Terrible Company. If only I could give a minus score. If only I could give a minus score, it would be a very large MINUS. This is now the second time a Yodel delivery driver has reported that a parcel has been delivered when it has not. The customer support is really terrible. I can never get through. The web chat is no better, you wait forever and then they state they cannot verify me and tell me to contact the sender. No email address available to contact them. If there is any way I could avoid Yodel being used as a delivery agent, I would gladly pay extra not to use Yodel. Given the appalling reports about this company, I can’t understand why anyone would willingly use them

The worst courier service known to man. Delivered a package to the wrong address (just dropped it in the doorway of a block of flats TWO STREETS AWAY). If it wasn't for the kindness and honesty of one of the residents, I never would have received it and would hounding the seller a replacement. Just the latest in a string of messed up deliveries!

atrocious, worse delivery company ever do not use these they are not even worth the 1 star.Customer service is shocking to the extreme, even lie to you, i had a parcel not turn up contacted them 8.40pm they told me they stop at 9 pm but had contacted the driver and he was nearly with me i said tracking for 2 hours shows hes at depot not moved from 6.30 its just a glitch they said ive spoke to the driver they hadint just checked tracking like me, they really are low this is just one example of there complete lack of respect for customers and lies they will tell, anyway never turned up i was correct shows the lies they will tell you had to stay off work second day, just one problem of many with them, stay clear and dont believe a word they say utter disgrace,you owe me a days wage.And as you will notice customer service do not reply to these reviews lile other companys so point proven.Even though every company's customer service are trained now to say, we dont know you,we do our best,we have no recored of you,please contact WHEN WE ALLREADY HAVE so on and so on.But goes to show anyway, and i as review states i did contact so dont bother.I even took a screen shot of the live online conversation so they could lie after.

This company is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to deliveries. Useless beyond all comparisons! Package delivered to wrong address and the delivery guy says I signed for it....i have a second package with them and now I can't change the delivery address or leave a neighbors address if im not in! When I called up they were less than bothered and their first resolution is to send me another one where I'll have to wait another week! ABSOLUTE WASTE

Was told my parcel would be delivered by yodel I got a email at17.05 saying they had missed me but they had put a card in letterbox I went straight to letter box and no card.i had been in house all day.i contacted the company the parcel was coming from they mailed me back and said they had been in touch with yodel and the parcel was out for delivery,guess what it never arrived.have now cancelled order.What a bunch this yodel.never again.

Worst ever experience. On my 12 years anniversary ordered flowers and they delivered with this useless company . Got email saying was left in a safe place front porche but we live in a flat . No front porches . Contacted them and no way of contacting the driver . 24 hours before they can get in touch . Really my anniversary is not after 24 hours . I advise not to use them please don’t

Our 12 year anniversary ordered flowers and they was send by the worst service that’s yodel . Got an email saying flowers delivered on front porche ,guess what we have apartment not a private house and we do not have a front porche . So the driver is either blind or stupid . Ruined my evening and ruined my surprise. I called them and there is no way contacting the driver . Wait 24 hours they said . Wau my anniversary is not after 24 hours ffs . Worst worst people . I wouldn’t use them or advise for anyone to use them

Collect Plus are not doing themselves a favour using Yodel to collect and deliver parcels. I took a parcel to the pick up point early on Saturday morning. Later in the day I checked whether it had been collected and the tracking details noted that it would be collect Monday, yet the driver had been to the store after I took it there. On Sunday it showed that the Yodel driver had in fact collected the parcel and it was on route for delivery. Good, I thought, a simple mistake of not scanning when collected. Today Monday 02/12/19. The Parcel Tracking shows that a driver had been to the store to collect my parcel and noted on the tracking that it was not available for collection. ( Not surprising really as it was collected, according to Yodel, on Saturday ) Later today the tracking showed the parcel was delivered to the Customer. I emailed the customer to confirm delivery. He replied that it had not been received. Perhaps the Yodel Chat line can help me find what the problem was, I thought?? I advise them that a parcel listed as delivered today has not been received. Despite giving them all the details they advised me that they cannot discuss this matter with me but only the receiver due to the data protection act despite me having paid for the item to be delivered. I gave Yodel all the details they asked for and they then tell me they are going to disconnect my chat line with them. They could not even answer why MY tracking details are showing, in transit, delivered and not collected all at the same time. Perhaps they should look at their systems. Royal Mail will deal with the sender or the receiver as will Collect Plus. But if you are sending a parcel with Yodel involved in its transportation and you have paid the delivery charges this company will not deal with you!!! or explain why the Tracking details are not correct. Make of that what you will and consider who to use when send an important and expensive parcel.

AWFUL!! Got told my parcel would be delivered Thursday, tracked the van all the way to my road and got told they missed me and left a note (I was in all day and they left nothing). Got told it would be delivered the next day but it wasn't, then told it would be Saturday...but you guessed it, it was still at the depot. After the 4th time talking to customer service they assured me that it would be delivered on Monday. Monday rolls around and again, nothing arrives! Finally get told it won't be delivered at all and to go back to the person that sent it to arrange something. I couldn't have made things simpler for them...I gave them my number in case there was problems, I tracked the van and waited in for it, I made sure my address was correct and they still couldn't manage it. Retailers need to stop using this terrible service. This isn't my first bad experience with them.

Dont use them, but I suppose you can't always choose when your sender uses them. They make all other couriers look great even Hermes. Another parcel lost and no way of sorting it out. Surely this is theft of goods and also loss of the senders costs.

yodel ... don’t use them Unfortunately I am forced to give them a star because I cannot give them less and this is the minimum I can give. I paid the seller through PayPal. The seller contracted yodel and effectively got a confirmation from yodel that the item was delivered to my door. However I have never received the item and when I called them and complained....you can guess the rest ...the computer says no

The worst delivery company I have had… The worst delivery company I have had the displeasure of having to recieve parcels from. From items being broken by currier through to items being sent to the wrong dispatch office and being received days later with no reasonable explanation. I have now decided to review this company and inform all my suppliers that I will no longer accept order dispatched with this company. =========== Update on this They was meant to deliver this item again today. After all the issues I was still scheduled 121st delivery of the day. I logged onto the tracking app and followed the drivers tracker all day. When it came to the last few deliveries before myself I kept the app live and tracked the driver. It can down to 1 delivery before mine so I decided to wait on the front of my property and wait for the driver. He/she then pulled up a few streets away and was there for a while and then started moving again. I naturally thought he/she would be coming to me, I then watched as they proceeded to another area and was stationery for a good length of time. Then suddenly on the app I get a missed call message saying the driver had tried to call and I was out and a card had been left. No such card. When trying to contact customer support through the app I was given a different number from an automated message to call a 0344 number. Which you have to pay for at standard rate. When I finally got through to someone they had no explanation as to why the driver would do this and said they would look into it internally however I was not allowed to know the outcome. Then they told me I had to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow however after 3 times of this companies incompetence I expected to get the first slot of the day however was told to I would have to take any slot allocated. I will update this post tomorrow on the outcome. ================ After not recieving any call back today as promised from a manager. I had to call again as not even updated on the app. When finally told I am 81st delevery today. I will update again if parcel is delivered.

Non existence delivery attempts and no cards left. I even saw the driver on the tracking app pull up in the road behind where I live and then claim not to have been able to have gained access . Web chat during this so called attempted delivery process was even more painful, but only topped by speaking to a real human being this morning ( not in the UK) who now claims that 3 delivery attempts have been made and thus the parcel is now heading back to the local depot which is 16 miles away from where I live. If I don't pick the parcel up within a week the parcel will be returned to sender ( China!)

took 5 working days for delivery - day before they said it landed at depot 10-12 miles from me at 5am - and it arrived next day 2 days outside the estimated delivery , at least they found my address this time and didnt deliver to another street

i received email saying delivery had been made to a secure area in my porch which in itself is strange as i do not have porch and i was in the house waiting, delivery should have been tues. 26th, wed. morning i managed to get through to customer services who said they would call back in a couple of hours waited in for the call which never came, i called back a second time just to get the same answer. wed. evening a resident from a different address on the estate arrived with my parcel, phoned yodel to lodge complaint but could not get to talk to customer services, if not for a honest resident parcel would have been lost. if there is a choice i will never use yodel again.

Didn't tell me to expect a delivery first time then I waited in all day the next day and just when it was my turn the driver decided to go back to depot due to bad weather - it is clear and mild here - no trace of bad weather he was at the bottom of my drive somewhere - fuming. Solution for them was for me to wait in again tomorrow for a repeat - told them where they could go

Ordered a mini twin tub earlier thuis year. Yodel 'claimed' left at back Porch - evn though I didn't HAVE a back porch. When I told thrm this is IMPOSSIBLE, they lied and stated that my back porch is loacted at my side door. What?! They'd celarly done a streetview seatch and were trying to cover themselves. But, my bins were blocking the side path and were weighted. Not only that, but I was home ALL day. Even their tracing was false. One traxcking details sdaid it had never left Alfreton. The OTHER said delivered to Back Porch. Ebay saw through their lies and I got refund (eventually). Couriers need regulating and the bad ones need weeding out!!! Last week (23 Nov) ordered an item for my cat from Ebay. Seller claims dispatched and gave tracking number. Yodel 'claim' thy don't have parcel even though even after 5 days even though it SHOULD arrive tomorrow. is this another refund, I wonder!!! I wish I'd known the seller used Yodel. I'd have gone elsewhere. SHAMBLES, SHAMBLES, SHAMBLES!
