I have tried to contact these people my parcel was delivered to my nearest service center in Llandudno sat 16 october the tracking has stopped there it, s now 23rd still no movement and i don, t know if i, m getting it or not stupid robot service caused me a lot of stress i, ve done nothing but message them getting the same answer arhhhh rubish

Shocking service in Efinburgh by their Livingston depot. Never ever deliver on time, say they have been to your property when they have not, customer service useless. When I see Yodel are delivering I know I won’t get my oarcel

They were fine before but they now don’t have the ability to deliver to my house and they keep dropping off parcels to a different address down the street. Also they’re customer service is shocking, you can’t phone them, only contact someone who doesn’t speak very good English through the web chat. Shambles

My delivery was not delivered, and there was no communication to let me know what had happened to it or even if I was still receiving it. Yodel's customer service, which includes the web chat, is in desperate need of improvement.

I returned home from a couple of nights away to find a card from Yodel indicating that my parcel had been left in my green bin. That bin had been emptied early on the morning of our return. The parcel should have been signed for. My neighbours on either side work from home and would have accepted the parcel without any problem. I contacted Yodel and received an emailed reply saying that they had "investigated" and that the driver "couldn't recall the delivery". Their advice was to contact the sender!!! I am extremely unhappy with the service provided and the "investigation".

Yodel insist that they have delivered my parcel - yes - but not to my address! I've spent hours trying to track it down and to talk to someone at Yodel about this. Still nothing. NEVER use Yodel. Someone is not doing their job properly. Their staff ought to be looked into.

Looks like their couriers can't use intercom. Such complex devices! And the calling cards they allegedly leave magically disappear.

Terrible, covid19 test pick up. 1st day - no txt msg, no tracking no show. And yet they said they called and left a card.. 2nd day - txt msg, tracking, 2hrs later than said... Wasted alot of my time...rubbish.

My parcel is showing as delivered but it never arrived. I was at home at the time of delivery shown on the tracking page but nobody arrived. Also, they don't have proof of delivery. Contacted them several times but no luck so far.

advised by e-mail that my order had been delivered and put through my letterbox and it had'nt been delivered.Then the situation was exacerbated further by contacting their customer service, who responded by telling me that my order had been delivered.Unable to take my complaint any further, only a recorded message, asking if I needed to query a further order.T he other avenue, live chat I gave after 30 mins without a response.This order, of which I have no recollection, could be very inportant.Yodel must be the worst deivery company of all time.

This company should not be operating. I have never had a single item delivered by Yodel without problems. In fact I had no deliveries at all most of the time. I had items delivered to the wrong address, lost, not delivered at all and lying about delivery. Just had another parcel sent back to supplier with no explanation and yet had 3 other companies deliver to me this week without any problems. Completely useless. I will not purchase from companies that use Yodel as courier.

Ordered some flannels and did not receive my order. Was left a card saying order left on front of porch of communearal flats when I put leave with neighbour.

this is second time I've ordered the same item to be delivered, first order was 20th September, as I work from home I'm always here so when I was told that Yodel had been out and and left a card I was baffled that I didn't have a card in my hand and a Parcel, days after waiting for the parcel I was told that the Parcel had been refused at the door, BY WHOM??? the parcel was returned to sender. second order was made same item and same problems, I'm always here and cant understand why Yodel can't do the one job that it has, I was promised that it would be the first delivery on now the 6th October the day had gone and they told me it had not even left the Depot that day the Supervisor Harish Promised me that it would be in my hand now on the 7th October I waited and contacted them and was told it was returned to sender!!!???
