I missed my parcel delivery . I went on your site and selected eave in a safe place and ticked the box to say i would take responsibility for the parcel. I then recieved a further delivery note saying I had missed my delivery despite me updating the website. I assumed the update had not been given to the driver so expected my parcel Yesterday. there was no parcel and no card and when i tried the web chat they said a third attempt had been made and I had to collect it from your depot. I reiterated i had asked to deliver to a safe place the web chat operator said call customer service ,. I did that and got the same automated message. 3 attempts go and collect. This is a joke my instructions were not followed I spend 30 minutes chatting on the web then pushed to make a call where you cant speak to anyone only to be told the same thing. What sort of customer service is this. I already have a GDPR complaint against your company for providing my details to a third party . Resolve it

absolutely appalling service ! Parcel delivered damaged and i am still awaiting collection for return. Full two weeks i have been waiting for this delivery ! Even the supplier is frustrated as everytime Yodel claim to have tried to collect they get charged. There is no way to dispute the status on their website. Its a collection of joke statements including inaccessible property (no it isnt); parcel not ready for collection (err lies - it was outside the front door!) etc etc I will certainly be checking suppliers courier in future - if Yodel then no deal !

Yodel driver left a parcel on my doorstep without my consent and it was stolen. Nobody is taking responsibility. I did not instruct for my parcel to be left anywhere and it should have been taken back to the depot for re-delivery. You have to press an intercom buzzer to gain access - I was not home so did not let the driver in. They must have gained access via another property or following someone into the building and to save themselves from doing their job properly dumped my parcel on my doorstep which is not a safe place - it is a communal hallway in a block of flats and parcels go missing all the time. Now all Yodel are telling me is that their computer shows the parcel was delivered.....IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!!!! Please use your brains and stop relying on what a computer tells you. Any driver can say they delivered something when they didn't. The note through my door says I consented to leaving the parcel on my doorstep which is a complete lie. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Four times driver has attempted to deliver to a hotel which is on lockdown. Big notice at front says 'all deliveries to rear' but driver obviously can't read so puts a card in letter box. There is a local drop off point but he didn't do that. Hopeless! Still not got parcel one week on. How comes all other carriers can read and deliver to the rear!

Yodel is So useless I been waiting for my parcel for over 2 weeks and each I get told that will be delivered the next day and it never does. Then I get told that it's with the driver etc. Yodel dont care about customers at all. I would never ever use this service ever again. Hate it with a passion. The online customer service all they say is sorry about the delay etc but they never actually do anything about it. They just talk for show. Wasted my time.

Poor tracking info. Was told there had been two attempts at delivery in the same day. Was in house all day... Customer service gave me conflicting info and said it might come the next day.

They initially attempted to deliver my parcel, which was a bracelet containing my dads ashes, I contacted them to arrange a redelivery and they lost it !!! I have spent 3 weeks waiting for them to do a manual check for it, so I web chatted with an agent and he ended the call before I could reply and just been back on webchat with a woman and she told me to speak to sender to get a replacement or a refund ??? Errmm you lost it not them !! Shocking service will never ever reccomend these waste of space idiots !!!

Tracking system is completely inaccurate. When you speak to a representative you get conflicting information. Was told attempted delivery had failed yet someone was home all day and no card was put through the door. Then half the delivery came the following day and still no sign of the other half some 4 days later, despite it being promised yesterday. Today it's still not on the van. I think it has been lost but being given the run around.

This was the 2nd attempt at delivery as the first time they said I wasn’t there and I was, I waited for an entire 12 hours and tracked the driver I finally got to one in front of me at 4.30-5pm and the tracking froze! After many messages to your chat with us they kept assuring me that he was in his way. It got to 9.10 and still no delivery and I couldn’t speak to anyone. What next????? No email or any contact from yourselves

First failed delivery due to lacking door code, which I called Yodel and provided. After this Yodel failed 2 more deliveries and cancelled my delivery...Only Yodel fails deliveries to my property hence I will advise sellers from now on to avoid Yodel when they are to deliver to me.

Items all arrived damaged All thrown in a bag Gift boxes with shower gel sets all broken, ripped etc Thanks Yodel, I'm totally housebound Depend on online xmas shopping And you just do not care for person's items bought

I would give them 0 stars they said there delivered my parcel but they haven't got to wait 24-48 hours for a response from the driver its the worse delivery service ever

Had bad experience with these in the past where I had to end up driving to there Bristol site just to get my package. Made a purchase on very still waiting on delivery a week later... If I knew it was yodel I wouldn't of bothered

Expecting delivery from Majestic received text saying delivered to safe space. Nothing and as in lockdown strange as in all day. Checked back nothing there. Checked my Ring doorbell footage no showing a delivery. Advised by Majestic would need to try and contact driver to find out what had happened. Did advise they would replace but so not happy. Still waiting and have had to chase Majestic twice.

Dreadful, is the best way to sum up. Keep delivering to wrong house in the next village. Which is in a different post code and 1/4 mile away. Would suggest location info Yodel used is full of errors, or driver's cant read maps. Put both together you get poor delivery, as parcel drop at wrong property, and then the parcel is then missing. Also a box can be put through letter box when delivered. As for customer service call !!!!!

Parcel out for delivery x3 times. Advised that there ‘was a problem with access to property’ on 2 of these occasions. This is incorrect- I tracked van until 1 more delivery to make and I could see van stop in distance and I went onto street to meet it and it drove off! Advised that parcel would be delivered on 4th. attempt but this has not happened. I use ‘Wayfair’ and it is unfortunate that they use ‘Yodel’ for delivering as I shall not purchase from them again. There are many more better delivery companies.

Absolutely bloody useless in every single way. Promised delivery Monday to be told couldn't find us but had posted a card through letter box advising we weren't it..rubbish... customer service shocking and not at all,helpful. I would not recommend at all and 1 star is one star too much. So one week later I still have no,parcel and I'm now told they can't help me because it's not my parcel 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Says my parcel has been delivered to the customer handed to the customer it was not it was 100% not handed to me. Been in contact with customer service and have to wait 24 working hours for them to conduct a interview with the driver not on will not buy from a company that use this courier again that's 100% promis

Absolute abysmal service! Never ever use Yodel, they lie and say orders despatched when they dont arrive then if you chase the order up they actually send it back to the sender!! Disgusting 'customer service ' if i could I'd give minus 100 stars

Parcel not delivered, despite driver claiming he delivered the small package which was to be posted in my mailbox. When contacted Driver very rude. Yodel response was driver couldn’t locate package , for me to contact supplier to be reimbursed despite them receiving Package and evidenced by their tracker. Worst Customer Service ever experienced.
