“Driver decided to mark delivery attempted and drive off despite the building being open.. Even have him on CCTV showing stopped and drove off with out even attempting delivery.
Local depot and manager are next to useless. Can have it delivered tomorrow when the office is closed.
Seemingly it is my fault because the driver either had to walk more than ten feet or press the bell.. Or possibly look for the parcel on his van”
“Yodel have delivered my parcel to 2 wrong addresses I have waited over 2 weeks , I tried to explain I had spent a lot on money on this parcel and I needed it they didn’t seem to care, ever since that phone call it won’t let me through to customer services absolutely terrible !”

“stood outside for 30 mins tracking the driver, to 100% assure I would receive my items then when he was about 1km away I received a message telling me that I wasn't home...absolute joke. Customer service experience following this is so wild and detailed that I can't bare to type it out. Long story short; there is no customer service, you might well talk to people, but they can't offer anything to resolve the stressful situations they put YOU the customer in with their lies. I'd rate ZERO if I could as giving them one star is one more of anything they've managed to give to me. Absolutely shocking.”
“Order was shipped from the supplier in good time, and I got an e-mail from Yodel saying will be delivered the next day by 9pm (NYE).
I got a further e-mail at 9.59 the next morning to say my parcel had been delivered and left in a "safe place" despite needing a signature?? It turns out this so called "safe place" was in fact just in front of my front door in plain view of the whole street despite a note on my door to deliver to a neighbour if I was out. I got home about 5 hours later to find only 1 of 2 boxes on my doorstep. I do not know if both boxes were delivered or if only one was and one coming another day, or has someone decided to take one box from the doorstep? I honestly don't know.
Have contacted the company I made the purchase through and waiting on their reply still.
All this tells me though is I would never knowingly use Yodel - no calling card, not left with my neighbours who were both in nad happy to take in any delivery if required, nothing!”

“I too like many others tracked my package from early morning right up to you are 1 delivery away, I too was wanting outside when the yodel app said my parcel was delivered, funny did not even see a delivery van. My package was a sign for package which I never received or signed for, mmm. Upon ringing their customer service I was repeatedly told they cannot discuss it with me due to the data protection act, even though I gave them the tracking number and the order number I told them the package was tracked up to 1 delivery away from me, then the call centre woman said you have been on the line to long and then hung up. I have contacted the supplier of my package who are out of the goodness of their heart are replacing my undilivered items. Would I recommend yodel.... No way absolutely disgusting service..”
“No delivery, no calling card, no customer service. My delivery didn’t arrive yesterday and customer service have repeatedly told me it was delivered. “The driver mentioned your name”. The van never arrived and the tracking map showed it two streets away before having been supposedly delivered. They have repeatedly told me that it has been delivered to my own address. They are not just incompetent; they are crooks, liars and thieves. Avoid at all costs.”
