Told me i was not in and left me a calling card. I was in the whole time, waited outside my property, and no sign of yodel van, also no calling card was left. This company should not be called a courier company, but a scammer

Stayed in all day for scheduled delivery, no delivery, spoke to customer service twice who assured me the parcel was out for delivery. Still nothing, tracker useless, total joke.

Driver came three times! I was always at home but he could not get in touch with me because of my doorbell was broken! I contacted the company in advance via live chat, asking if the driver could give me a call instead of ringing my bell. They said that the driver does not carry a phone while delivering! Which currier do not carry a phone in 2021?! Thus, I tried contact the company though phone call, I WAS CHARGED £6 to speak with NONE! Eventually, NOBODY was able to help me or to solve my issue! THE WORST experience with a delivery company in my entire life! If you can choose DO NOT CHOSE YODEL for your parcel delivery!

According to the app my parcel was delivered at 6.58pm yesterday. I can see my front door from my c Chair, and no one came into the cul de sac. Also, the status was updated after 10pm to say it had been delivered then. Its now 2pm the following day and still no sign of it.

Said delivery by 8,get to 8,changes to its late,can apply for refund from seller if not here in 2 days? Unable to track,no contact from yodel

Yodel say they can’t find my house!!! - no one calls to ask, they rely on you tracking and to to pick up a message and then when you try and respond they say they are too busy - actually they can find the house, they just don’t like coming out so far so they pretend there is an issue - this has happened before! - by far the worst courier service. The retailer has issued a complaint and the Yodel tracking site now says - thank you for selecting a new delivery date 🤷‍♀️ Retailers cutting costs on delivery doesn’t exactly encourage you to want to buy from them again.

6/11/21- I attempted to collect my item from Yodel local depot in Glasgow. There were many off us waiting outside the office in the freezing cold. I waited for one hour. Only 2 people were working to look after each of our parcels and each search took 10 minutes. Meanwhile, their other colleagues were leaving the office en masse. In the end, they could not find my parcel anyway and said they are going to look at the camera to find the item, which I doubt is going to happen considering my experience with Yodel. What a waste of time! I was not the only person whose parcel was lost on that day. And this is the second time they have lost the SAME item! I am pledging to continue giving bad reviews until Yodel changes its practice.

They first claimed to have left my parcel in my front porch and left a calling card! 1. I don’t have a front porch 2. Neither was a calling card left I was at home all day and no one knocked on my door There now claiming to have delivered it at my front door and it was open The image they have isn’t even my front door I’m just very frustrated of all the lies and the back and forth trying to get a refund from the company I ordered from Yodel is the absolute worst and should avoid at all cost

Yet again Yodel fail to deliver Yet again Yodel fail to deliver and the customer service are useless. I was tracking my parcel and he was on the road next to me and I was 3 deliveries away and then the tracking stops so I go on the web chat and they tell me their driver cannot locate my address I’ve lived here for 21 years on a well signed estate. I am sure the driver just wanted to finish early poor customer service and very poor delivery driver.

My only experience has been on the receiving end (often the 'not receiving' end). All I can say is appalling: -Tracking either doesn't work or is not up-to-date. -Good late, damaged or don't arrive -Contact difficult- by (overseas?) web chat. Promises not delivered Caveat Emptor!

i dont think this will make any difference as yodel has absolutely no customer service level and this is not the first time i have had issues they are not contactable, they don't delivery when they say, they don't contact you to say they have an issue and the DRIVER certainly doesnt have any incentive to call you back or respond to any text message so in fact they are actually not a delivery service at all they are just cheap driver that dont give a toss and therefore neither do yodel!!!!!!!!!

I was emailed the day my parcel was due, which was too late to arrange to be home to sign for it. I rearranged a delivery date, and it was not delivered. My only option was to go to the depot to collect it myself- a one hour round trip. No one at Yodel cares that the driver didn’t bother to attempt my delivery, and I have paid for a service I didn’t receive. Customer service is woeful. I will never knowingly use this company again.

Yodel as produced a document stating my package was delivered and signed for and when I looked at document, signature is not even close to mine, I live by myself so nobody could of signed for it and no neighbours have took anything in for me BE WARNED, Yodel are stealing peoples packages and faking signatures.

I have had a number of bad experiences with Yodel. Today I had another. I cannot understand why companies use them and trust them with their goods, and reputations with customers. I paid extra money to get something delivered in time, today. Tracking my parcel, I can see that Yodel received the parcel yesterday but have done nothing with it! Unbelievable. Very disappointed. CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

do not use YODEL. when tracking parcel as it was late, they said no-one was in & a card had been left, no card , no one had been, we had waited in for 2 full days for delivery, think they must have gone elsewhere. Parcel still not arrived so tried to contact yodel, what a performance, they asked for more info. on address. after 5 days tracked parcel again it had been returned to sender, contacted them to sort out. I never got my parcel waiting for a refund....

My parcel (value £200) left in a bin which was emptied the following morning. I called the number on the card which was left to complain. I have since found out that the number on the card is a service number(0844) and the call cost over £4. So not only did my parcel end up in the dump, I had to pay £4 to complain. Terrible company.

I have tried all day to contact Yodel about a return to North Face which I booked on their returns page. However the whole system is robotic... I think only the drivers are human beings.... The company make no allowances for us very mature technophobes and I will never use them again. I may have to return my item via the Post Office in the o!d fashioned way !!!!
