I dont understand why companies choose yodel... to save a pound and lose a customer? Because of how bad yodel is, I strictly refuse to use companies that use yodel (that's Game and Office included).

The parcel was not delivered because driver could not acsess the property twice, the gps shows the driver was never any where near the address. Impossible to talk to any Body only via web chat, the first time I got cut off for typing to slowly. It is now day three and I have absolutely no confidence the drive will actually come to my address. I have never had a more frustrating experience trying to get a parcel delivered and I still have not got it yet. If you value you mental health don’t use them

The delivery guy stand on main road and shout my name I've got package for you ... the time I came downstairs he left laughing at me! Wtf ? Is this some kind of April fool's?will never use this service again in my life!

Parcel not delivered because they "couldn't access the property". Upon talking to someone at Yodel, they tell me the GPS shows the driver wasn't actually at my address. No option to receive the parcel today, despite the fact I paid for named day delivery.

Despite trying to choose an alternative delivery service I was stuck with Yodel. My parcel is 'Out for delivery' but the tracking site simply says 'Estimated delivery date Thursday 21st November' (today), no other information. The tracking map only shows my address area and nothing else. This means I'm now having to wait all day in the hope that the parcel arrives (I'm not holding my breath). Even the tracking site constantly shows 'All our operators are busy' I honestly don't believe there are any operators. Yodel is truly the worst delivery service ever, in fact they may very well be violating advertising standards by calling themselves a delivery service. If it wasn't so annoying it would be joke.

No package showed up, but on the tracking service it said it was delivered and signed by someone called Darryl, i don't know anyone of that name. I got in touch with the company who i bought the package from and they very kindly resent another package. The Yodel driver turned up with wrong package which was addressed to someone in the next village with a name nothing like mine. I won't be using Yodel again.

Never got parcel. They marked as delivered. Ebay seller asked me to contact them. I Called 8 times over 2 weeks. Often I was hung up on. Told they would contact the depot, give it another 24 hrs, 2 weeks later, they said it was signed for by EZ (I live alone and these are not myself nor neighbours) and then they said it wasnt signed for. Seems like either package was taken by driver or given to a passerby on the street. Terrible.

Terrible service, my dad is eighty years old and never received parcel , yodel claimed it was signed for , then could not produce signature, obviously driver either dumped it or stolen it , disgusting

Typically awful service from Yodel! No delivery attempted. Package apparently delivered to the wrong address but customer service had no idea what this address was, so basically lied instead of saying they had no idea what the driver did with it. Will reconsider future orders with companies that exclusively use Yodel... 'incompetent' is the most positive word you could use to describe them (and that's being generous). UPDATE: Apparently my package was collected from the address it was initially incorrectly delivered to and delivered to... ANOTHER incorrect address! UPDATE-2: Yodel have apparently decided after two screw-ups that this is no longer their problem and told me to take it up with the sender (straight out of the Trump playbook on taking responsibility)... good job Yodel, you've successfully rolled up pathetic and embarrassing into a single package (but I guess, as opposed to my package, at least you delivered this one with aplomb!)

If I could give no stars, I would! It is only through my own perseverance that I have managed to track where my parcel was delivered to. It was nowhere near the building on the address label & the delivery guy just left it in that building's lobby. It was a student halls of residence! Miraculously, the parcel wasn't stolen! I was quite shocked by Yodel's response to the situation. Someone called Jessica just very casually said that "the driver does not have to deliver the parcel only to the address provided". That is a direct quote from her!!! How can a courier company call themselves that if they have the option of not delivering to where they are supposed to? Utterly bizarre. So, shockingly bad company, made even worse by appalling customer service.

Scam company, they have ignored almost every single one of my emails, refusing to tell me where my lost package is. they have changed their story MULTIPLE times, saying its in places that quite literally dont exist. Once they started saying I would have a reply in a day, and I heard nothing for a week I thought Id send another email. I got a reply (finally) that said they were closed and they would reply the next tday. That was 2 weeks ago. Nothing since. Actually a scam company, run by morons. Got a reply from yodel on my other review, which funnily enough was ALSO useless.

Having tracked my delivery and waiting patiently for the door bell to ring or the agent to knock the only thing that was delivered was the card!. There was no effort by the driver to knock or ring the bell as I was in room next to door and receive email and card almost at same time saying no-one available . This is not true and is total lack of integrity of drivers that they only deliver card and not parcel

I was fast asleep in bed and bang bang bang goes the door and the driver drove off before I got downstairs I had no choice but to let my rabbit out

Tracker says delivered but I haven’t got it. Was told they would get back to me in 24 hrs, 96 hours later still no answers and now can’t contact drive. So they have lost my parcel and the driver. I would have never ordered if I knew yodel was delivering this

Shockingly bad service. Had an email to say my item had been delivered the previous day which surprised me as I hadn't seen anything. Checked the tracking, it says that 'Carl' put it through the letterbox which is curious as it was too big for the letter box. No card anywhere and no sign of any package. Phoned the helpline, was told they'd investigate and get back to me. Heard nothing with a few days so called again, was told there was no record of my precious call and no investigation had been opened but they would definitely now start one and mark it as high priority. I'll hear back within 24 hours. Didn't hear anything. Called a few days later to be told the driver has been interviewed and says he definitely left it at the right house, he described my house accurately. Did he say whether it was put through the letterbox or left somewhere? I asked. No he didn't specify where my package actually was. Thankfully I eventually found my package hidden behind some weeds in my front garden, soaking wet but thankfully undamaged. It had been there a week by this point. Why didn't Carl 1) leave a card to say he'd carefully stashed the package in some weeds or at least 2) admit this when he found out I couldn't find the package?

i am left shocked how this company can legally be allowed to operate and not be bared by trading standards, there are no words to describe the incompetence of them-their staff,,, stay away from them,,, ill never never buy anything off eBay or any where that says they will use them a disgrace to the industry, they should learn from the repeatable companies like Hermes who do actually deliver!

Item was never delivered. Driver forged my signature, even spelling it wrong and kept the parcel for himself. Scum.

Customer services are useless. I needed my package urgently so changed the package to depot pickup. This somehow delayed the package by another day despite the package being inside the depot. Asked customer services to change it back to delivery as this would be faster literally 2 minutes after seeing this issue and it was apparently not possible. This company lacks common sense and now i am without a critical item for another 24hours.

Pathetic postal service. Supposedly only got collection data at their Northampton collection service for days now even though 5 star ebayer with 20000 sales said they posted it. It's now the 18th and Yodel say delivery was supposed to be 6 days ago. Either lost or been pinched. Second time this has happened with Yodel. Customer service sucks and have resigned myself to not getting the item. I can only thank the great ebay seller for offering a cash refund. Thank you 'mountainclimbing' 👍

Said package delivered, but I never received anything. Lied about delivery, said it was delivered and signed for, signature looks like EZ, which are not my initials. I was at work all day. Hadn't left with neighbours or round the back. ebay seller refused to take responsibility. I can only assume delivery driver might have pinched the package.
