Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs. Delivery is 48 hours late with 2 "failed deliveries." Driver does not call if lost/confused, just gives up and leaves. After 3rd delivery, parcel reverts by no fault of your own. No calling card or other details to rearrange delivery or give instructions to obviously confused drivers. Stuck without parcel and no recourse as chat service does not help and there is no phone line to get through to a human (only automated bot). Driver needs "more information" but does not say what is confusing him - building has huge sign in front of it with name on prominent road in London. For some reason, they are unable to make a timely delivery to a very simple residential address. Avoid as you cannot get any help if something is urgent or delayed. They will inconvenience the client with delays and poor communication but not go the extra mile to provide good customer service, and deliver on time.

Yodel have been returning my parcel to me for over a month, now they say they have lost it !! It has been at there leamington depot for over a month and is still there but now they have decided its been lost . Never use yodel again

Outrageously bad, sent my very important parcel that I paid extra for to be delivered to the otherside of the country 300miles away. And then mocked me when I contacted them to complain.

Sent a parcel to my disabled mother as needed it to help her over this heatwave. Supposed to be delivered yesterday ( sat ) 16/7/22. I kept going to there web site to keep tract of the parcel. Got to 2 deliveries away. Next thing it's saying "sorry we missed you we've left you a calling card " got straight on the phone to my mother 2ho then had to struggle to both back and front doors to look for a calling card NO FLIPPING CARD LEFT. She said back door was wide open because of the heat. So what the heck did the delivery driver think, surely he must have thought that there was someone in as the doors are open, not only that you have to walk past her front window and you couldn't miss her sat there. Wouldn't put it pass the driver to of missed the drop then said nobody was in. Bloody useless company.

Promised a 2 day delivery but haven't delivered yet (day 4) and are now saying that I'll likely get it by Monday (day 6) but it may be Wednesday. How are these people still in business they are useless!

I was upstairs and watched as the delivery driver got into the back of the van and proceeded to throw packages around in the back of the van A box suddenly came flying out on to the driveway he jumped out picked the box up and threw the parcel over my neighbours fence .

Would give no stars if the option was there. Awful company. Stated that my parcel was left In ‘my safe place’ which I didn’t know I had. Then I was advised my parcel was left in the front porch which is kept locked at all times so this is impossible and then I was advised that a card had been left advising where my parcel was left - guess what - no card!!!!!!! No parcel delivered and now I’m £80 down for the item that I did not receive. Absolute joke

This is an absolutely rubbish delivery company. Lost one of my parcels, and didn’t deliver a subsequent parcel to my address after two attempts, my parcel is still NOT delivered. Don’t waste your time to call or email them because they don't actually help you. The service is trash. Do Not Use this company.

Honestly the worst delivery company i have dealt with and DPD threw my parcel which says a lot about yodel and the fact that if i order anything and get them, im sure to expect it a week later than i expect.

Absolute rubbish. Always use someone else. They're inefficient, they damage parcels. They overcharge. The drivers are rude and lazy and don't bother to make an effort to deliver parcels properly. A true disgraceful organisation. The sooner it ceases to exist the better. Impossible to speak to anyone other than a recording which shows they have no thought for their customers and don't actually care beyond taking our money for the privilege of ruining our day by showing up when they please and not even bothering if they don't feel like it. Pathetic organisation, use someone else, I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Shocking company. Rated as probably the worst couriers I the country. I've had ongoing problems with the same driver. He ignores the leave in safe place and kicks my door demanding I open the door. He is a disgusting little cresting who is going to get smashed up on someone's door step. I hope someone kicks him down the stairs. This company are the worst and need shutting down. The customer service is nonexistent so don't bother trying to contact them. They have a premium phone number so they can Rob you.

I had hellofresh delivered today and they left it in the boiling hot sun most of the day! Laziest company by far. They isn't the first time either last week the guy dumped it by the first door and left before I even had chance to get to the door! It specifies to leave with neighbour as there is no safe place

Order still not been delivered. Three delivery dates now. Being fobbed off on the Webchat. They said it had been sent back to the seller. Then they said it was out for delivery. Then it had been returned to the depot as I had moved. Terrible service resulting in my now cancelling my order with the seller. Avoid this company at all costs!

Waited in all day yesterday as tracking said delivery on that day ! Nothing, no e mail txt or update on tracking. Day 2 went on chat and was told it would be today, tracking still says at depot which it reverted back to at 4.15am this morning ! Now 3pm nothing and tracking not changed, been in 2 days now waiting for my item which was next day delivery ! Absolutely disgraceful service !

Three different stories about parcel delivery on Tuesday 28th June. Now when I try to contact them on Friday 1st July they are closed for the holiday. Not sure which holiday. Not good service at all.

Awful service. Waited in all day yesterday, waited all day today. Site says, out for delivery with Malcolm, please contact him for a time by text. I did, no reply ! Now 7.20pm, still nothing !
