never deliver but they say it's been delivered and they send me a collection code for click and collect went to collect the shop owner is saying there is no parcel when i checked the tracking the parcel went back to the depot? the next day the tracking shows parcel due to be delivered today later the tracking shows parcel been refused and back to the depot?????? 7 days in total try to contact them they are really busy

Had txt saying parcel handed to customer,did not receive the parcel so called yodel and the tracking number did not match my details,there solution was to contact the seller to request refund. Had already contacted seller and they said its yodels mistake. Dont really hold out much hope of receiving my parcel or a refund.

Delivery driver stole my PS5, lied about posting a card through my door as I was tracking him when he was parked up I got a notification to say he had left it with my neighbour at Number 21 which does not exist! I rang Yodel who are complicit in theft for high end goods and they lied as well. The police are now involved as there has been a spike in theft of consoles in the last week alone from Yodel. And after today’s update, because they know the Police are involved, Yodel are now trying to say he delivered it by mistake to the wrong address and he will go back and collect it! Another lie, been reading lots and lots of comments across SM when Yodel read from the script, next thing I expect to be told is that the driver attempted to get my parcel back but there is no one in! Just as well the Police said they will go get the “missing/STOLEN” PS5 from them!

never use yodel they hardly ever proactively get to your front door to deliver your parcel if its in a block or flats with intercom or have to park and wait a minute,they like front doors they can pull up to without parking ,i have had 1000s of delivery's and most got here apart from ones sent by yodel they either went missing or driver was to lazy and when i try redirect or re-delivery they do same and never get to my door but DPD royal mail hermes DHL fedex parcel force all find my front door no problems but yodel cant and are just incompetent company grabbing big company contracts they cant even deliver on

It's a shame I have to award 1star to get on here. After 7 contacts to try and get a delivery I finally realize that it would be easier to climb Everest than expect anything but lies and incompetence from this,(you know I can't even say business) bunch of no hopes

0 is what I'd rate yodel Parcel is delivered to a wrong address, then uplifted 2 days later delivered a few doors down from first drop.... both miles away from house and not even the door number matches!!!!! Just how.... now mysteriously an expensive sought after item has gone missing.... and all web chat do is lie lie lie.... and we have proof of all the lies too which is just a farce. Depot are definitely in on it I believe as they have been none helpful. I hope they lose many big contracts after this as I'm not the only person this dodgy dealings have happened to.

They said I had refused my parcel(which I hadn't) and that it had been lost!! You can't call and speak to a human and live chat is a waste of time.Totally unprofessional and a bunch of liars

My daughter ordered a card and flowers from Moonpig to be delivered on 27November for my wife and my 50th wedding anniversary There were not delivered albeit we tried to contact driver but to no avail We waited until 9.45pm on the items being delivered only to be told by text that he did not deliver after 9pm as this was company policy As this was supposed to be a surprise for my wife you can see why I am upset as the flowers will now have been in transit for 2 days some surprise. It has ruined the party for my wife and I. I would have reservations using your company again

Shocking service- had a test to say item was handed to customer but the doorbell never even rang- all I can assume is it's theft. Apparently after calling customer service, the drivers aren't required to even take a photo to prove delivery. So my word against his? Would never use them!

The did n ot try to deliver but claim they did. I was sitting in front of my house waiting and the driver just drove right by. Seconds later an email claiming they couldnt access the property. These companies need a regulator. Liars.

On more than one occasion these incompetent idiots claimed to have delivered my parcel to me at my home address even though I was at work! They have also lost or claimed to not be able to find my address. It has now got to a point of I'm purchasing something online and I find out that they use Yodel, I won't purchase the goods.⁵

Tried to talk to someone over there chat and all you get is copy and paste responses with your name at the beginning. Why pay someone to type your name just use a bot would be cheaper.

Your carriers saying they attemted to deliver when they never ever came here as ive spoke to a driver who admitted that yodel tells them what to say its a very bad delivery service and if i get things on line it says yodel ill not get as they are liers the driver wants to stay anoumous as yodel is bread winner over there employers do not get anything that is being delivered by them i no i wont and i would give no stars just liers

Driver lied about trying to deliver The worst company ever I was waiting for my delivery,checking in the tracking provided by the company,he was near my house,didn't come and the update on their page was saying that the driver tried to deliver....WHAT A LIER!!!!!!!THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!! LIERSSS......DO NOT ORDER FROM YODEL

This company are absolutely shocking they didn't deliver my parcel on the stated day and having checked the tracking reference they state it was refused 2 days earlier? and now its arrived back at the sender on the day it was supposed to be with me Yodel don't give a dam and because of their useless service I have now let MY customer down.

They are unprofessional and liars. I was waiting 3 days a parcel and no attempt was done. Every time they found a justification. The only good is that you can have the conversations per email so all the lies and contradictions are written. Worst courier I have ever seen. Never again. One star is too much. Customer service is also poor. Avoid them as you avoid the covid19!

Awful service. Didn’t deliver my parcel on the said day. Gave me a time and didn’t show. The customer service was unhelpful and assured me the parcel would arrive on the day. Waste of money and ruined the gift

They didn't bother to attempt the delivery. Chat service do not have updated status with them about your parcel and call service only have IVR. My first parcel with them was sent back to sender as driver couldn't access my property. They didn't attempted the redelivery of it or call me for access. And my second parcel is on the verge of same today. Really bad service. My personal experience, don't use this service at all - look for something else, something better. I can't post without a star hence this 1 star.
