Very useless company! I bought an item on ebay and after a few days of waiting and waiting, they said its been delivered to a safe place at the address. I didn’t get anything and my neighbors didn’t take it either. Liars!

Double charged me for returns. Stated it was an error initially and to pay again and then was double charged. I then contacted their webchat 3 times without success to assist me and when I called and explained the problem the person answering the call just went silent for 1 minute and then hung up. Very unprofessional and not a service I am going to use again.

I upvoted as many bad reviews as i could till I got bored. Yodel are hopeless. I have had more things compensated than received and paid for. Total clowns. Avoid!

I received letter from telecom company I have never had an account with or used, who said I owed them money for an iPhone. I rang them to say I knew nothing about this. To cut a VERY long story short, the telecom company said I was liable for the phone as they had a photo, taken by the Yodel delivery driver, of it being delivered to my house. When I eventually saw the photo, it was of the parcel in the left hand of the driver, with my name and address showing and my front door open. It was not handed over. What actually took place was we had a knock on our door and when my partner opened it, the driver said "sorry wrong house" and walked off with the phone after taking a discreet photo! We take in lots of parcels for ourselves and neighbours so it would be easy to get my name and address. The telecom company said that the online order was placed using a bank account and email address I don't have. On checking my credit account with Experian, there was nothing showing of an identity check from the telecom company. I am still in negotiations with the telecom company who are investigating this with Yodel. I daresay the driver has left the company and moved on somewhere else. This seems to be a new scam so beware.

I was away on my Easter holiday. The driver just left the parcel in front of the door and run away. He did not use even the parcel box across there. Until I came back the parcel had been stolen. They did not compensate. The cost of parcel was £530

Just another customer waiting for their delivery that never turns up. Any point in them even sending tracking details if they can’t stick to it? Mine has been out for delivery since yesterday and was given a time slot! Hate when companies use Yodel for their deliveries!

Attempted delivery but left no calling card. Instructions for depot collection mentions calling card is required so I can't risk a long journey to the depot. Support is offline.

Yodel is absolutely disgraceful. The driver had registered my parcel as delivered and then came back and stole it. As I tried to webchat twice regarding this to speak to a manager their awful customer service just ended the wenchat. They are so rude and stupid, can't believe companies use this type of delivery. I will avoid any businesses which ship via yodel.

Parcel out for delivery 1st day they say they left a card instead of leaving my parcel in a safe place ?? Secure building with locked doors camaras. 2nd day I took the day off work as it was my grandsons birthday present 16:17 ping goes my phone attempted delivery nobody home left a card and I was sitting there waiting. This is the third day now I have my fingers crossed I'll get it today but these people shouldn't be allowed to use the fact they have 3 attempts to deliver to prioritise who gets there parcels when time runs short Complete crooks

Surprise, surprise. Another Yodel delivery and another problem! This time they couldn’t find my address on the sat nav, it’s only been built 8 years and every other delivery (including yodel) seems to not have had any issues. Can’t contact the depot, can’t guarantee it will be here tomorrow either!

Delivered to wrong address and won't take responsibility although a delivery was made 5 days prior to the missing parcel showing picture of my house. When you compared the pictures uploaded by drivers that they were 2 different houses but still not willing to admit. According to Yodel they looked same but my door colour is light oak and the house they delivered to is mahogany colour door. Stay well clear from these thugs

AVOID!!! Customer service doesn't exist, comments on Instagram are closed for a reason, web chat is not working. Webchat told me, they can't even see my order, because they have no access to system. Phone number is a robot, which reads your tracking number always wrong. AVOID!!! They are bastards, who take your money and don't deliver!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSAFE DELIVERY SERVICE My parcel was left in the front of the main entrance door of our apartment building and of course someone stole it. Yodel delivery even didn’t contact me when they delivered it, they just left it in the front of the main entrance where it is completely unsafe and unprofessional. Plus Yodel delivery service had a delay of one day. As I was chatting with them, they said: “Signature is not required for the delivery so in this case, driver can leave the parcel in a safe place. My best advice for you would be to reach out to your seller and advise them of what has happened. What will happen is that they will in turn reach out to us and together we will come up with the best possible solution for you.” Which kind of solution can they find for stolen parcel?! And what he basically means is if signature is not required, then they can do anything with your parcel and they can leave it in insecure places where someone can easily steal it. After everything and going back and forth with them this is what they replied: “On behalf of Yodel, I would like to extend my sincerest apologies. This is not the experience that we want you to have with us. We are looking forward to serving your parcel deliveries better in future.” No matter how big value has your parcel. Completely unprofessional and unsafe delivery service.

Apparently attempted to deliver my parcel to my work office, went to the wrong department, was told where to deliver it by staff and drove off without trying to find the area. Left no calling card either, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

I live on an estate with hundreds of homes and Yodel is the only delivery company that refuses to deliver to each front door, instead they just throw parcels in communal areas and do not even contact the buyer to tell them it's been delivered. They seem to lie to the seller that the parcel has been signed for as well.

was left a green card with no info other than 8digit ref.which is useless so rang yodel with no answer after 10mins.now I really I have been charged £5 outside normal mobile usage.if minus stars available then -5

Never received my parcel till now. Kept promising to deliver but nothing . They have a collection point close to where I live but i can’t go there am invalid.all the other courier service have been delivering my package on time no problem . Only yodel 👎

Would leave no stars if I could! Been waiting for a parcel since beginning of March. Managed eventually to speak with someone who said it may be lost! Had to itemise contents and was promised a call back. No one has been in touch! Have paid for item and cannot claim refund as it clearly shows item in transit. Why are these companies allowed to perform like this?
