Never came and then sent an email saying I was out. Id paid for next day delivery, item was urgent and Yodel couldn't have cared less. Totally USELESS

I have no idea where their 4/5 rating is coming from on TrustPilot. This is a terrible company. It's impossible to speak with a human being - their phone system is completely automated and there is no option to be connected to a customer service agent. Their webchat is "busy" 24/7 so you can't speak with anyone there. Their in-app chat doesn't work with constant disconnections.

Shocking courier company. It states on their site the driver tried to deliver and failed but left a card SIX TIMES !!!!!!. I have no card/s whatsoever. Trying to call them to sort this is out and have my parcel delivered was a complete joke. Same number with the same incompetent robot getting no where fast. Now I have to make my way to their dept which is 8 miles out of town to collect my parcel !!! Courier company? I don't think so !!!!!!! If I need a parcel delivered in future from anyone I will specify DO NOT USE YODEL !

2 failed attempts to deliver a parcel because I had a “bad address”?? I’d have thought for a courier company to be able to locate addresses would be pretty standard. Never use this joke of a company

Item marked up as delivered but was not. Contacted customer service only to be told text driver! How, I replied to which I got the drivers number. Text the driver and still no reply. Shambolic and by far the worst company I have dealt with.

Useless company lost my parcel 1month ago and still no better off as have made 5 calls at 45min eachto their operators in South Africa! And still not got the missing parcel complaint sorted out!! Avoid them like the plague!

Bought an item on eBay. Never received it , yodel driver has left it front of porch ? My address is a business commercial property and has no porch. My Cctv shows no one delivered.

DO NOT USE IF YOU EXPECT AN HONEST DELIVERY TIME AND POTENTIALLY IN A RUSH I never had an issue with Yodel previously and had used them, 3rd Party, previously many times. However I will now be checking any company using Yodel as their courier service and will choose another company to buy from, everytime. The unfortunate company this time is FOOT ASYLUM. Between Foot Asylum and Yodel they have completely ruined my brothers birthday gift. They DID NOT deliver on the promised NEXT DAY delivery and as my Brother lives in Germany they can not send the item out, which, by the way, is completely beside the point. DO NOT USE

Service very bad. I have intercom in my residential building so, never been left any info that courier not reached me. Why other companys manage to left parcel with neighbours-is too complicated?!? No 'live'person on infoline, only machine. Webchat usless and lost of time. Twice I ordered redelivery, Yodel confirm it ,but didn't it!

Another failed delivery - this time could not locate my property even although you had been there twice last week! My suggestion avoid any retailer using these cowboys.

AVOID! I'm due to have a parcel delivered today by you. It is very important it needed to arrive today. Hence why I paid triple the price for delivery. I ordered on Thursday bare in mind so plenty of time for next day delivery. I have been waiting in all morning, yet nothing. Not even an email to say why it hasn't arrived, only a message on the tracking order saying sorry and it will not be arriving till Monday????what is the point in paying for a service if you cannot trust companies like yourself to deliver it! When trying to contact customer services regarding my problem I'm left with a ridiculous automated voice and after painfully making my way through her, to be told your offices are closed. I then tried the online chat, for it to keep crashing. Again another incompetent service. I would like to know why my order has not been delivered? And is the refund going to be sorted?

Yodel Driver delivers to my neighbor, and when leaving smashes into my parked car causing £600 of damage, drove off at great speed, leaving a piece of his vehicle at the scene. Even when contacted with statements and evidence which was forwarded the Bristol distribution center where the driver was scheduled from, denied all knowledge and said that they would not honor any claim. Dishonest driver, and even more worrying dishonest management team at the depot.

I have been told my delivery would be with me on the 14th i havent received anything they changed the date to the 16th and i still havent received anything they told me delivery hours are from 7am to 9pm so I had spend 2 days in a shop doing absolutely nothing waiting for deliveries that never came also the workers dont have a clue about what they are saying i spoke to two different people on both days and one of them told me i need to wait its definitely going to come the other told me not to wait as i wont be receiving the delivery really bad service PLEASE AVOID

Over 1 week later and still no… Over 1 week later and still no resolution in sight!! Have called the call center in South Africa 4 times and been promised delivery the next day. Checked on the the online tracking today and states the item to be collected from depot 30 miles away..Really....!! They are stating that delivery has been attempted 3 times, no one was home and cards left.. A complete lie. Someone has been at home consistently, on top of this we have a video doorbell that records all activity..No-one fro Yodel. In the meantime we have had several deliveries from Amazon using other carriers. We live in a normal house on a normally accessible street clearly visible on google maps. I am truly gobsmacked at the incompetence and clear dishonesty of this company

An item was due for delivery on a Thursday when I wouldn’t be at home, so arranged delivery to an alternative address. It’s now Friday and no merging has arrived. The tracking service merely states it’s still in the depot with no update on a delivery date/time, which given that it needs to be signed for is pretty crucial. Called Yodel twice and eventually spoke to a human who could tell me no more than it’s still at the depot as they are experiencing a high volume of parcels. I’m not at all impressed as all I’ve been told is it might be today, might be tomorrow, they don’t know. An absolutely appalling level of service.

Very poor customer service. When we call, we can't speak to anyone. The automated system is very poor(Same as website), if you want to talk to someone regarding your delivery, there is no way to speak to a person.
