The only reason I didn’t award 5 points was that the website was frustratingly slow at times - but I would qualify that by saying I applied at peak time (17:20). “Easy to understand and deal with. A lot of important pdf's to read through, and store into my 'cloud', though. The only niggling point I have found is the 'free' Basic Breakdown option which is very 'basic', between 1/2 ml and 10ml from home only covers my local weekly shopping trips !!.
