Tracked my order on line. When driver 2 stops away I went to the door to wait. No one came so checked back on line. Update said delivery attempted, no one in and card left. TOTAL LIE. Tried to contact company, only chat line available. Operator disconnected before I could explain the problem. Will have to tell the order Company that I will not be ordering again if they use Yodel.

Each time they "deliver" they say that they cannot locate the address. I only find out because I have to manually check online and contact customer service who tells me the same thing "Rest assured your parcel will be delivered tomorrow". No other courier service has an issue delivering here. Will never use again. I would give 0 stars if possible.

COURIER LOST THE PACKAGE Yodel is a very incompetent, careless, inattentive to what they do. This is the message I got from the seller: "Dear Customer, Unfortunately the courier has lost your package. We apologize for the inconvenience. We sent you a refund. Kind regards".

Is it ever possible for the couriers to do the right job? I mean for goodness sake. They can be better as Amazon and other private companies. You got 1 star from me.

Had quite a few Ebay deliveries from YODEL, never had any real problems! just picked it up at depot if I wasn't there on the day!

Worst experience ever!!! Tracker kept saying they can't find my property (like there's no GPS??) So I gave them second adress where my partner live , I've been given two hour slot , checking driver's location for two hours and when it said my delivery is next, driver just disappeared from map and suddenly pop up on other side of town. I texted operator , he said I still have another 45 minutes for delivery. Not even 10 minutes later it says they attempted delivery, still with driver location in town(I live about 50 minutes drive from town) . My partner been literally looking out of window for two hours , and me as well in case they make mistake and try to deliver it here ... Worst company ever

I was rudely cut off by someone called rahaul while on chat then messed around for 5 days after they said they had received the parcel and on the 5th day was told to contact the seller with no explanation for why

Would give no stars if I could!! Shocking delivery company. Driver caught on our ring doorbell but fails to leave any calling card. We ended up telling him to leave a calling card as he didn’t even try a neighbour even after we requested him to, only for said calling card to not even relate to our parcel and just be one he pulled out of his pocket. Customer service useless and can’t find a delivery that relates to our postcode even though their driver has been 3 times! Terrible avoid at all costs Who knows where are parcel and goods are?!

Received text saying sorry we missed you but no attempt at delivery was made. Followed tracker in my area but never came near my address. Says they will deliver tomorrow but I won't hold my breath. Disgraceful service - unable to speak to anyone to complain! I wish I could tell everyone to never use Yodel.

It’s 2020 and it takes two weeks for delivery from the UK to Ireland, Hilarious company they are a total joke tbh

Waited for a parcel on Friday when it of a sudden said we left a calling card we deliver it on Saturday. Followed the drivers journey on their website on Saturday and when the driver was in the village before ours the website said we left a calling card, they never came near the village we live in. I have to wait till Monday now to see if their driver is not too lazy for a 3rd day to deliver a parcel. This is unacceptable and if I could leave 0 stars I would have. Absolutely use less.

Message from Yodel and my supplier saying parcel delivered at 14.22. No parcel and I was in all day. Yodel app says delivered to an outbuilding but we have no outbuildings. I can understand things happen and things go wrong but being lied to is not on!

Been waiting over three weeks for a delivery. Yodel said they had delivered but they hadn’t. Reordered from Aldi and have been waiting two weeks for my order to be delivered, despite providing detailed instructions about my address. Can’t contact them, they are useless.

Yodel diver came with sorry I missed you card drive came 2 time and just dropped With ring bell 🔔 or Knocked door 🚪 please I am unhappy it’s not good service at all please be aware you might get trouble like me.
