Same as the other reviews on here. Completely rubbish service. Got an email to say we left a calling card no one home. I was home all day. Customer service is awful just an automated call. Cant talk to a real person. Terrible!

Drivers in livingston depo dont want to leave their van to actually deliver your parcel! Will lie and say no access and even refused delivery at door! Will even say posted through your letterbox! Owners of company should be shooting down the ceo of this company as managers cant be bothered doing job,couriers cant be bothered doing job,customer services are downright impertinent and also dont want to do job and will happily cut you off the line just because they can.i have cancelled aprox £500 worth of orders this week alone with one company due to the fact they are using yodel.why are company's using them when its affecting their own businesses? Everyone knows their reputation just read reviews.This atrocious company needs to bite the dust and other company's should stop giving them work to help them fold.Make way for a new courier company to step in,which will happen

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I am disgusted with yodel. I took 3 days of work because they tried to "deliver" my parcel and kept saying I wasn't answering the door. Then I had to go to collect it from the depot to find out that they have sent it back to the supplier. I didn't even get an apology or nothing.

My item has been delivered to the wrong address, yodel claim to have delivered it to me and left it in my back porch! 1. It is not possible to get around the back of my house. 2. I don’t have a back porch. 3. I was in all day when they claim to have delivered it. 4. I have cameras that show no one was near my property other than me all day. I have been chasing them for 5 days, every day to try to rectify this issue and they are not prepared to collect the item from the wrong address and re deliver it to me. They have accepted they have delivered it to the wrong address finally and are not prepared to rectify this issue. Awful service and I have lost £154 worth of lens. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

False updates. Delay in delivery. I missed the delivery first day and I changed to my Neighbour’s which is just next door. Next day parcel wasn’t delivered and tracked it only to see they had changed it to next day delivery and saying thank you for changing your delivery date. Well I contacted them ... bunch of lying confused agents and they said we will deliver tomorrow. I come home after work on Thursday Bd another sorry missed you calling card when I already changed delivery address to my neighbour ... why attempt delivery At mine ? Well another phone call .. ok we deliver next day - Friday , I been tracking parcel and my neighbour looking out for them only for message to pop up at 19:59 on website we tried to deliver again but not true cos my neighbour been home and I live next door. Now the only option is asking me to drive 25mins away to go collect it. This is just UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL..... NEVER USE PLEASE

Ordered from the book people they split the delivery both suppose to arrive 4th Dec. Now the 13th and one still sitting in the Yodel Glasgow depo. Phoning customer services you just get an automated version of the site tracking. Spoke to online advisor who informed me that the package was in the depo and would be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Couldn't say what these are or when they would be resolved. So package in depo with no resolution!!!

I ordered from smyths toys, yodel said I signed for it when I wasn’t even in they didn’t take it to my neighbor as I requested, threw it over my garden fence a joke of a company.

Terrible experience. Worst couriers EVER ! Customer service are a call centre in Pakistan who have no idea what they are talking about so they just lie. I have no idea why anyone would use this bunch of incompetents. Use Hermes, they are brilliant

Parcel is now over a week late. Misinformed useless staff Parcel is now over a week late. I’ve spoken to 5 different staff all giving different reasons. One said the label was wrong. The next said they were awaiting info from the seller. One said they needed to locate it in the depo. The latest said it can’t be delivered to collect plus. Gave new address. Still not updated on tracking. Now can’t get through to anyone. I wish I could pick which companies retailers use to courier. Absolute shambles and disaster of a firm

Got a text to say my parcel had been delivered, come home to find no trace of it, called yodel up (very rude whoever I spoke too) to find that the parcel had been sent to a totally different address, still haven't received my parcel and they have not contacted me back to give me any update. Absolute disgrace of a company.

Don't even deserve one star. No card left. Told delivered to safe place. Followed by left in porch. We do not have a porch nor does anyone in our street. The worst thing is!! I have been in all day!! Then I got cut off when I called up. They said the details don't match when they are on the delivery confirmation. Then I got cut of webmail chat... Same reason!! Someone is lying!!

Would give no stars if I could. I ordered a toy from Smyths last week and delivery was meant to be on Saturday - have not received any other updates other than this parcel is sitting in Glasgow depot and no delivery attempt has been made. Phoning customer services is pointless as the automated voice tells you same info as tracking system and there is no option to speak to an actual person!! Spoke to online advisor who informed me that due to unforeseen circumstances there is a delay to all deliveries from this depot and no new delivery date is scheduled. I think this is alarming that I wasn't told this and that I am not allowed to go to Glasgow depot and pick up my parcel as "that isnt their process" and you can only do this "once delivered has been attempted" - so I have to basically sit around and wait when the depot is basically 20 minutes away from me. I have the fear when buying products online and they specify that they use Yodel as I have had nothing but bad experiences with this awful company.

Tracked my parcel all the way and then it said it couldn't access my property and I was here the whole time! It was nowhere near my property and now expect me to travel 30 miles to pick up parcel from depot. Have had a few problems with them before this. Get the right address!!

Yodel driver crashed my car in my private car parking space before he left my parcel on the floor and he just drove away! I never ever wanna using the Yodel service again!!

HONESTLY THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! I have been tracking my order ALL DAY. it was 3 stops away so I even put signs up outside my work warehouse so they know exactly where it is. I stood outside and they said THERE WAS NO ACCESS, THEY DIDNT EVEN DRIVE DOWN MY STREET,didnt even attempt a delivery and now I have to pick it up from my 'local' depot 17 miles away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
