One star as you can’t give anything else. Never left a card, and my parents address has a concierge when you ring the bell. But said there was no one there to receive it. Absolute bloody liars!! WHY does anyone use this shambolic company is beyond me. And how they are still trading is astonishing. Absolute waste of time you useless fucks!!

Still haven't received my package. Was told by two different operators I would get my parcel the next day but surprise surprise it didn't show up. Rang them but they just tried to fob me off with the same jargon they said to me before. They are no help whatsoever. Why do people still use them?

Actually wouldn’t even give 1 star if it were possible. Placed an order with Habitat and got a text to say that it would be delivered by Yodel on Wednesday between 7.30 and 21.00. Arranged for someone to be in all day to collect and it’s now Saturday afternoon and still no sign!!!! Parcel tracker updated to say that I changed the date to Thursday - eh no I didn’t, and delivery would be Friday, nope still waiting. Tried using their live chat but continuously timed out and Habitat Customer Service having as much luck as me trying to find out when I might receive my delivery. Absolute worst delivery company I’ve come across and would not have placed my order with Habitat if I’d known they used Yodel

Wouldn’t even give a star! They show you your order is on the way then cancel at the very last minute. Customer device have you in hold for 1/2 and they know nothing

Awful customer service My delivery slot changed 3 times in one day meaning wasted time off work ... tracked van which hadn’t moved for hours contacted them via online chat which is the most hideous unhelpful service I have ever received! Could not get basic information as to why my parcel had not turned up ...told it would be with me by 9pm ...never arrived Contacted again to be told van broken down Asked for another slot but no one could advise ??? I even asked who’s responsible for providing the slots ... to which the call taker swiftly ended the chat !! Awful I will be advising the company from whom I ordered also

Absolutely appalling Having been in all day, the app said they had tried to deliver and they had left a card, yet 4 minutes before receiving e mail they were on the app 15 miles away, wow must have a helicopter or drone. The delivery was not meant to be until the Monday. Managed to get web text but only offered apology, and they are asking now for a signature may not be in when they next deliver. Why do people use them?

Yodel never fails to disappoint. I have never had a package delivered on the first attempt. The drivers appear absolutely clueless and seem unable to access or operate a sat nav. How this company can stay in business is absolutely baffling

Abasolutoy useless and driver clueless now been hanging about my house 2 days waiting on a parcel that says its on its way but isn't! What's the problem here.? Your job isn't hard? Others get it right!

Had message saying parcel was delivered at 15.55 It wasn't! I was in and at the front door waiting for my daughter from the school bus that stops directly outside my house from 15.50 - 16.00. There was no van, no knock, no card, no one came near my house at all. Apparently the parcel was left in my front porch... I don't have a front porch!!! Useless, lying so and so's. This was something very valuable to me. I wouldn't trust these shysters with a pile of horse manure.

I was advised by Yodel that a parcel would be delivered at between 14.39 & 16.39 today, the 26 September 2019. I used their real time tracking to monitor the delivery vehicle's progress upto the point at which I was next on schedule for delivery. Immediately afterwards, the online tracking page changed to display the message 'Sorry we missed you.' & advised that a card had been posted through my door which was completely untrue. I am appalled by the total incompetence, dishonesty, & cavalier attitude to customer service displayed by this company. I am surprised they are still in business & fail to understand why companies continue to use them for their deliveries and why Yodel management don't seem to care about the awful reviews their company constantly receive. In future, I will make sure I avoid placing orders with companies who use Yodel for deliveries & that would be my advice to everyone.

every time I we are supposed to receive a parcel via Yodel it never arrives on time. this morning there website states they are unable to gain access and had tried to deliver, A LIE, the package was never booked out for delivery, and this is not a one off, we get this message nearly every time. I try not to buy from companies that use Yodel, but this time we are moving home and need extra boxes urgently so ordered from a company that promises next day delivery via Whistl, problem is Whistl collected from supplier then handed over to Yodel!!!!!!! So moving tomorrow - no boxes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't even know where to start, it is simple, stay away from Yodel at all cost. Their customer service is utterly useless called five times was told the same the five times and nothing was done, when you call they make you feel you are bothering them and they just want you off the phone. They have my parcel since the 9th the 13th they say they tried to deliver at 16:22 and that was a lie as the delivery address is a business and there was someone at reception at that time. After having been informed that the working hours are 8am to 5pm they tried to deliver a second time the 19th at 19:02 surprise there no one was there to receive the parcel. The icing is the tracking shows it has been left a secure location yesterday the 25th, I never gave permission for the item to be delivered any other location than the stated address where I receive parcels from any other carrier on a regular basis. Contacted them today and they tell me they have delivered to the wrong address and need to talk to the driver, from what I got over the phone it seems the parcel might have been left at the side of a road, unbelievable! Complaining to them is futile as they don’t seem to have a complaint procedure I have asked for it a number of times.

The delivery driver is always on the phone. He never greets. He looks rude, upset and does not bother to even say hi. The overall experience is very unpleasant. Whereas the drivers from other couriers like royal mail, DPD, UPS are always nice. I never use Yodel and I really don't like dealing with Yodel delivery drivers.

My parcel was not delivered and i had a message telling me I missed the delivery. No driver came and no card was left. I was home all day and even left instructions for the items to left in front of porch just incase i step out of the house. So why wasn’t it adhered to? This isn’t the first time and I can’t keep going to Northampton every time to pick my items up whiles i’ve paid for delivery. This is ridiculous, I don’t even know why they still exist and why some companies use them. Avoid at all cost

Terrible company as almost all previous reviews have stated. I'm unsure how they have an average 4* rating on here when 95% of the reviews are 1*! I had a package shipped from the US and the address was incorrect on my shipping confirmation. I was advised it had been shipped to the UK via a different courier who transferred it to Yodel. I was advised by the seller to contact Yodel as soon as they had it to change address. I was advised by the web chat that there had been a communication error upon receiving my package and they would need to attempt delivery once (despite knowing the address was wrong) before I would be able to change the address. My tracking then updated as failed delivery (obviously). I contacted the web chat and they said that they could not help me as the address on my parcel was completely different to what I had quoted. I gave them every address I could imagine it being & they said none of them were correct. I'm seriously concerned once they have my correct address if they will even attempt to deliver considering the horrible reviews I've seen down below about delivery!! The seller has absolutely no clue what address Yodel could have as they only provided the information of my postage address! Yodel are awful. I'm unsure why any company uses them! I asked multiple times to raise a complaint with their customer service to which I was advised 'we cannot help you, contact your supplier, we are ending this chat'. I have looked up their complaints procedure and surprisingly they do not have one. I'm unsure how a company like this, who provides a service to the UK is not regulated and can get away with treating customers in such an awful manner. Strongly recommend consumers avoid any company that use Yodel as a courier!

Contacted Yodel as my parcel says delivered yet I have not received it .I spoke to a robot that kept transfering me through to customer service and there was a recorded message saying due to technical issues we cannot take your call please phone back later ................three days later same recording .Absolute farce so will be starting court proceeding as have full cctv to show not delivered. Be aware do not use .

yodel, I never write reviews, good or bad but I think in this case it is truly justified. the only reason you get a single star is simple, you have to give at least one to write a review. You have no idea the aggravation you caused. terrible service. nothing else to say
