Their idea of delivering a parcel to my address in a block of flats was to leave it outside the lift in a communal area, even though I was in and even though they could have taken the aforementioned lift (or stairs) and left it outside my door or knocked on my door. They did exactly the same thing again the following week, even after I told them the parcel had gone missing the first time. Blatantly incompetent. What's worse is that judging by some of the other reviewers, I got off lightly. Will be avoiding companies that use them in future - not worth the hassle.

What a load of s%$# don't use took my money booked collection turned up out of hours and then came to our business on a Saturday when we closed. And won't refund. So used a propper company not this bunch with a flash website and NO customer service!

Somehow yodel manage to be the only courier company I use that seem to be incapable of delivering items full stop. Delivery drivers dump parcels and leave no letters to tell you where it has been dumped, two times I've had parcels out for delivery than simply never arrived after booking two afternoons off from work to be available to collect said parcels, then if for some reason the driver has difficulty finding you address they won't even attempt delivery or to contact you to find the houss, they just send it back to their sorting centre which sometimes can be over 30 miles from your home, and they refuse to redeliver unless you pay the cost, absolutely farce.

Worst courier company ever...Parcel was shown as a missed delivery..rearranged for the next day..Parcel was again shown as out for delivery..On the third day could not getting tracking information as system seemed to be frozen..tried numerous times to contact Yodel without success apart from a automated reply saying parcel was out for delivery..Now after five days of trying to find out what has happened to my parcel the latest information from Yodel is that they cannot find my parcel .Avoid this company ...Didn't want to give them one star as they don't deserve any...Such a rubbish company...

1 star cause I can't give 0 stars. Claim they tried to deliver my parcel, then claim they delivered my parcel. No tracking number, absolute nightmare service.

if i could give minus stars i would this is the 3rd time in 2 months ive ordered items from amazon and its been yodel delivering and they have lost my item how is this even possible 3 times??? this is at their glasgow depot if i could see before purchase what courier company the seller was going to use i would definitely avoid people using yodel

This company delivered my package 3/9/19 the package had been opened and contents removed the the parcel was left near the gate.🤔when I tried to ring there was not answer. Went on live chat on the web and rather than answer my questions they ended the chat. I phoned the police and they said it was courtiers responsibility as did the trading standards. No response from yodel. Why do companies use them

I write this on the 6th of September as their tracking still tells me my parcel is due on the 3rd of September. Their customer "service" team have no idea where my parcel is, nor can they do anything to help. Of course this isn't the first time I've had issues with Yodel. If they're not losing packages, they're not even informing me they have tried to deliver an item (Or just not even trying as the case has also been). Not once have I received an item on time from Yodel. It's no wonder they have been consistently voted as the worst courier in the UK.

Useless company. Will not use companies that use Yodel. They didn't bother even attempting to deliver my parcel yet said they had. Terrible. No-one ever answers the phone. Will never use.

This is the 3rd time in 12 month I ordered off ebay and suppliers use Yodel , each time not delivered or put in neighbours wheely bin 2 streets down . When contested they said we have a photo of it in your blue wheely bin. When I say I have a gated house and they cant get round , they said it son the tracker and your bin. Basically called a liar by a very smug lady. 3 days later a nice guy from 2 streets away came and dropped it off THE LATEST NEXT IS EVEN BETETR Email last night to say parcel posted at 8.13pm through my letterbox , whilst staying away at partners house . This is a 2.5 litre container of Industrial Weedkiller , how would it ever go through my letter box. Next I spent half an hour on the website looking for Yodel customer complaints again . You cannot speak to an advisor and really wont give any option to communicate your frustrations . Insist on your suppliers not to use Yodel ..

Always a bad experience. After waiting in for my package for two hours, six more drops to go, tracking then shows as delivered. After an hour on hold to their call centre, it seems my parcel has been delivered to someone in my area called ‘Julia’. No idea who this person is or their address. Now it’s down to me to spend my evening knocking on doors trying to track down my package! Unbelievable.

I am still waiting for my delievery that was meant to be delievered yesterday. I've been online all day trying to track when it's going to arrive and it just says Wednesday 4th September (today). It doesn't say it's on it's way or give an estimated time. I had another parcel delievered by Yodel last week and it was fine and arrived when mentioned online. I've also tried to get in contact with someone online but they always seem to be busy!

I followed the live tracking. I was the next stop. I saw the van out of my window. 10mins go by, no knock at the door. I look out the window again. Van is gone. I refresh the tracking page and I am greeted with this. 'Your parcel is on its way, but we are experiencing a delay in getting to you.' I have rang their customer service 7 times and every time the automated idiot robot just hangs up on me even after providing details. I have been in a live chat with a guy for 36mins and counting and after a 10min wait he tells me that there is in fact a delay on delivery. I told him that! They have to be the worst delivery company in the UK. Every experience i have ever had with them has been a disaster and from now on I will happily pay more for items to make sure I don't get these idiots.

The tracking on the day of expected delivery said "oh no our van has broken down" this was timed 7pm check again at 8pm and would you believe it it had also now been delivered at 7pm according to track. I was at the property and in view of the road only 5yds from my window no broken down van and no parcel. It was only 10 wing nuts so probably in a jiffy type bag so could probably easy go through my letter box or into somebody's pocket. Contacted Yodel they will do a search at the depot, they are having a laugh if it wasn't so serious it would be funny.

Said they couldn't deliver the parcel… Said they couldn't deliver the parcel but I have a camera installed and when i checked it no one even attempted to enter my building.

Yodel has to be the worst ever company... Impossible to speak with a human... can't rearrange a delivery... just shocking... now i'm faced with an item which will be returned to sender because like others we both work all day during the week.. RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH!!!!

Waited all day indoors for my parcel to arrive and regularly checked the delivery status on line - then at 17.46 the status said 'we tried to deliver your parcel but couldn't access your property', yet nobody rang the bell or left a missed delivery card. I've been downstairs all day so I would have heard the doorbell. What's worse is that the parcel contains my son's birthday present!
