolutely nightmare of a company to deal with. Customer service are also inept and unable to handle any issues outside of basic questions. I was told a delivery date because I had trouble being home to receive the package, they then sent it on a different date and said they would not send again and that I would have to pick up at a depot in a different city than I lived in. Worst experience I've ever had with a shipper.

Yodel emailed to say my order from H&M was left in my shed this afternoon and a card put through the door. No card and no parcel, so where has the driver left it?? Its going to take 24 hrs to get some answer from Yodel Very unhappy customer.Why do online sellers use such awful delivery company. They should be banned.
