I had a Yodel note shoved into the letter box. I was home and there was no knock or bell rung! The note just had an arrow on the column - left your parcel with your neighbour. This delivery may not be mine as nothing else was written on the note and I had not ordered anything or expecting anything, so.... What rubbish service was that!!

Take far to long with deliveries, this is the second parcel, which is being Sent to me from a customer which is over a week ago, Just wish they could be as fast as Evri.

Ordered from a company for next day delivery and on the same day notified it was dispatched that same day. However the courier is Yodel. 5 days later tracking states on Yodel website ‘We are expecting your parcel from sender. We will provide updates here once we receive it. This has been the same message for the last 4 days. Yodel not answering the chat or telephone. On website it’s states Cyber incident caused disruption. But how long does it take to sort out a problem? I think there is more to it than the half truth they are stating. When I get my parcel who knows, probably arrive eventually but the website will still state that they are waiting for the parcel from the sender.

Still waiting for a delivery, no contact, hard to get info, was told 3 different delivery dates when on tracking info. Normal companies give you a text with a time slot. Ordered something from Currys, on their helpline informs you to get in touch with the currier, would do if i could get in touch via website or phone. Absolutely rubbish! Selby North Yorkshire

Today is the 5th day. I checked the track again and was told that it would arrive today but with a slight delay. It's not a problem, I'll wait, it's 12 o'clock at night and nobody called me, they didn't send us an email, they didn't text me. Do you really make fun of customers? Delivery paid on 19.05.2020 with the option Next Day Delivery ... I hope to be able to receive the package and then I promise that I will avoid this company. Even after the 5th day to lie to me? Are you really kidding? It bothers me that no one told me anything, I check the track on the first day it tells me that it will be delivered, the next day the day is known when it will be delivered, I wait, the 5th day that it will be delivered until the evening but with a little delay, so that at 12 at night nothing is delivered ..... Disgusted ... Does a lawyer read my review, really can't take any legal action?

Appalling, awful service I bought a £30 item on eBay and paid by PayPal. Delivery was supposed to be 21 June and Yodel tracking showed that it had been delivered at 11.59am although no card had been left to say where. No package anywhere at my house, or garden or in the shed. The seller asked me to check with neighbours, look in my dustbins etc but no joy. EBay couldn’t help at all as they said tracking showed the package had been delivered. Same with PayPal. I tried phoning Yodel using a phone number eBay gave me because yodel quite clearly don’t want people to phone them. No answer at all anyway. I tried webchat for two days but “no advisor available”. Today, 24 June, the package was dumped at my front door, damaged, with no effort to put it around the back of the house or in the shed. Then the yodel tracking was amended to say it was delivered today. This company is a total disaster, based on my experience. UNCONTACTABLE and quite clearly couldn’t care less or enough to have people answering a phone, answering webchat or handling a parcel with respect and delivering it properly. I will never purchase from any seller of any item if they used yodel for delivery. I will always buy somewhere else. A total shower who deserve every bit of the bad publicity they get

Parcel saying delivered on the 21st but nothing. No card through the door checked with neighbours and nothing. Can't talk to them online can't phone them. How is anyone supposed to get help. Cant even get help off the seller as its marked down as delivered.

We ordered ate item and it should have arrived last Friday then on Saturday called yodel to be told it was at the wrong depot and we would receive it on Monday 20t/6/ 2022 as of the Thursday 24th we got on to tracking to see it was out for delivery so stayed in all day for no parcel and the tracking app to say I was not in and a card had been put in the door.i don't think so so one week on and no parcel.i will not be ordering of anyone that sends parcels with yodel again.

Worst delivery company in the UK, falsely claimed my item had been delivered when it had not and refused to give compensation ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!! DO NOT USE

Suppose to have had a very delivery Monday yodal said they deliverd item I live in shelterd housing which is gated only access is by push button pad on outside wall got a message today saying item deliverd it wasn't I'd have to open gate from inside my flat to let anyone in do not use this bunch of cowboys

courier rang our bell said I would do the door so she could bring parcel up like our usual courier does (we live in block of flats ) she put the parcel down stairs by communal door which any one could of taken then had email to say was left in a safe place which it definitely wasn’t not good service

I was tracking a delivery Saturday night and the system said it was round the corner and 1 delivery before me. Then it said Delivered Left in Porch. I have no porch and there was no delivery. I am now caught in a Customer Service black hole between Yodel (useless on every level) and In The Style who say they have to wait for feedback from Yodel. Catch 22 anyone? I actively avoid buying from retailers who use Yodel.

Parcel ‘in transit’ but untraceable. Had paid for next day delivery due to impending holiday, now having to rush out and buy on high street. What a shambles, they deserve to go bust.

In the space of 3 weeks I've had 4 parcels not delivered - 2 already declared lost - the rest STILL in transit two weeks later. Totally given up with Yodel and the website has been down twice in 3 days 🤦 sort it out Yodel - off back to Evri - you've cost me a fortune!!!

Do not use this company. They are meant to deliver to Door 114, they left parcel with neighbour: Door 42!!!! Absolute Joke

Can't use app, Web page or customer services. What an absolutely useless company. I'm told to check by company from whom i ordered goods but how. I'll never use thiscompany again orbuy from company who use yodel. Don't know when or if goods will be delivered
